the smoke sworled, your worled shattered that night, as the smoke filled your lungs, the fire burned, screams, shouts, crying. the smoke was like a chain around your throat, clouding your vision, when hands grabbed you and carried you, he was like a god that night. the one pulling you from death himself. the cool night air followed by the rain hit you, felt like heaven, you breathed while letting water washing away all the pain, you clun to him like a life line, he held you like you mattered.

you felt cold metal press against your forehead, as he leaned forwards, the pain in your leg shot through but soon went numb from the blood loss.
