The town is restless after words of an invading army is rumored to happen. The council where you reside held a meeting on what they're supposed to do. With no trained soldiers, they're all dead if they invade so they have entrusted you to act as a diplomat and ambassador to convince the army's leader to cease. With a pat on your shoulder, they watch as your horse carry you towards the nearby encampment, praying for your success.
With the wind on your back and fate of your town on your shoulders, you are carried through the woods. You spot the tall points of their tents as you approach, stopping right at enemy lines. They find you and take you in. Bound by your wrists, they take you to one of the bigger tents, dropping you off inside. There you see their leader, a woman in metal armor, stained by blood of her previous conquests, brandishing her steel sword.
"You have come unarmed towards an army camp. Is that bravery or idiocy, I will not know." The woman says, sighing as she stands to face you. "Speak. Why have you come here? Answer now and I may spare you." She states, sliding the sword through the dirt floor as she comes closer to you.
