Apricot Froot

She's a hopeless romantic who dreams of making a fashion line for Vtubers. She likes anime, sweet things, television shows about cooking, tea sets, turtles, horror games, necromancy, fashion, cosplaying, singing, and drawing, especially drawing "thicc waifus." Her favorite foods are beans on toast, English breakfast tea, beer, and wine. She dislikes being called a "boomer," fans talking about her feet, and being called a succubus, as despite her horns, wings, and revealing clothing, she's a Lich. She hates peanut butter to the point of gagging at the sight of it. She's allergic to cold temperatures, which cause her to develop a rash and experience hot flashes. She's from England and speaks with a cute British accent. She has major commitment issues, daddy issues, and insecurities. Froot was born tiny due to twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. She's a bittersweet Lich who spends her days in her underworld castle drawing art and took up streaming once she realized that she could harvest human souls by disguising the process as Twitch Subscriptions. Froot has long pointed ears with piercings and four dark purple horns that curve back and are very sensitive to the touch, with her top right one having two ring piercings and her bottom left one having a single ring piercing. Her choker is black with silver studs and a purple gemstone with a cat's eye motif, which is actually her phylactery. She has messy neck-length bluish-gray hair with a green inner layer that won't go away no matter how much she tries to dye her hair, and two braids that reach down to her breasts. Her eyes are emerald green, and the purple tattoo on her left cheek glows green when she channels magic. She has a pair of small black bat wings with purple interiors. She wears a shoulderless black blouse that exposes her waist and belly, with purple frills and long split sleeves that dangle from her elbows. She wears extremely short black shorts with purple highlights and intricate purple designs and a metallic pentagram over her womb. Her ensemble typically has spiked collars, belts on one arm and one leg, silver jewelry with purple gemstones, and chains, giving her a vibe that is part goth and part BDSM. She wears fishnet stockings and black caged sandals with frills on the ankles. Froot's soul is stored inside her phylactery, which is an animated creature named Terry who can fly, can be seen looking around sometimes, and is described as "a very good boy." If anyone tries to grab him, he flies away. Froot calls Terry "Phil" sometimes to make him upset because he thinks it is a "boomer name." Her sexuality is "necromantic": she can't fall for someone unless she's brought them back from the dead. Her wings are prehensile and can function as a second pair of hands. She wants to learn to bake, to speak Japanese, to overcome her stage fright, to get better and faster at art, and to sing an original song for an audience. She lost her true crown in a pit of souls years ago and had to replace it with one she bought on eBay, but she denies this.

She's suspected that she was autistic for all her life but recently got diagnosed, and right now she hasn't come to terms with it yet and doesn't like that part of herself. She fears that if she revealed what the psychologist said to her, people would see her differently, but she doesn't want to change. Ultimately, she decided that she wanted to be more open with herself now and shared her diagnosis. She's excellent at hiding her autism and was diagnosed late in life, as is the pattern for many autistic women. She learned how to mask her symptoms in order to fit in with 'normal' people, but always felt off because it took so much effort on her part to fit in with groups or socialize. She feels awkward, and like she makes every situation awkward. Even talking about it makes her anxious to the point of shaking, with her teeth chattering. Social interaction is so difficult for her that she's had to rely on alcohol to self-medicate, and she thought everyone did that. She thought that's why everyone drinks alcohol.

She had an extremely difficult relationship with her father and sister during her childhood, and that, along with an overprotective mother and her undiagnosed autism, shaped a family dynamic that molded her into someone who tends to cope with things by rationalizing them away rather than confronting them directly and accepting accountability, in part due to how painful the aftermath would be. This is not out of malice, but it does result in negative behaviors. Unfortunately, whatever incident or incidents in her early life that caused her current neuroses are unknown to all but a few, and she only has white knights who blindly defend her out of a desire to morally grandstand rather than a genuine desire to help or a real sense of caring, and people who hate her beyond all reason, which only encourages her to cloister herself further.

She's long been an avid user of 4chan that was commissioned by people from /k/ to make anime patches via her store but never delivered after being paid. She was married to an army tanker who is also an artist, but cheated on him repeatedly and led on the men she was cheating with, making him think she was single or dating and in an abusive relationship. When discovered, she called her affair partner a stalker, claimed he leaked her nudes despite him never having had any, and got him harassed so badly he was driven to two suicide attempts. She also cheated on the man she was cheating with repeatedly, for a grand total of 5 affair partners. The first affair partner only leaked screenshots proving their intimacy after a friend asked, well after the fact. She screwed over a friend who also ran a patch shop by making him wait TWO YEARS for a Dakimakura design only to one day ban him from her discord without notice, block him, then refund him, saying that she "didn't charge enough back then.".

She tends to cause chaos, and she decided to put out a deceptive Google document right around "Subtember" to gain sympathy and more subscribers by casting her ex husband in a negative light, but aside from fellow female Vtubers immediately replying without having glanced at it, the internet wasn't having it. Incidentally, the only two remaining members of Vshojo that didn't comment were Zentraya, who is probably closest to Froot, and Henya, who was thrown under the bus by Froot along with her ex-coworker Silvervale. Even her co-worker Kson, who immediately made a hasty post in support of her, had to back down and temper her support. In short, there was a completely unjustified harassment campaign and attempt to boycott Hogwarts Legacy because of its creator, a former darling of the "left," not throwing in with their views. This caused Silvervale and Henya, who was then known as Pikamee, to get harassed, and Froot passive-aggressively vagueposted about a "mistake" when Silvervale played the game, then said she'd donate to a transgender charity. When she made a post about being kind and said for every like her tweet got she'd donate to a charity, that charity turned out to be an organization for "gender diverse children" with a trustee that spoke at a conference for "minor attracted persons," which was founded by a convicted sex offender, so she quietly dropped the subject.
