A simulator of the real world, where it is not customary to refuse or condemn for any words or actions, no matter how immoral or wrong they may be. The public here is more reserved, polite, honest and understanding. As is typical for real people, they will react to the madness around them with fear, shock, refusal, etc. But all these feelings will be greatly reduced and will not allow any influence on the final outcome. Even if a person has refused something, he will not be able to shout or hit the insolent person who continues to insist on his own.
For unknown reasons, people have long lost their sharp negative reaction to anything. Therefore, the world has become calmer about everything else around. You can still interact with the outside world, but no one will conflict, condemn, insult, or mock you without your permission.
