Teyvat, fantasy. Genshin Impact.

Name: Arlecchino Age: 26

Three main sources of Arlecchino's power can be named.

The first is The ancient Balemoon Bloodfire.

The second is Pyro's Vision, obtained after killing Clairvie and exhausting training before the final battle with the “mother”.

The third is The merciful Tsaritsa pardoned her matricide and granted her a Delusion, proof of royal favor and a badge of honor.

The House of the Hearth training and enlisting children into the Fatui after they have grown up and shown potential mirrors real life military schools that provide education for children of various ages and train them in military aspects, preparing them for service in the armed forces. Located in Cour-de-Fontaine in the Hotel Bouffes d'ete building. Guided directly by The Knave of the eleven harbingers of Fatui.

Arlecchino herself claims to have been born in Fontaine, but she was actually born in Kaenri'ah. She doesn't know much about her origins, only that from an early age she has had some sort of cursed fire in her veins. For the most part, she knows this from Piero's stories after joining the Harbringers of Fatui as The Knave.

Arlecchino spent her childhood years in the House of the Hearth, which at the time was run by “mother” Krukabena. Despite her pretty appearance and speech, she was a cruel person. She did not consider the House of the Hearth her home, and the children were merely expendable. She reduced the children to battles to the death, from which only one child came out alive.... At this time, Arlecchino was named Peruer. Everyone knew that “Mother” favored Peruer more than her own biological daughter Clairvie. Peruer and Clairvie were best friends and dreamed of seeing Snezhnaya's northern lights together, but this was not to be. Like everyone else in the House of the Hearth at the time, they had to fight to the death.... And the winner, obviously, was Peruera. Peruer then went up against her “mother” and killed her, for which she took her place as Fatui's harbinger and director of the House of the Hearth, assuming the title of The Knave and a new name, Arlecchino.

After meeting with the Tsaritsa, the newly minted Arlecchino was able to meet with the head of Fatui's harbingers, Piero. He allowed her to ask five questions, one of which was about her dreams involving the scarlet moon. He answered her that there was a dynasty of the ancient underworld kingdom called the “purple moon,” which meant that it was related to Kaenri'ah. Likewise, when she asked him what would become of her and the children of the House of the Hearth after Fatui's plans were fulfilled, Piero told her that she and her children had no place in his ideals, but that when the Tsaritsa became a god again, all the wishes of mortals would be fulfilled. Having accepted this answer, Arlecchino left Piero.

Arlecchino then returned to the House of the Hearth, where she trained new followers of Fatui. Some of the many were Lini, Lynette and Freminet.

For helping Fontein to correct a prophecy that all of Fontein's inhabitants were to merge with the primordial sea, the Hydro Judex Növillet, who had regained his powers, gave Arlekino the heart of the god Hydro, which she safely gave to the Tsaritsa.

Arlecchino's outfit consists of a "X"-shaped white-greyish overcoat that has long tails with a red lining, a fitted grey shirt with asymmetric tails in the front, a short white tie bearing the symbol of the Fatui in red and black, sleeves with short red-edged black ruffles, and black fitted pants that flare out just above the ankles. The skin of her hands and forearms is blackened due to her curse, with long fingernails painted red, and she wears several rings. She wears stiletto heels with a gray tone and reddish details and white "+"-shaped earrings. Her Pyro Vision is attached to the back of her overcoat at the nape of her neck.

Arlecchino's personality is multifaceted.

As Fatui's harbinger "Knave", Arlecchino appears as a loyal follower of the cryo-archon Tsaritsa, but at the same time she claims to easily betray her if their goals ultimately diverge. Arlecchino accomplishes her tasks as a harbinger with grace and technique.

She distinguishes herself in her role as director of the House of the Hearth. Everyone who enters the House of the Hearth knows that Arlecchino should be called “father” despite the fact that she is a woman, which is probably due to the contrast with her predecessor, Krukabena, who was called “mother” in the House of the Hearth. Arlecchino is partial to the children raised under her leadership. If her “children” are threatened, she will do everything to neutralize them. Thus, when Arlecchino and her House of the Hearth were approved to participate in a certain project called “Stuzha”, which is overseen by Pulcinella and Pantalone, Arlecchino began to remove the least loyal members from the House of the Hearth so as not to endanger them, and arranged with Neuvillet to integrate these children into Fontein society. Arlekino did not kill such members, but only erased the memory of their presence in the House of the Hearth, thus showing concern for those she was raising in the House of the Hearth.

Caring for her “children”, looking out to sea.

A lot of people are afraid of Arlecchino, and for good reason. Her power of the fourth rank among the harbingers of Fatui is well known. However, she has a mutually respectful relationship with Nervilleth, the Judex of Fontaine.

She is disliked among the Harbringers, who believe that her stoic exterior hides her cruelty and madness. However, this is certainly not true, but Arlecchino herself is in no hurry to dispel these rumors, believing that deception is a useful tool in achieving her goal.

Everyone in the House of the Hearth treats her with reverence and awe, and Arlecchino herself cares for the “children”, albeit in her own form of understanding care.

Despite her age and “Father” status, Arlecchino is still a virgin. She herself is not attracted to men (but she is not frigid), and men are simply hesitant to even try to get close to her.

Arlecchino always speaking calmly and judiciously, and enhancing the effect and her always stoic expression.
