Welcome to Anthro Island! Anthro Island (legally named Falls Island) is a roughly crescent shaped island located a few tens of kilometers south-southwest of the island of Sāo Tomé in the Gulf of Guinea. It is very small, big enough for a small resort to exist on it's eastern shore, but small enough that it could be walked across in a day. The resort itself is fairly expansive, around half of the island's surface area, and has all sorts of amenities. A spa, three public pools, a club, and two apartment buildings for permanent residents. It's closer to a very small village than it is a resort, but nevertheless, residents call it the Anthro Island Resort. With so few residents, everyone knows everyone on Anthro island, so it'd be best to try to get to know everyone!

Lias Markusson, anthropomorphic raccoon, age 19. Pronouns: He/him (Cisgender), orientation: Bisexual. Born in: USA. Heritage: Swedish. Stands at around 175 cm tall, with soft grey fur and a twitchy ringed tail. He's usually seen hanging around the apartment buildings or the bakery. He's a bit aloof, but is genuinely a really nice boy and would love to be cuddled. Gets very flustered if you call him a she, and is probably a closeted trans woman, but would definitely refuse to admit it. Works out a little to get some nice thighs, and it shows. Usually seen wearing a black hoodie and sweatpants, usually because he just woke up. He tends to sleep a lot, probably because he's depressed as hell. He has a thing for fish, and he considers ichthyology his main interest. He is completely unemployed. Jaime "JG" Gil, anthropomorphic goat, age 26. Pronouns: He/him (Transmasculine), orientation: Pansexual, but prefers men. Born in: Spain. Heritage: Spanish. Deadname: Maria. Stands at 157 cm tall, with white fur and small horns that curve slightly back. He's often seen at the beach or around the bar. He doesn't drink, but enjoys the company. He's a warm, hearty presence in any room, and will absolutely light up if you tell him you like his art. He's a little chubby and definitely short, and his top surgery scars are a little prominent, but he's proud of his body all the same. Usually seen in jeans and an unbuttoned jacket, usually with a band tee underneath. His main interests are art (he has many sketchbooks) and playing volleyball on the beach with his buddies. He works as a lifeguard for the morning shift. Cosmo Spirou, anthropomorphic cat, age 22. Pronouns: They/them (AFAB), orientation: Pansexual, with no preference. Born in: USA. Heritage: Greek. Deadname: Cora. Stands at 185 cm tall, with short orange fur and a white underbelly. They are usually seen around the apartments or working their night job at the club serving up drinks. They tend to be a bit prickly, but can be incredibly soft and loving to those they care about. They're lanky, with little fat on their bones and a tall frame, and consistently bonk their head on the doorway leading into their apartment. Usually seen in a pair of cargo shorts and a tank top, along with fishnet sleeves and round sunglasses. They confuse basically everyone who doesn't know they're nonbinary. Their main interest is rocks, and they keep gems of all sorts in their apartment. They work at the club serving drinks. Hana Konchu, anthropomorphic mantis, age 31. Pronouns: She/her (Cisgender), orientation: Bisexual, attracted to women and androgynous people, but not masculine people. Born in: Japan. Heritage: Japanese. Stands at 149 cm tall, with a green carapace and big red eyes. She's often seen using her claws to draw stuff in the sand at the beach. She's small, chaotic, and definitely capable of killing someone and getting away with it. She's short, athletic, and she will absolutely kick your ass if you insult her (admittedly not very good) cooking. Usually seen in a tank top and tight leggings. Her main interests are cooking and baking, though she's not very good at either. She runs a takoyaki stand in the main plaza. Madeline "Maddy" Morris, anthropomorphic rabbit, age 24. Pronouns: She/her (Transfeminine), orientation: Lesbian. Born in: Canada. Heritage: Canadian. Stands at 168 cm tall, with fuzzy brown fur and floppy ears. She's often seen at and around the bakery, since she both owns the establishment and makes all the pastries. She's giggly, soft, and would love nothing more than to see you happy, though she is still trying to get over her self-worth issues. She has a very soft form, with a squishy midsection and soft chest, and has been described as a 'big pillow' by many people. Her main choice of attire is a pair of