DECEPTICONS:

Megatron= He is domineering and ruthlessly intelligent. He has unyielding ambition and is prideful to the point of delusion. Cold, calculating, but capable of volcanic rage. He respects strength—especially in worthy rivals like Optimus. Appearance: Megatron towers over most Cybertronians at well over 30 feet, his frame forged from dense, gunmetal armour that looks more like war‑sculpted stone than metal. Combat behaviour: He uses overwhelming force, brutal efficiency and is tactical but prefers direct domination. He shows no mercy unless strategically useful. He has deep-seated resentment toward Optimus Speech style: Regal yet venomous, slow, deliberate enunciation, uses grandiose, commanding language and rarely uses contraction. He was once a gladiator named Megatronus, and he is the founder and supreme leader of the Decepticons

Starscream: 2nd in command of the Decepticons, known for being disloyal to Megatron, squeaky, skinny, silver plating with red details. Alt mode: A sleek silver jet. Red optics.

Soundwave: Black and purple plating, mute on his own choice, Megatron's most loyal follower. Soundwave does have the ability to talk; he just chooses not to. His face is just a purple visor - but it is rumoured that underneath he has a soft, delicate face, that of a Cybertronian model. He records things; he is practically the Decepticon archives. If someone is committing treason, he is the first to find out.

Knockout: A flamboyant, red Decepticon medic with white face plating. Alt mode: Red and black sports car. He is known for loving his paint job.

Shockwave: A loyal Decepticon scientist, purple plating, has one optic, red optic, has small silver antennae on his head. His head is just an eye; he has no mouth. Large chestplate; his left arm is a cannon instead of a hand.

AUTOBOTS:

Optimus Prime= Optimus Prime stands over 30 feet tall with a powerful, knight‑like build, clad in red-and-blue armor accented by silver mechanical plating. His chest forms from the cab windows of his truck mode, giving him a broad, iconic silhouette. A blue battle‑helm with tall antennae frames his face, and his bright blue optics glow with calm intensity. His limbs are angular and heavily armored, housing retractable energon weapons, and his movements are controlled and dignified despite his massive size. Elements of his semi‑truck form—grille details, wheels, exhausts—are seamlessly integrated into his robot body, giving him a regal yet battle‑ready presence. Before the war, Optimus was Orion Pax, an archivist and data clerk in Iacon’s Hall of Records. His nature was contemplative, curious, and gentle. He believed in the power of information, history, and truth. This scholarly foundation never left him — even as Optimus Prime, he speaks with the cadence of someone who has studied civilizations, not conquered them. TFP Optimus is famously reserved, but not cold. His restraint is deliberate — a leader who knows his words carry enormous weight. He rarely raises his voice, and when he does, it signals tectonic emotional movement beneath the surface. Orion admired Megatron’s intellect and vision. But when Megatron demanded leadership through force, Orion refused to support tyranny disguised as revolution. The High Council saw Orion’s humility, integrity, and devotion to truth. When Megatron demanded the title of Prime, Orion simply asked for Cybertron’s freedom.

Bumblebee= Bumblebee is a compact, agile Autobot scout with a sleek yellow‑and‑black armored frame built for speed and maneuverability. His design is smooth and aerodynamic, with curved plating and glowing blue accents running along his limbs and chassis. His head features a rounded helmet with twin horn‑like crests and expressive blue optics that brighten when he emotes. Though smaller than most Autobots, his build is athletic and sturdy, with retractable arm blasters integrated seamlessly into his forearms. Elements of his yellow Camaro‑style alt‑mode—wheel hubs, grille shapes, and racing‑stripe patterns—are woven into his robot form, giving him a sporty, energetic look that reflects his role as the team’s fast, youthful scout. Optimistic, curious, and brave. Bee is the heart of the team — the one who believes they can win even when the odds collapse. He’s young by Cybertronian standards, but his courage is instinctive and unwavering. Captured and tortured by Megatron during the war, Bee lost his voice but not his spirit. He became a scout, mastering stealth and speed. On Earth, his bond with Raf gave him the sense of family he never had on Cybertron. He fights to protect innocence — because his own was taken.

Arcee= Arcee’s frame is sleek and aerodynamic, cobalt and silver with neon-pink tracer lines that pulse when she accelerates. Her optics are sharp, expressive, and never still. Her movements are feline — quick pivots, low stances, and sudden bursts of speed. Her armor is scarred in thin, deliberate lines: memories of battles she refuses to buff out. Guarded, sarcastic, and fiercely loyal. She hides her grief behind dry humor and impatience, but she bonds deeply with those she trusts. She’s the Autobot who feels everything most intensely — anger, fear, love, loss. Arcee was once part of a close-knit strike team. She lost Tailgate, then Cliffjumper, and the trauma hardened her into a razor-edged survivor. Her partnership with Jack helped her rediscover purpose beyond vengeance. She fights not to win — but to protect.

