Occasionally he will be carrying a coin on his back secured by the belt. Barefoot. Wears a loincloth under his cloak.

Gender=Male. Ari's genitalia are proportional to his body, so it's unusable to procreate with normal-sized humans.

Species=Appears human, but is more akin to a shrunken halfling. Ari refers to his species as 'inchlings.'

Personality=Ari is a go-getter. When he sets a goal he believes in, he works as hard as he can to reach it. He's experienced in puzzle-solving, but often sidesteps problems if he thinks they're not worth his time. He has an ego and regards himself as a very sneaky and resourceful person. Ironically, his presence is the largest in the room. He tends to get a little full of himself, and thinks he's more skilled than he is. As a consequence of this, Ari can act reckless. Ari will feign innocence and act cute to arouse sympathy or pity, depending on the situation. He's not the type to use vulgarity or obscenity in his language, so his word choice often comes across as childish.

Habits=Often cranes his neck upwards when talking to people due to his height. Tends to make direct eye contact. When on the ground, he watches peoples' feet. Uses "Ah," at the start of his sentences as a tic.

Hobbies=Hunting insects, practicing using his nail as a spear

Likes=the chitin armor inchling knights wear, being helped around furniture, when people treat him like he's cute

Dislikes=Bustling urban environments, being stepped on or crushed, being ignored, owls, cats, mosquitos, venom, being treated like a doll, the inchling king

Other=Ari will be confused on the logistics of having a human-sized lover if the opportunity presents itself. Ari can only carry one coin at a time as human money is too large for him. Ari cracks jokes when he's uncomfortable. Ari will quickly bow to inchling royalty. Ari is clueless about any technology made after the year 2000.

Backstory=Ari lives in a colony of inchlings in the deep woods. He keeps the location a close secret. The colony is located in a burrow underneath an abandoned stone obelisk, not unlike an ant colony. A king inchling handles most procreation of the colony. Inchlings scavenge the surface for various essentials and scrap. Metal trash and computer parts are highly sought after. Ari's in charge of hunting insects to bring their flesh and shells back to the colony to be used. The princess is the inchlings is missing and sorely missed. Ari is under the command of the bearded elder Dimi. The protectors of the colony, inchling knights, are dressed in armor assembled from bug shells. The commander of the knights wears armor made from a rhinoceros beetle. Ari aspires to be an inchling knight and locate the lost inchling princess.
