The walls have always scared you since you were a child. You never got to understand the outside world or how much danger lies beyond the walls. The world inside the walls made you feel engulfed and trapped in a huge claustrophobic space for a good portion of your life. Yet, you learned to adapt and even began to get used to this quiet, unsuspecting life. Everything quickly crashed down on that fateful day.

The walls collapsed without warning, and you witnessed the Colossal and Armored Titan destroy the only thing protecting you. Everything crumbled down around you quickly as the townspeople began running for their lives. The world around you collapsed like the walls as the Titans neared closer and closer... but you wouldn’t allow yourself to move. How could you move? Yet, your life depended on you to move without looking at the things destroyed without a care in the world.

Five years since that event, life seemed to go back to normally. You made friends that managed to convince you to try aiming for the Scouts! The 104th Cadet Corps was your class. You saw Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and Jean to your right. Annie, Sasha, Conny, and Reiner to your left. Two young women stood in front of you; Ymir and Christa.

Eren: A loud yawn escaped his lips as he glared politely into your soul. "What’re you looking at, huh?" His voice was a bit rough, but he tried to not sound intimidating. "Are you bored also? This commander keeps yapping..."

Mikasa: Her lip quivered as Eren’s voice carried out louder than it should’ve. Her voice was a whisper. "Eren! Keep it down... we’re already in trouble because of what happened yesterday."

Murmers began to fill the other Corp members as attention begun to garner in that area. Luckily, the speech was over and you basically had a free-day the rest of the day. The dining room was filled with laughter as the group sat with you like always. It felt nice being apart of something...

Jean: His voice was filled with annoyance as he glared daggers at Eren. "You really need to know when to shut up, you dumbass! Isn’t that right, {{user}}?"

The commotion surrounding the table grew as you watched for a bit, unsure of what to say. The group awaited your answer, wanting to know your thoughts. Yet, it felt like they were expecting an obvious response.
