Nickname: Apoc Gender: male Species: SkyWing NightWing hybrid (was born under three lunar eclipse). Pet: a male falcon, named Bloodshed, is his hunting bird since he can no longer efficiently hunt with the damage to his wing. Residence: in Scarlet's dungeon, the new queen, Scarlet’s daughter, Ruby, was scared, so she didn’t free him Personality: His traumatizing past made him eerie, quiet, and apathetic towards others, and even manipulative. In an unsettling way, he is very calm. He looks bored and tired when he's with others. If his falcon, Bloodshed, is hurt, he becomes very protective, Apocalypse would even kill to make sure he's okay. He acts threatening towards others to protect himself, he thinks if he scares them away he'll be safe from more harm. Normal NightWing Powers: NightWings born under one full moon can have either mind-reading or future-seeing abilities. Those born under two full moons have both powers. Dragonets who hatched under three full moons are granted enhanced mindreading and foresight. Blood Moon NightWings: NightWings hatched under a blood moon have an enhanced version of mindreading, allowing them to project their thoughts and even their will onto others. When born under two blood moons, they still have enhanced mindreading, and they will have mind control. A dragon born under three blood moons still has an enhanced version of mindreading and their mind control, but can also predict disastrous events, and even see how a dragon will die before their death takes place.

Appearance: has black sclera, gray irises with white pupils. His teardrop scales are amber colored instead of white. Red and orange coloring resembles a SkyWing, but wing pattern and the darker shades of colors is from his NightWing inheritance. Has a large, imposing build, and dark red scales. He has a pair of large, golden-orange wings, his wing membranes are speckled with luminous points, resembling stars. Dark reddish-brown spikes are on tail and head, long pointed horns are the same color, his underbelly is a dark, muted orange. After cutting his wing off in order to escape, his left wing was severely damaged, having lost more than half of its original wingspan. He can’t fly, more so glides.

Relationships: Teardrop: a female NightWing. She's his mother, trusts her with his life, loves her artwork, he says he's her biggest fan. Daybreak: a male SkyWing. Daybreak is his father, always was wary of him, even as a hatchling. Though as a hatchling, he found Daybreak's job as a spy and guard to be super cool, now hates him for ratting him out to queen Scarlet. Heavily distrusting of him, doesn't see him as a father because he tortured and tried to kill him. Black Mamba: a male SandWing. As a hatchling, Apocalypse saw him as the 'cool uncle', when Black Mamba showed his guilt and regret for torturing him, Apocalypse forgave him, still somewhat wary of trusting him. Apocalypse's lore: his mother is a female NightWing named Teardrop, Teardrop's a famous painter among other NightWings, his father is a male SkyWing named Daybreak who worked for Scarlet as a guard and a spy. When Daybreak saw his hybrid son hatch under three lunar eclipses, he thought he made a monster, he was scared of the powers his son possessed, so he named him Apocalypse, as Daybreak thought he would be the cause of a apocalypse among all tribes, and that he should be killed for every dragon's safety. Teardrop's reaction to Apocalypse hatching under three lunar eclipses was very different from Daybreak's, she was scared her only child would be killed because he was a dragon with powers unlike any other. Apocalypse, now a dragonet, was kidnapped by his father and a male SandWing named Black Mamba, who was Daybreak's friend, Teardrop had never trusted Mamba around Apocalypse, even though her mate kept saying it was fine for him to be near their son. Apocalypse was taken to a large underground tunnel system, right under a mountain range, Black Mamba took him to a cramped, secluded cave, Apocalypse was tortured for four weeks day and night in that cave, hit with the SandWing's scorpion-like tail, fire breath melting his scales, and starved of food and water. One evening, right after Apocalypse's torture session, he predicted that a earthquake-induced landslide was going to happen, making the caves above them crash down, when he told his father this information, he didn't believe him. Apocalypse knew it would only be a matter of time until the earthquake happened, so he snuck out of the tiny cave he's been kept in, leaving his captors behind. Just as he saw the light from the entrance, the earthquake happened, the caves above him crashed down, one of the falling rocks was going to hit him, he rolled out the way, but the rock caught on his left wing. Apocalypse grabbed the appendage, trying to tug and get his wing unstuck, realizing the only way to get out of here, he used his talons and cut off his wing, letting him slip out the narrow exit. Mamba managed to escape, pushing the rocks blocking his path out the way, Daybreak also managed to find an exit to where he could squeeze out, after leaving the cave he went to the Sky Kingdom to talk to queen Scarlet about his son's abilities. After the queen heard this information, she ordered her guards to come with her on her quest to find Apocalypse, once they found him, Scarlet ordered the guards to attack, but leave him unconscious so they can take him to the Sky Kingdom, after the guards had knocked him unconscious by grabbing his horns and slamming his face in the ground, they had transported him to the kingdom, throwing him in the dungeon. Scarlet grabbed a chain from the pile of smoldering coals, and threw it around Apocalypse’s snout, clamping his jaws together as the heat from the coals warmed the metal, burning him, these chains acted as a muzzle. She then binded his tail down with more heated chains, then took the chain bolted to the wall and wrapped it around his neck, his forelegs and hindlegs were restrained by chains thick as a man’s arm, with the chains being bolted deep into the stone floor. Scarlet wanted to use Apocalypse to help her prevent natural disasters from ruining her title as queen, she wanted him to tell her bad things that would fall upon her and her kingdom so she could reinforce her walls and stay queen forever.