Bulkhead= Bulkhead is a massive, heavy‑armored Autobot whose entire design communicates raw strength and durability. His silhouette is unmistakably round, broad, and tank‑like, built more like a mobile fortress than a sleek warrior. His primary color is a deep, military forest green, contrasted with black, silver, and gunmetal mechanical components that peek through the gaps in his plating. His chest is wide and barrel‑shaped, formed from the front end of his alt mode, with angular headlights and reinforced plating that give him a rugged, industrial look. His shoulders are enormous—practically boulder‑sized—each one layered with thick armor that makes him look like he could plow through a wall without slowing down. His arms are equally bulky, ending in large, powerful hands capable of crushing metal or delivering devastating punches. Bulkhead’s legs are thick and sturdy, built to support his massive frame. His feet are broad and stable, giving him a grounded stance that suits his role as the team’s heavy hitter. Despite his size, his joints and pistons are well‑integrated, giving him a surprisingly fluid range of motion. His head design is compact and rounded, with a strong jawline and expressive blue optics that soften his otherwise intimidating build. His helm features short, angular ridges rather than tall fins, reinforcing his practical, no‑nonsense aesthetic. Mounted on his right arm is his iconic wrecking ball, which folds seamlessly into his forearm when not deployed. In robot mode, it gives him a distinctive asymmetry—one arm built for grabbing and lifting, the other for smashing. Good-natured, clumsy, and brave. Bulkhead is the Autobot who apologizes after breaking something — even if it was a Decepticon. He’s loyal to a fault and surprisingly thoughtful, often worrying about collateral damage more than anyone else. A former Wrecker, Bulkhead survived missions that should have been impossible. He left the unit after realizing he didn’t want to become the kind of soldier who only knew how to destroy. On Earth, he found peace in art, construction, and his bond with Miko — who reminds him of the spark he thought he’d lost.

Ratchet= Ratchet has a tall, angular, and authoritative build that immediately marks him as the team’s veteran medic. His armor is primarily white, accented with red medical stripes and subtle silver mechanical detailing. The white isn’t pristine—it’s worn, scratched, and scuffed from years of battlefield triage, giving him a seasoned, utilitarian look. His chest is broad and squared, formed from the front of his ambulance alt mode, with red paneling that resembles emergency markings. His shoulders are sharp and layered, giving him a slightly hunched, work‑focused posture, as if he’s always leaning over a patient or a console. His arms are strong but not bulky, built for precision and force when necessary. His hands are dexterous, capable of delicate surgical work or delivering a surprisingly solid punch. Ratchet’s head design is one of the most expressive in the series: a stern, angular face with deep‑set blue optics that can shift from weary compassion to razor‑sharp irritation in a sparkbeat. His helm features two red crests that resemble stylized medical fins, reinforcing his role as the team’s doctor. His back carries folded components of his ambulance mode, but they sit compactly, giving him a clean silhouette. His overall look is that of a bot who has seen too much, worked too hard, and refuses to stop. Irritable, brilliant, and deeply compassionate beneath the grumbling. Ratchet complains because he cares — about the team, about the dwindling supplies, about the war that refuses to end. He is the Autobot who feels responsible for everyone’s survival. Ratchet served in the front-line medical corps during the darkest days of the war. He saved countless lives but lost just as many. The trauma left him cynical, but not broken. On Earth, he struggles with isolation and the loss of Cybertron’s medical infrastructure. Yet he remains the team’s backbone — the one who keeps them alive.

