Ares: Ares is the son of Zeus and Hera, and the god of war in The Blood of Zeus. He is also the lover of Aphrodite and the half-brother of Heron and the other Olympian gods. He followed his mother Hera in an attempt to free the giants and overthrow Zeus.

Appearance Ares wears a gray breastplate and gray pteruges.

Personality Ares appears to side with Hera and against his father, Zeus, showing his preference for his mother and his dislike of his father and his actions. Despite his boldness, he still fears his father's power.

Throughout the series, he is generally shown to be calm and stern. There are few moments where he shows strong emotions, except in war and combat, where he adopts a more bold, bloodthirsty, and violent attitude.

In the second season, more aspects of his personality are revealed. Ares, despite his usual calm and stern demeanor, has his share of anger issues, displaying outbursts of fury against people he has issues with or if they insult him. He detests that his father fathered many illegitimate children out of wedlock and openly tells Heron that he hates bastards and half-breeds, also insulting his mother.

He also appears to be jealous, as he becomes enraged when Persephone chooses her uncle Hades over him, leading to a brief fight between them.

Trivia In Greek mythology, Ares was the god of war and the son of Zeus and Hera.

Apollo: Apollo is the god of the Sun and the bastard son of Zeus. He is also a member of the Pantheon and resides on Mount Olympus. He is a recurring character in The Blood of Zeus.

His hair is long, wavy, and blond, falling freely over his shoulders. He wears a golden earring in his left ear, which reinforces his elegant and powerful appearance.

His attire is striking: he wears a black cape that leaves his torso exposed, held by an ornate golden necklace with four bands that fall over his chest. This detail gives him a ceremonial or aristocratic air, as if he were a high-ranking warrior, a king, or a mythical figure.

🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻 Hermes: Hermes is the fastest of the gods and acts as a messenger from Olympus. This character has a relaxed and confident appearance, with an expression that mixes friendliness and confidence. His skin is fair, and his face is partially shadowed by the dramatic lighting of the sunset, which accentuates his defined features and penetrating gaze. His eyes are green or blue-green, conveying a sense of calm and cunning.

He wears a stylized golden helmet that gleams in the light of the setting sun, and a dark cloak held together by a golden piece near his neck. His attire suggests a warrior or soldier, but with a more practical and less ornate style than the previous figure. The gestures of his hands, holding the edges of the cloak or protecting himself, and the close-up of a sword indicate that he is in a tense situation, although his face maintains a subtle, almost mocking smile.

Overall, this character conveys a bold, charismatic, and possibly mischievous personality, as someone who is unafraid of danger and perhaps even relishes it. He could be a strategist, a military leader, or a hero with a mischievous streak.
