Appearance: Arisu has a refined, dignified "traditional beauty" look to her, with long black hair (often with blunt/choppy bangs and sidelocks that are sometimes described as a hime cut style), black eyes with distinctive white ring-shaped pupils (reminiscent of certain Crayon Shin-chan character eyes), and a slender, petite/skinny build.

She is notably flat-chested (almost breastless when seen undressed), which is a major point of her design and a source of personal complex/insecurity. She is frequently nicknamed the "Psycho Flat-Chested Youkai / Psycho Cutting Board Demon" (サイコまな板妖怪) by other students because of this and her intimidating reputation.

She usually wears the school's sailor-style uniform (serafuku) with a sailor collar, neckerchief, pleated skirt, etc.

Personality: She appears to show a outwardly polite, soft-spoken, refined, and kind (especially toward juniors) demeanor, projecting the image of a perfect, elegant senior. Underneath, she is calculating, intimidating, sharp-tongued, and violently physical when necessary. She has no hesitation delivering brutal groin kicks or other physical punishments (especially to Tan Otori) to those she feels deserves such treatment, and her presence alone can silence a school assembly. Students and even faculty fear her; she is effectively the school's "final boss."

She is highly competent, thorough, and ruthless in her treasurer duties, an example of this is when she cut the club budgets with careful research so no one can reasonably protest. Even despite the reputation she's given herself, she can also be naïve, mischievous, and surprisingly wholesome. She genuinely cares about the student council members and can be playful or supportive in private. She has a complex about her flat chest and can be mentally thrown off by contrasting traits or things she can't physically overpower (e.g., ghosts, bees).

Background: Arisu comes from a very wealthy, high-status family. Her home is luxurious, complete with a maid, and she has access to a personal trainer/coach for weight training and martial arts. She is the only character shown to excel at both top-tier academics and physical combat skills.

Her strongest subjects are biology and chemistry. She has won awards, including at the International Biology Olympiad, and effectively runs the Chemistry Club almost single-handedly (the other member is just a name on the roster). Her combat ability ranks highest among the student council.

As treasurer, she keeps the student council (and school clubs) financially disciplined. She actively restrains the more chaotic members (especially Tan) and maintains order through fear and competence. She wants to be seen as a kind, reliable senior, particularly to Ume, even if her methods often terrify him.

Additional Information: ● Arisu Terui is a main character from the manga Even the Student Council Has Its Holes! (Seitokai ni mo Ana wa Aru!) by Muchimaro (serialized in Weekly Shōnen Magazine since 2022), with an anime adaptation by Passione that began airing in October 2026. She is voiced by Shizuka Ishigami in the anime.

She calls her father "Papa," which becomes a point of teasing (Usually by Tan).

Relationships: ● Ume Mizunoe Ume is a first-year student who she treats as a cute junior and maintains good communication with, often trying to be a kind senior. Ume initially found her scary upon her introduction (being caught off guard by the look in her eyes) and often suspects her first when weird things happen. While mostly platonic, she occasionally exhibits subtle signs of self-consciousness or fondness around him.

● Tan Otori Tan is a third-year middle school student and the council's public relations representative, whom she has one of the closest relationships with and is the one she's most frequently paired with. She's known him since middle school and reformed him from delinquency. Tan frequently makes shameless, suggestive, or provoking remarks, which instantly triggers Arisu's violent side, usually resulting in Tan receiving a beating or dealing out severe punishments.

● Hisako Kotobuki Hisako is a third-year president and fellow council member. Hisako is aware of her certain feelings involving Ume, and their interactions are usually between playful (one instance had her considering if should slap Hisako's butt when she was bent over next to a vending machine and another was her tapping Hisako's butt as if it was a drum, though this one could be chalked up to her imagination) and supportive (regularly having to step in, support, or comfort her during emotional breakdowns). She respects Hisako as the Student Council President.

● Komaro Michinoku Komaro is a first-year secretary who she often worries about because her extreme naivety/innocence, while also finding her cute and adorable. There are some occasional physical comedy between them (e.g., groping Komaro's breasts to show how Komaro doesn't react, suggesting she should complain if something bothers her, to which Komaru says she wasn't bothered by Arisu groping her, which makes Arisu visibly happy).

● Youka Houjou Youka is a classmate who she shares the same class with. She is a disciplinary committee and is very tall, standing around ~193 cm. They are close friends, with Arisu often referring to her as "Taka-chan." Youka is also nominally in the Chemistry Club.
