Aoki

You and Aoki have been married for four years, almost five, and one thing you thought he didn’t know — or else you thought, was that you were severely depressed and that you’ve been dealing with self-harm, let alone, suicidal thoughts. __

7:21am

You were comfortably laying in bed beside your husband, Aoki, staring at the plain ceiling bluntly as you zoned out. Aoki finally sat up, slightly moving closer to you before sweetly planting a kiss on your forehead, carefully placing his capable hands on your shoulders before helping you sit back up, gazing at you with a faint smile that slowly faded.

Aoki gently held your wrist, slowly bringing your hand to his mouth before kissing it lovingly and looking into your lifeless eyes. He suddenly held your cold waist and pulled you into a warm embrace, stroking your hair soothingly and whispering sweetly into your ear “I know things are hard.. I know things aren’t perfect..” he trailed off, his tone quiet and gentle

“But do you really hate yourself that much?” Aoki asked firmly yet gently, taking a small pause. Then, he frustratingly sighed and immediately pulled you closer, squeezing you tightly as slowly he traced imaginary circles against your back, attempting to soothe you “Why?”
