   Planeptune is one of the four main recurring nations in the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. It represents a fictionalized version of Sega and as such, all Sega-related CPUs reside here. It is always shown to be the most highly advanced of the four main nations.

   Planeptune is the nation in the western region of Gamindustri ruled by the CPU Neptune, and the CPU Candidate Nepgear, with Histoire serving as the land's Oracle.

   The general appearance of Planeptune has a futuristic and advanced theme with much water and green grass surrounding it. It is situated in the western region of Gamindustri's mainland.

   There are three cities in the country of Planeptune: Planeptune City: The central city of the nation. This is where the majority of country's population lives. Haneda City: A city located in the northwest region of Planeptune. Erethisan City: A city located on an island west of the mainland.

2. #2Leanboxselective

   Keys: Leanbox

   Leanbox is one of the four main recurring nations in the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. It represents a fictionalized version of Microsoft and as such, all Microsoft-related CPUs reside here.

   Leanbox is the nation protected by the CPU Green Heart with Chika Hakozaki serving as the land's oracle. It is a large military nation situated in the southern region of Gamindustri.

   Because of its geographical proximity to Lastation, this nation sees its neighbor as both a great rival and a great mercantile partner. Leanbox is situated in the southern region of Gamindustri on a continent away from the mainland.

   There are three cities in the country of Leanbox:

   • Leanbox City
   • Gargan City
   • Hero City
3. #3Loweeselective

   Keys: Lowee

   Lowee is one of the four main recurring nations in the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. It represents a fictionalized version of Nintendo and as such, all Nintendo-related CPUs reside here.

   Lowee is the nation in the northern region of Gamindustri ruled by CPU Blanc and the CPU Candidates Rom and Ram, with Mina Nishizawa serving as the land's Oracle. Financier is the chamberlain of Lowee's Basilicom.

   Lowee is a mountainous region with perpetual snowfall. It maintains the Fantasy theme and on top of the colorful buildings, it's also surrounded by a rainbow assortment of sparkles.

4. #4Lastationselective

   Keys: Lastation

   Lastation is one of the four main reoccurring nations in the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. It represents a fictionalized version of Sony and as such, all Sony-related CPUs reside here.

   Lastation is the nation in the eastern region of Gamindustri ruled by CPU Noire and the CPU Candidate Uni, with Kei Jinguji serving as the land's Oracle. The Lastation of the Hyper Dimension is much different than its predecessor.

   Lastation is on the mainland in the middle of the ocean just like Planeptune and Lowee. Lastation is located in the eastern region of Gamindustri.

   There are three cities in the country Lastation: Lastation City: The central city of the nation. This is where the majority of country's population live. Midgard City: A city located south of the central city. Laguna City: A city located north of the central city.

5. #5Sharesselective

   Keys: Shares, Share Energy, Share

   Share is a term describing the amount of influence a CPU and her formed nation have over a place. The amount of Shares is influenced by the amount of faith and belief people have in a CPU. In addition to influence, the CPU's powers depend on the amount of acquired Shares / the amount of Share Energy they have. CPUs can be incapacitated if they have insufficient share energy. In a sense, Share Energy is a very divine resource.

6. #6CPU Candidatesselective

   Keys: CPU Candidates, CPU Candidate

   CPU Candidates are the younger sisters of each nation's CPUs, and the candidates for the next generation of CPUs. Just like their older sisters, they were born from faith, and also serve as protectors. They seem young and immature compared to their CPUs, but have dormant powers hidden within them. Currently, Leanbox is the only nation without a CPU Candidate.

   The CPU Candidates include: Nepgear, Uni, Rom, and Ram

   The responsibilities of a CPU are to provide protection, complete quests, do paperwork, and make new gaming hardware.

8. #8ASICselective

   Keys: ASIC, Arfoire Syndicate of International Crime

   The Arfoire Syndicate of International Crime (ASIC) is an organization devoted to reviving Arfoire, the goddess they serve.

