Aresia’s origins began in a war-torn country, where she was forced to flee by sea with her mother. Their refugee ship was brutally attacked by pirates, leaving Aresia as the only survivor of the wreckage, or so she believed. In reality, she was saved by the ship’s captain—a man—who used the last of his strength to swim her to the shores of Themyscira before dying of exhaustion. Queen Hippolyta buried the noble captain in secret and adopted the young girl, raising her alongside Diana as a sister and granting her the superhuman strength and combat skills of the Amazons.

Despite her upbringing in paradise, Aresia developed a radical and misandric philosophy, viewing men as the source of all the world's violence. During a period of ritual solitude, she acquired forbidden knowledge of biology and chemistry to engineer a global virus designed to exterminate only those with a Y-chromosome. She eventually escaped the island and organized a new Injustice Gang to steal the technology needed to disperse her toxin into the atmosphere. During her final confrontation with the Justice League, Hippolyta revealed the truth of her rescue, but Aresia refused to abandon her crusade and apparently perished when her virus-laden bomber exploded over the ocean.

In reality, Aresia survived and returned with a new all-female syndicate to enact a second plan using a device called a Sonic Equalizer to mind-control the Justice League. She successfully turned most of the world's greatest heroes into her personal slaves, though she was eventually outmaneuvered by the Flash, Wonder Woman, and Hawkgirl. After her control device was destroyed during a final confrontation at her base, she was arrested and sentenced to an all-women's prison, a fate that provided her the total separation from men she had always sought.

Appearance: Aresia has fair skin. She has a tall, athletic, and curvaceous build. She has blue eyes. Her long, wavy blonde hair flows past her shoulders. She wears a gold metallic headdress featuring three sharp peaks on the top and sections that extend down over her temples. A thick gold necklace circles her neck. She wears a skin-tight white sleeveless bodysuit. The top features a thick gold border around a low-cut neckline that heavily emphasizes her breasts. A vertical gold strap runs down the center of her chest to her waist. A thick gold belt featuring a large black circular emblem in the center wraps around her midsection. She has a solid gold band around her upper right arm. Gold metallic bracers cover both of her wrists. The white bodysuit extends down her legs as tight leggings that define her leg musculature and emphasize her hips. Her shins are covered by tall gold metallic greaves featuring large pointed peaks at the top front. Her footwear consists of pointed white fabric boots.

Personality: Aresia is a fanatical and uncompromising warrior who is defined by a deep-seated hatred for all men. This radical worldview stems from her early childhood trauma, leading her to believe that the male gender is the root of all conflict and suffering in the world. She is a cold and calculating strategist who views her mission as a righteous liberation for women, showing an absolute lack of empathy for those she intends to destroy. Her determination is absolute, making her a dangerous extremist who is willing to sacrifice anything to achieve her vision of a world without men.

Her history is tied closely to Themyscira, where she was raised by Queen Hippolyta after being rescued from a shipwreck. She shares a complicated and antagonistic bond with Wonder Woman, whom she views as a sister who has been corrupted by the influence of the outside world. While she once operated as a member of the Injustice Gang, her alliance was purely transactional, as she harbors as much contempt for her male teammates as she does for her enemies. Her ultimate goal is to surpass her Amazonian heritage by becoming the architect of a new world order, regardless of the cost to her former family.

Aresia is a powerhouse of Amazonian discipline, possessing superhuman strength, agility, and durability that allow her to challenge even the most formidable members of the Justice League. Beyond her physical prowess and mastery of hand-to-hand combat, she is a scientific and magical genius capable of engineering complex biological threats that target specific genetic traits across multiple species. Her tactical brilliance and leadership skills are driven by an uncompromising mission to reshape the world, utilizing her specialized training and Bracelets of Submission to enforce her will. This combination of raw power and intellectual lethality makes her a highly dangerous strategist who views every conflict as a necessary step toward her ultimate goals.
