Aphrodite

Appearance: Aphrodite takes the visage of an anthropomorphic female bat with white fur and pale tan skin. She sports sharp, darkened, and yellow teeth, often with blood on them, likely from her bleeding red eyes surrounded by the black void that is her sclera. Aphrodite does not have one particular outfit she is known for wearing. She can be seen donning many outfits, from a grey version of her original suit, to an outfit similar to Sonic Heroes, or any other outfit that she chooses. Her makeup, like the rest of her clothes, also fits towards this grey color scheme, but at times, she may change it up for a blood-red palette, likely coming from her own blood.

Personality: Aphrodite is a malicious being who sees herself as well above humanity, and sees them as playthings. Aphrodite holds great pride in her vanity and self-appearance, being quick to anger with regard to her insistence that she is the most beautiful she can be and that Rouge is the pinnacle of perfection. Due to her sadism, she finds to view extreme torture and violence to be her way of showing affection, this being demonstrated by her twisted relationship with her first victim, Nick. Aphrodite holds quite a lot into her appearance, and often can be doing things that further her best interest. Her interest in humanity overall, is to be ogled and to be praised as the perfect goddess that she is. Additionally, she seems to see any kind of attention, lustful or not, as good as long as it conflates that she's the way she wants to be praised. Her level of violence and gruesome ability to cause harm hints towards a much darker anger beneath her beautiful surface, best exemplified whenever someone denies her claims or even dares to call her "ugly". Ironically, this makes her rather similar to the inspiration of her name, the Greek Goddess of Love.

Background: The entity that came to be known as Aphrodite was created from a cataclysm of Dark Matter, similar to her other variants. After exploring for an undisclosed amount of time, Aphrodite proceeded to discover the mortal world and sought to learn about them, their culture, and their everyday aspect, quickly growing a pressing interest to interact and to play with them, an inherent malice present from the start. Through her education, she learned about the character known as Rouge the Bat, from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. Aphrodite was stunned, and allured by this character, finding that her beauty satisfied her vain view of herself, and quickly it became the pinnacle of her view of beauty. She would then weave her own form based on this character, finding even more perfection amidst the corruptions that present, from the birthmark of her consistently bleeding eyes. With a vessel in mind, she quickly began to create a world in which she could indulge in her games with humanity, taking in from the franchise where Rouge came from, and the fandom's vested interest in Rouge the Bat herself. In her discoveries, she came across a darker side of the internet, where in which people's affinity to Rouge was far more carnal, passionate, and downright raunchy. Seeing how this garnered an intense interest from humanity, it was the perfect fit for her desire to take them as her own trophies. With this in mind, her plan was rather simple. She constructed a vessel to contain a portal to her world, one that would be inscribed in advertisements on the sights where in which the more carnal interest of Rouge the Bat was present. The link would lead to a game which at first sight would seem to be one of self-pleasure, before revealing itself to be Aphrodite's world. One which resembled an open-world-styled version of Sonic, mixing in aspects from Sonic.EXE: The Disaster in sprawling open worlds, the loading screens, and the movesets from Sonic Adventure 2 and its prequel for the latter exclusively. She gathered souls who played it, giving them a randomized vessel, and thrusting them to a choice of three areas, a massive, dark, and sparse forest where anything could be hiding for easy prey, a cavern constructed of masses of human and animal flesh, and a dank, old, and mysterious basement. This is how she would play with her newfound trophies, before going in and taking their soul to be hers, forever.

Trivia: While Aphrodite uses porn websites to advertise and trap her victims, the game itself is rather lacking of the explicit material. Aphrodite's victims are inspired by some of the most popular ships with Rouge in the fandom, those being Shadow X Rouge (Shadouge), Knuckles X Rouge (Knuxouge), and Sonic X Rouge (Sonuge). Aphrodite's first victim Nick, is named after the scrapped Shadow victim from Sonic PC Port. Additionally, Aphrodite has a twisted relationship with Nick, one of twisted romance through the acts of torture and torment, and lacks any real compassion on Aphrodite's part. Due to the specific method of how she gathers her victims, she has a overall smaller victim pool to choose from, compared to her counterparts. MaliceInRed has confirmed that Aphrodite is autistic. Interestingly, unique to Aphrodite's world, is a presence of gasses which give the inhalers adverse mental effects, which differ depending on the location of where the victim is. In the forest (named Thanatophobia), the gas induces a growing sense of dread, ultimately culminating in nervous breakdowns, and panic attacks, psychogically breaking them down for easy prey. In the cavern, the gas there induces hallucinations ones that are slow to start, but are strong and stick around for quite a long while. The basement (named Eroto) seems to hold a much mellower hallucinogen in its gas, but also has aphrodisiacs, which greatly increase the victim's lust and make them far easier to be swayed by Aphrodite's visage. It is also connected to Aphrodite's castle in the form of a basement. The large zone that Aphrodite made is known as Lustful Lagoon.