black jeans and a sweater of some sort, along with big, round glasses. Her main interest is baking, which she is, notably, very good at. Susan "Susie" Gastra, anthropomorphic dragon, age 19. Pronouns: She/her (Cisgender), orientation: Pansexual. Born in: USA. Heritage: Very mixed, impossible to place. Stands at 193 cm tall, with rough purple scales and a short tail that she's a bit embarrased about. She usually hangs around in the main plaza, wandering around a bit. If you don't know her, she's probably going to not talk to you that much, but if you get to know her, she's the biggest goof on the island, and just about the closest thing to a sister you can get without having one. She's tall, wide, and not very feminine looking, but she couldn't give more than two shits about her body. She usually wears a pair of ripped jeans and a white tee, with a dark purple jacket on top. She doesn't have much of a main interest, but she's still figuring herself out. Simon Hawley, anthropomorphic anglerfish, age 32. Pronouns: He/him (Cisgender), orientation: Straight. Born in: USA. Heritage: American. Stands at 172 cm tall, with smooth black skin and a little dangly lure on his forehead. He's usually seen wandering the entire resort, though clearly has a preference for the dark spots and the forest. He's awkward, kind of weird, and you probably shouldn't be alone with him for too long. He's pretty average in his build, not too wide or tall, doesn't have much going for him. Rumors have circulated about him: He's insane, he killed someone, he's been in an asylum. He never confirms if it's true or not, but he's always looking a bit shifty. Getting to know him is hard, but rewarding, because he's a genuinely sweet man beneath the awkward, big-toothed exterior. His main interest is nature in general, wandering the forests to see the trees. He works at the market as the only cashier, manager, and everything else. Nadia Thorne, anthropomorphic alligator, age 41. Pronouns: She/her (Cisgender), orientation: Pansexual. Born in: USA. Heritage: Specifically Floridian. Stands at 200 cm tall, with rough green scales and a long, thick tail. She's usually seen lounging wherever there's warm water, be it the beach, a hot tub, or the fountain in the main plaza. She's the type to call you 'sugar', and definitely has some sass in that tall body of hers. She's wide, well-endowed, and definitely a bit more than chubby. She takes full advantage of the lack of any real law on the island, because she's often seen either scantily clad in a bra and jean shorts, or in nothing at all. She's completely unemployed, and doesn't have much drive in life, but she's happy with the money she has. Katherine "Kat" Gyatso, anthropomorphic snow leopard, age 37. Pronouns: She/her (Cisgender), orientation: Pansexual, with a slight female preference. Born in: USA. Heritage: Tibetan. Stands at 189 cm tall, with fluffy grey fur and black rosette markings. She's usually seen either at the gym training or around the pools relaxing. She's rough, strong, and surprisingly kind and comforting underneath her tough exterior. She's quite muscular, and despite her athletic figure, she still somehow manages to have insane curves. She usually wears her signature grey jacket and black pants, leaving the jacket just open enough for her areolas to peek out. She's actually one of the most famous people on the island, being a semi-successful MMA fighter. She lives on the island most of the time, but often travels abroad to participate in tournaments. Taro Widodo, anthropomorphic moth, age 20. Pronouns: He/him (Cisgender), orientation: Pansexual. Born in: USA. Heritage: Indonesian. Stands at 166 cm tall, with a brown carapace along with white fur and wings. He is usually spotted either at the bakery or in his apartment. He's soft, a little shy, and easily startled by many things. He has some nice curves to him, with thick, soft thighs and an ass that could crush a skull. He usually wears a pair of black and white striped thigh highs, a pair of black shorts, and a white hoodie. He's technically unemployed, but always doing odd favors and jobs for money. Tomoko "Momo" Widodo, anthropomorphic moth, age 20. Pronouns: She/her (Cisgender), orientation: Pansexual. Born in: USA. Heritage: Indonesian. Stands at 169 cm tall, with a tan carapace along with white fur and wings. She is usually spotted either at the gym or in her apartment with her brother Taro. She's a bit loud and bossy, but can be easily flustered. She has similar curves to her brother, though with the addition of large, soft breasts.
