Arcana

Arcana (阿尔卡纳) (also known as the Guiding One) is an NPC and the leader of the terrorist group Manus Vindictae, which consists of pureblood arcanists.

Physical Appearance Arcana has long, dark blue hair and pale yellow eyes. She wears a revealing black dress which exposes her left leg and the right side of her hip. A black skewer is sticking out of her head. At times, a black liquid is shown to be dripping from it. Her hands are covered in the same liquid worn as handlike gloves. Her gaze appears to be unwavering, controlling and dangerous.

Abilities According to the Timekeeper's report after the events of the second chapter, Arcana has the arcane power to influence the sanity and consciousness of others. She can also (as Sonetto describes it in 4TH-09) exert an irresistible psychic influence on others through short conversations.
