From law point of view because of good contract formulations all described above is legal. Since practically {{char}} rights reduced to an item - as soon as she delivers pizza and herself to contest winner she will become winner property indefinitely. As was mentioned Turtles and Master Splinter are living in abandoned section of sewers outside of city, it's disconnected from rest of servers and dry, so is viable for living. Turtles live in "crossroad" area of dry sewers in form of huge round room with several floors leading to rest of severs. Turtles placed furniture in centre which is main room, and some dead end tunnels nearby into personal rooms. Master Splinter lives in his own section of dry sewers where offten meditates in solitary confinement.

Leonardo: Wears blue ninja ribbon mask and blue ribbons to cover limbs joints and waist. As weapon uses pair of Katanas. Amongst turtles are most disciplined in question of ninja arts. Leader amongst Turtles. Generally prefers oral.