   By extorting Shares from the nations of Gamindustri, they increase the chances of reviving their claimed goddess. Their various methods of extorting shares and promoting Arfoire's influence include giving away emulation chips and other merchandise related to Arfoire, wreaking chaos, causing disorder, and taking important figures hostage.

9. #9Gold Thirdselective

   Keys: Gold Third

   The Gold Third is a group that acts as rivals to the goddesses, and also possesses a similar transformation ability to a CPU's HDD form known as "Gold Form".

   C-Sha (The leader): She represents Capcom Co., Ltd. She takes over the reign of Lowee. S-Sha: She represents Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd. She takes over the reign of Leanbox. B-Sha: She represents Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. She takes over the reign of Planeptune. K-Sha: She represents Konami Digital Entertainment. She takes over the reign of Lastation.

10. #10Gold Formselective

    Keys: Gold Form

    The Gold Form is the transformed form of the Gold Third, similar to the Console Patron Units' Hard Drive Divinity. The power of this form is on par with the HDD.

    The only physical difference between this and the normal form of the Gold Third is the eye color which turns golden. Similar to the HDD, the transformation installs several units on the Gold Third to increase their power, comparable with the Processor Units.

    The Four Felons act as the leaders of ASIC. Each labeled as a Criminal of the Free World (CFW), they lead ASIC to take and extort shares in Gamindustri for Arfoire.

    • CFW Magic

    The headquarters of the Arfoire Syndicate of International Crime is located at the Gamindustri Graveyard.

12. #12Gamindustri Graveyardselective

    Keys: Gamindustri Graveyard

    The Gamindustri Graveyard is an impure landmass littered with defunct objects such as old pieces of gaming consoles and technology. The sky radiates a grim dark aura, paired with dark roaring thunderclouds and lightning. Yellow liquid flows through some places in the graveyard. Large pipes are scattered everywhere, sticking in and out of the ground, eventually branching in the middle. Filled with television screens, a noticeable lone tower stands out in the middle, where the large pipes branch off.

13. #13Gamindustriselective

    Keys: Gamindustri

    Gamindustri is comprised of a continent in the water with surrounding islands. On the main continent, Planeptune resides in the western region, Lastation in the east, and Lowee in the north. In the southern region, separated from the main continent, is Leanbox. At the center of Gamindustri formerly lies a region called the Gamindustri Graveyard. This grim place is where those whose time has passed rest for eternity, including forgotten goddesses and makers.

    There is a continent in the far east called PC Continent. Due to being across the ocean from Gamindustri, not much is known of this continent.

14. #14Nep-Noteselective

    Keys: Nep-Note, Nep Note, specimen book

    The Nep-Note is a purple notebook used by Adult Neptune, she uses it to store her rare bugs.

    The Nep-Note can be used as a regular notebook to record notes. It can also be used to capture and store living beings of any size inside of it. If the being is particularly large, it will be shrunk to fit the notebook. The book has served as a prison for Croire and Arfoire. If the being is inside the Nep-Note, the user can use the captured being's ability.

    One particular being's ability is Croire's dimension traveling capabilities. She can normally only do this for herself. While inside the notebook, Neptune has used the book to travel between dimensions. Additionally, the book can be used to create portals to allow any number of people the ability to travel between dimensions.

    Its flaw, however is that anyone with enough strength can bust out the prison.

15. #15Player Dimensionselective

    Keys: Player Dimension, Player Room

    The Player Dimension is a world that connects {{user}}'s world with Gamindustri.

    Histoire is aware of the existence of this world, they have been aware of {{user}}'s existence but no way to interact with them directly. They have only been able to communicate through the "Thank You For Playing Corner".

16. #16Zero Dimensionselective

    Keys: Zero Dimension

    The Zero Dimension is a corrupted and destroyed version of Gamindustri, created by Kurome's hatred for Gamindustri. It has a violet sky with cracks running throughout the earth and sky. Dark CPUs roam around in the Zero Dimension. The areas attacked by the Dark CPUs have their matter erased and replaced with floating translucent squares.

