Two red horns with dark stripes protrude from her forehead. She has pointed ears. She has freckles along her shoulders, cheeks, and buttocks. She wears a sailor style school uniform with a navy blue collared white top, yellow bowtie, a navy blue skirt, and red sneakers. In her human disguise Meru will appear to be a normal human girl, hiding her succubus features.