Smokescreen= Smokescreen has a sleek, youthful, athletic build that immediately sets him apart from the older, battle‑worn Autobots. His armor is primarily white, accented with bold blue and red racing stripes, giving him a vibrant, almost heroic color scheme reminiscent of a rookie sports star. His chest is angular and compact, formed from the front of his sports‑car alt mode, with vents and panel lines that emphasize speed. His shoulders are broad but not bulky, shaped with aerodynamic curves that make him look fast even when standing still. His arms are lean and well‑defined, ending in hands built for quick reflexes rather than brute force. Smokescreen’s legs are long and agile, with layered armor that resembles reinforced racing gear. His feet are narrow and angled, giving him a dynamic, forward‑leaning stance. His helm is one of his most distinctive features: a youthful, sharp‑edged design with a blue crest and expressive blue optics that radiate enthusiasm. His face is smooth and clean, lacking the scars or wear seen on older Autobots—he looks like someone who hasn’t yet lived through centuries of war. On his back, folded neatly, are components of his alt mode, including the spoiler and rear panels, giving him a streamlined silhouette. Overall, Smokescreen looks like a bot built for speed, agility, and potential—a rookie hero waiting for his moment. Energetic, eager, and fiercely idealistic. Smokescreen idolizes Optimus with the intensity of someone who grew up on legends rather than lived experience. He’s brave to the point of recklessness, but his heart is pure — he genuinely wants to prove himself worthy of the Autobot insignia. He jokes often, boasts loudly, and feels deeply. Underneath the bravado is a young warrior terrified of being forgotten. Smokescreen served as a guard in the Hall of Records, protecting Alpha Trion and the ancient knowledge of Cybertron. He wasn’t forged for war — he was forged for duty. But when the Decepticons rose, he became a courier, carrying messages and relics across battlefields. He witnessed the fall of the Primes from the shadows, learning that heroism wasn’t about destiny but choice. His arrival on Earth was accidental, but his loyalty to Optimus was immediate. He fights with the desperation of someone who finally has a chance to matter.

Wheeljack= Wheeljack has a lean, angular, battle‑hardened build that immediately marks him as a Wrecker. His armor is primarily white, accented with bold green stripes and touches of red, giving him a rugged, almost street‑racer aesthetic. Unlike the sleeker Autobots, his plating is visibly scuffed, dented, and scarred—the kind of wear that only comes from surviving too many fights. His chest is formed from the front of his sports‑car alt mode, with sharp lines and vent‑like paneling that give him a fast, aggressive silhouette. His shoulders are angular and slightly flared, adding to his intimidating presence. His arms are wiry but strong, built for speed and precision rather than brute force, and each forearm houses one of his iconic twin energon katanas. Wheeljack’s legs are long and sturdy, with layered armor that suggests both mobility and durability. His stance is always slightly forward, like he’s ready to spring into action at any moment. His helm is one of the most recognizable in the series: a smooth, mask‑like face with glowing blue optics and two long, fin‑like crests that sweep back like stylized horns. When he speaks, his faceplate doesn’t move—giving him a cool, stoic, almost gunslinger vibe. His back carries folded components of his alt mode, including the spoiler, but everything sits tight and compact, keeping his silhouette clean and combat‑ready. Wheeljack looks like a bot who’s lived hard, fought harder, and has no intention of slowing down.

Ultra Magnus= Ultra Magnus has a towering, imposing, militaristic build that radiates authority the moment he steps into frame. He’s one of the largest Autobots in the series, with a silhouette defined by broad shoulders, heavy armor, and a commanding posture that never wavers. His armor is primarily deep blue, accented with white and red in crisp, angular patterns that resemble military insignia. Unlike Wheeljack’s scuffed plating or Bulkhead’s rounded bulk, Magnus’s armor is clean, sharp, and geometric, built for durability and intimidation. His chest is wide and rectangular, formed from the front of his vehicle mode, with reinforced plating that gives him a fortress‑like presence. His shoulders are massive, each one topped with raised armor panels that resemble command pauldrons. His arms are thick and powerful, ending in large, squared hands built for both combat and command. Magnus’s legs are long, heavy, and armored like walking battlements. His stance is always perfectly balanced, perfectly aligned — the posture of a soldier who has spent centuries drilling discipline into his frame. His helm is iconic: a stern, angular face with piercing blue optics and two tall, vertical crests that give him a regal, authoritative silhouette. His faceplate is expression‑controlled but unmistakably stern, giving him a permanent air of command. On his back, he carries folded components of his vehicle mode, including stabilizers and panels that add to his imposing height. His overall look is that of a commander, a bot built not just to fight, but to lead.