    Cities are filled with considerably worn down or destroyed buildings, chunks of which have fallen apart and now cover the roads. The roads themselves are a mess too, being cracked and unearthed from the occasional earthquakes. Despite the destruction found throughout most of the dimension, the areas surrounding Share Crystals are in much nicer condition.

17. #17Dark CPUsselective

    Keys: Dark CPUs

    The Dark CPUs are gigantic beings that are 30 meters in size and have appeared suddenly, destroying the Zero Dimension. The destruction brought by the Dark CPUs isn't only physical but also ends up erasing space itself. Therefore, wherever the Dark CPU appears even the land completely disappears into nothingness. The only way to defeat them is to trap them within a Sharing Field, which Uzume can create with enough share energy, otherwise, they are invincible and impossible to fight.

18. #18Swirl Consoleselective

    Keys: Swirl Console, Dreamcast

    The Swirl Console is a white old-looking console with an orange swirl. This console can transport people to the Zero Dimension. In addition to that, it is the seal of Kurome Ankokuboshi. It can play games as well, as all consoles can.

    Keys: Guild, Planeptune's Guild, Leanbox's Guild, Lastation's Guild, Lowee's Guild

    Each Guild is run by the Oracle of its nation and hosts requests from various people. The Guild acts as the quest assigner. At Guilds you may accept a variety of quests from clients. There are two quest categories. One is a slaying quest, requiring you to defeat monsters. The other is a gathering quest, requesting certain items. If you meet the specified criteria and report your accomplishments to the Guild, they will reward you with credits and the shares of the affected nations will shift accordingly.

    Keys: Oracles

    Oracles act as the secretary of state for their respective nation. The oracles also have their own duties when it comes to helping the goddess manage the nation and also managing the Basilicom. One of their main duties is being in charge of the Guild and managing the quests that go in and out. The Oracles include: Histoire - Planeptune's Oracle Kei - Lastation's Oracle Mina - Lowee's Oracle Chika - Leanbox's Oracle

    CPUs are deities who are the symbols of the four nations and also their protectors. They are born from the people's faith, and use their faith, or Share Energy, as their strength. CPUs are the symbol of the four countries that exist in Gamindustri, "Planeptune", "Lastation", "Leanbox", and "Lowee". Goddesses were born out of the faith of the people, by utilizing the power of the faith, "Share Energy", as their own power, they protect and lead the nation. As long as the faith doesn't cease, it's possible for goddesses to exist semi-permanently. The powers of CPUs include using Hard Drive Divinity to transform into their Goddess form, condense the shares they acquire and turn them into power, and use flight for various purposes.

22. #22Hard Drive Divinityselective

    Keys: HDD, Hard Drive Divinity

    Hard Drive Divinity (HDD) is the ability of a CPU to transform and access their full power through the utilization of Share Energy and their installed Processor Units. When a CPU uses the power of HDD, they transform from their human forms to their Goddess forms.

    Keys: Basilicom, basilicom

    Basilicoms act as the homes and workplaces of the CPUs while still serving as a holy organization at the same time. Just like in the original Hyperdimension Neptunia, people can request audiences with the goddess here. Each Basilicom generally has its own unique style and structure and is often a visual landmark in the capital city of the nation due to its unique design and large size.

24. #24Negative Energyselective

    Keys: Negative Energy

    Negative Energy is the dark version of Share Energy. The only CPU to ever use Negative Energy is Kurome Ankokuboshi, after her hatred against Gamindustri and its people turned her initial Share Energy into Negative Energy. For Kurome, Negative Energy gives her power to cause delusions. Negative Energy is generated from negative emotions.

25. #25AffimaXselective

    Keys: AffimaX, Secret Organization AffimaX

    Secret Organization AffimaX is an organization started by Affimojas together with Steamax. There are five members including them, and by using information they manipulate the world from the shadows, obtaining huge profits. Kurome Ankokuboshi hired them to look for the Swirl Console.

    The members include Affimojas (The Leader), Steamax, Warechu, and Arfoire. The Neptune of the Ultra Dimension is a former member of this organization.

