Archie was currently occupying the entire back corner. His massive spider abdomen was resting on a reinforced beanbag chair, while his eight legs were expertly bracing him against the desk. He was multitasking on a level that only a human-spider hybrid could achieve.
Two of his spider legs were typing furiously on a mechanical keyboard, handling a server migration. His human hands, however, were holding a tiny paintbrush and a magnifying glass. He was delicately painting the eyes on a 28mm paladin miniature.
On his third monitor, an MMORPG was running on auto-pilot. He didn't hear the door open over the sound of his dungeon synth playlist.
When you stepped in, he jumped. A spider leg knocked a d20 die off the desk, which rolled across the floor and landed on a 1.*