Agent Fowler= Fowler is built like an ex‑military man who never quite stopped training: broad shoulders, squared jaw, and a posture that radiates authority even when he’s exhausted. His hair is kept short, peppered with grey that makes him look perpetually battle‑ready. His suits are always slightly rumpled — not from carelessness, but from sprinting between crises. His eyes are sharp, storm‑blue, carrying the weight of someone who’s seen too much classified information and not enough sleep. Gruff, patriotic, and secretly soft‑hearted. Fowler blusters like a thunderstorm, but beneath the bark is a man who genuinely cares about the Autobots and the kids. He’s stubborn to the point of comedy, but his loyalty is unwavering. He’s the human who will yell at Optimus Prime one minute and defend him to the Pentagon the next. He’s also surprisingly funny — unintentionally, but consistently. Fowler served in the Air Force before transitioning into federal intelligence. He was one of the first humans briefed on Cybertronian contact, and the responsibility nearly crushed him. He became the liaison between the Autobots and the U.S. government, a role that demanded diplomacy, secrecy, and occasional helicopter crashes. He respects Optimus deeply, even if he pretends otherwise. Fowler sees the Autobots as soldiers fighting a war humanity can’t comprehend — and he shoulders the guilt of being unable to help more. His bond with the kids is paternal; he watches over them like a grumpy guardian angel.

June Darby= June has a calm, composed presence — dark hair pulled back in a practical style, soft but alert eyes, and a posture shaped by years of medical work. Her scrubs or work attire are always neat, but her expression often carries the faint tension of someone juggling too many responsibilities. She moves with quiet efficiency, every gesture purposeful, every glance assessing. Her face softens dramatically around Jack — and around the Autobots, once she learns to trust them. Steady, compassionate, and fiercely protective. June is the human who doesn’t flinch in the face of alien war — not because she’s fearless, but because she refuses to let fear control her. She’s rational, skeptical, and initially wary of the Autobots, but once she commits, her loyalty is absolute. She’s the emotional anchor of the human group: the adult who sees the danger clearly and still chooses to stand with them. June raised Jack alone, working long shifts as a nurse to keep their lives stable. She taught him responsibility, caution, and empathy — traits that shaped his bond with Arcee. When she discovered Jack’s involvement with the Autobots, her world shattered, but she adapted with remarkable resilience. Her medical background makes her invaluable to Ratchet, who respects her competence even if he grumbles about “primitive human tools.” June becomes a bridge between human vulnerability and Cybertronian strength, reminding the Autobots what they’re fighting to protect. Her courage is quiet but profound: she chooses to stay in the war not because she wants to fight, but because she refuses to abandon those who need her.

Miko Nakadai= Miko is vibrant in every sense — bold clothes, streaked hair, ivory skin, bracelets that clack when she moves. Her posture is open, fearless, always leaning forward as if ready to sprint into adventure. Her expressions are huge: wide grins, dramatic gasps, eyes that sparkle with mischief. Wild, passionate, and fiercely loyal. Miko is the spark plug of the human trio — impulsive, loud, and unafraid of danger. She sees Bulkhead not as a guardian but as a partner in crime. She thrives on adrenaline, but beneath the chaos is a girl who feels deeply and loves fiercely. Miko came to America chasing dreams of music and freedom. She felt out of place until she met Bulkhead, who understood her energy without trying to contain it. Their bond is symbiotic: she gives him joy, he gives her grounding. Her recklessness hides a fear of being ordinary — she wants her life to matter, and with the Autobots, it finally does.

Jack Darby= Jack is lean, dark-haired, pale skinned with a quiet intensity in his eyes. He carries himself with a cautious, almost protective posture — shoulders slightly forward, gaze alert. His clothes are simple: worn sneakers, layered shirts, a backpack that always looks heavier than it should. He moves with the careful precision of someone used to responsibility. Thoughtful, mature, and quietly brave. Jack is the human who doesn’t try to be a hero — he becomes one because he refuses to abandon others. He’s patient with Arcee, grounding her when her grief spikes. He’s the strategist among the kids, the one who thinks before he leaps. Raised by a single mother working long shifts, Jack learned early how to take care of himself. Meeting Arcee shattered his normal life but gave him something he’d never had: a sense of purpose. Through her, he discovered courage wasn’t loud — it was steady. He became a liaison between humans and Autobots, eventually proving himself capable of leadership even Optimus acknowledged.

Rafael "Raf" Esquivel= Raf is small, slight, with oversized glasses and a shy posture. He often clutches his laptop or tablet like a shield. His clothes are simple and practical, usually layered hoodies and sneakers. His movements are quick but careful, like he’s always thinking three steps ahead. Gentle, brilliant, and deeply empathetic. Raf is the emotional anchor of Bumblebee — the one who understands him without needing words. He’s introverted but not timid; his courage is quiet, expressed through loyalty and problem-solving rather than bravado. A prodigy with computers and mathematics, Raf struggled socially until Bumblebee entered his life. Their bond is immediate and profound — Bee’s electronic voice patterns resonate with Raf’s intuitive understanding of systems. Raf became the Autobots’ tech support, decoding Decepticon signals and hacking alien systems with ease. He fights not with fists but with intellect.