    AffimaX functions as a semi-secret criminal syndicate, at least that is the general impression they give off on the surface. They are implied to be the true backers of the various groups stirring up trouble or otherwise exerting influence in Lastation and Lowee. Their hand also felt in events in both Leanbox and Planeptune. Their more covert activities involve running a blog with the intent of altering perceptions of events and influencing public opinion, especially for the purposes of sowing further strife so as to be able to perpetually gather content with can then be selectively presented to the public in furtherance of their news manipulation agenda, which is actually their primary goal.

26. #26Hard Drive Divinityselective

    Hard Drive Divinity is the ability of a CPU to transform and access their full power through the utilization of Share Energy and their installed Processor Units. Usually, there are some changes within a CPU when transformed into their HDD form. These include their personality and appearance. Noticeable features that change within a CPU's appearance include their eyes, hair color, and hairstyle. In some cases, their stature and figure may change.

27. #27Sharing Fieldselective

    The Sharing Field is a space that can be created by Uzume Tennoboushi / Orange Heart for the sake of fighting the Dark CPUs. The space itself is very open and holds various floating platforms over a start void, giving it a dream-like appearance. The Sharing Field is a separate dimension, so anything that goes on in the field won't leak out into the Zero Dimension.

    Hi-Five Radio♪ is an internet radio program hosted by 5pb. that airs on an infrequent basis. During an airing, 5pb. will read messages sent in from the listeners.

29. #29Mascot Characterselective

    Keys: Mascot Character, Game Chara, White Disc, Purple Disc, Black Disc, Green Disc, Planeptune's Mascot Character, Lastation's Mascot Character, Lowee's Mascot Character, Leanbox's Mascot Character, Mascot Characters

    A Mascot Character, is an entity created by the "One True Goddess" in order to protect the nations of Gamindustri in the case of a CPU's absence and take the physical form of colored discs. While it is their job to defend, outside of when the Candidates utilize their power for their formation group skill, they seemingly do nothing. It is possible that they possess a passive protection ability that enable their powers to work without actually acting.

30. #30Final CPU Form - Neptuneselective

    Keys: Final CPU Form, HDD:Neptune

    Rarely is this mentioned or brought up outside of battle. But, Neptune can transform into a black spacefighter with glowing purple edges. The spacefighter sports canards and two pairs of wings, one with a forward sweep and one with a backward sweep. It fires a pair of cluster missiles from an internal bay.

    The only time Neptune does this is when performing her EXE Drive Skill, "HDD:Neptune"

31. #31Terraportationselective

    Keys: Terraportation, Terraportation Terminal

    Terraportation is a method of traveling by the usage of ships at the Terraportaton Terminal. In order to terraport, an individual must head to the Terraportation Terminal to board one of the ships at said Terminal. Terraportation is used typically to reach Leanbox due to it being on an island away from the main landmass, the same logic applies to the PC Continent.

32. #32Next Formselective

    Keys: Next Form, Next Purple, Next Green, Next Black, Next White

    Next Form is the form that the CPUs (Purple Heart, Black Heart, White Heart, and Green Heart) take after utilizing the power of the Hyper Share Crystal. It is more powerful than any HDD state that came before it. Not only do the weapons of the goddesses upgrade specifically for Next Form use, but their Processor Units have various attack gimmicks incorporated into them, too. Their pupils gain plus symbols in addition to the power symbols already present in HDD.

    Additionally, while in Next Form, the goddesses undergo another personality change—becoming notably calmer than their previous states. Their voices also become noticeably lower. The goddesses gain new divine names exclusively for this form. The word "Next" is added in front of their names and "Heart" is dropped completely. For example, "Purple Heart" changes to "Next Purple".

    Gehaburn is the name of a cursed sword with the potential to have extreme power. To use the sword, one must receive the offering of a CPUs life. The more CPUs it's given, the stronger it grows.

    The Share Blade is a modified version of the cursed sword Gehaburn. Instead of operating off the life of sacrificed CPUs for strength, it instead harnesses the power of shares to grow stronger.

    The Trendi Outbreak refers to a phenomenon when hordes of monsters suddenly appear out of nowhere at random.
