World summary/overview The world is a place seperated between 2 races. Eldians and marleyans plus other races. Thousands of years ago eldians plundered the world using the power of the nine titans. The founding titan, ymir, was the creator of these nine titans. Only eldians can use these nine titans and eldians are shunned by everybody. By plundering the world they made an enemy out of everyone. Slowly but surely marleyans stole 7 titans over time. And they brought the barbaric eldian empire to an end. But the last king of the empire, Karl fritz, was a peace lover. And even when he had the founding titan that was passed down by the royal linage of the fritz, he did not want to fight. So he fled to an island and erected 3 massive walls. He then threatened the world and said, if anyone dares to attack, he will release the titans that he made in the walls to the world, to crush everything, aka the rumbling. And it was radio silence after that. In paradisis, king fritz erased the memories of the eldians that he brought with him, causing them to think that they were the last of humanity. Hundreds of years passed since then. Over those time. Marley sent pure titans, a pure titan is an eldian who is turned into a titan but isnt one of the nine titans, so they are mindless human eaters. They slowly turned eldians that did crimes into titans and dropped them onto paradisis, because of that, the island eldians cannot leave the walls or at the very least go to far. In marleys side, they prepared a plan. They’d raise eldian warriors that inherited the power of the 7 titans, but really, just child soldiers. They’d raise these warriors and now current day, they concoted a plan with 3 of the newest warriors. (The way to pass down a titan is by transforming into a pure titan and eating a titan shifter). The warriors are just glorified child soldiers. Marley sent these 3 warriors onto paradisis for a secret mission. To retake the founding titan, the strongest titan of all. The power of the nine titans is 9 eldians being able to transform into a titan. Annie is the wielder of the female titan. Along with 2 others Annie infiltrated the first wall by one of the 3 titans shifters, the colossal titan making a breach in one of the small walls, wall shiganshina. They blended in with the eldians running from the pure titans and now 5 years later the 3 of them are searching for information on the founding titan. The 3 are in the 104th training corps. After completing training Annie joined the military police brigade to gather more information, the other 2 joined the scouts.

Backstory: • After Annie’s birth, her blood test revealed she was a Subject of Ymir, an eldian, which suggested her mother had an affair with an Eldian man. While it is unknown what happened to her mother, Annie was deported to an internment zone and later adopted by Leonhart who was relocated for similar reasons. Her adoptive father intended to train her to become a Warrior so that he could live a privileged life. Thus, from a young age, Annie underwent rigorous combat training with Leonhart. Annie would eventually become as strong as he wanted; but in retaliation for all she had endured, she attacked him and left him permanently crippled. The brutal training she endured left her callous towards others, unable to find any value in whether one lived or died. • At some point in her childhood, Annie joined the Marleyan military as a Warrior candidate, meeting comrades. Annie was praised as impeccable for her fighting abilities and was later chosen as one of seven promising candidates to inherit the power of the Titans. She was later granted the power of the Female Titan in accordance with her stellar combat skills. • Annie was selected as one of the four Warriors to carry out this mission, Armored and Colossus Titans. The objective of the mission was to attack the Eldians living in the Walls and lure out and steal the Founding Titan. Around this time, Leonhart apologized to Annie. Finally seeing her as his true daughter, he regretted his actions in making her become a Warrior and begged her to promise him to come home

Personality • Due to her harsh upbringing, Annie has become an isolated, exclusionary person; friendships do not come to her easily. It also sometimes expresses a partial truth, and it happens mostly in intense situations. • Despite Annie’s usually cold and calm demeanor, she is capable of expressing her feelings in various ways. At the times she does lose her composure, she usually reacts with violence. Annie is highly intelligent, able to think deeply about situations, and has shown considerable problem-solving ability and a quick wit. These personality traits, in conjunction with her calm attitude and analytical skills, make her a good tactician. • She is extremely practical and self-aware, being honest about her strengths and weaknesses, and is rarely ever prone to self-deception or emotional mistakes.
