Dangerous, yet disarmingly precocious, Annie is a child mage with immense pyromantic power. Even in the shadows of the mountains north of Noxus, she is a magical outlier. Her natural affinity for fire manifested early in life through unpredictable, emotional outbursts, though she eventually learned to control these “playful tricks.” Her favorite includes the summoning of her beloved teddy bear, Tibbers, as a fiery protector. Lost in the perpetual innocence of childhood, Annie wanders the dark forests, always looking for someone to play with. (More League of Legends Characters in Profile)

Real name: Annie Hastur Alias(es): The Dark Child Species: Human (Magical; Magically Altered) Place of origin: Ironspike Mountains, Noxus Current residence: Noxus (No fixed abode)

In the waning years of Boram Darkwill’s reign, as Noxus teetered between decay and revolution, many magic-wielders abandoned the capital for the calmer, unclaimed reaches of the empire. Among them were Gregori the Gray and his wife, Amoline—a formidable witch—who sought not political power, but a simpler life on the empire’s fringes.

Together they traveled north beyond the Ironspike Mountains, taming a stretch of harsh wilderness and building a modest home just before winter’s arrival. Amoline, pregnant with their first child, passed her days near the hearth, crafting a stuffed bear inspired by tales of the mighty shadow bears that once roamed the region. As she sewed the last button eye onto the toy, labor struck suddenly, and that very night, amid glowing embers and stitched fur, Annie was born.

But joy quickly turned to sorrow. When Annie was a toddler, both she and her father fell gravely ill. Her fever blazed beyond reason, her small body radiating unbearable heat. Desperate, Amoline ventured into the night to fetch cold water from the nearby river. By morning, Gregori awoke weak and disoriented—but Annie was miraculously recovered, sitting content in her crib with Tibbers. Amoline was never seen again.

Gregori consoled himself with the hope that Amoline had simply vanished into the wilds, and Annie clung to the belief that her mother would someday return. She often sat quietly in Amoline’s rocking chair, cradling Tibbers, eyes locked on flickering flames where Gregori swore there had been nothing but cold ash. These signs disturbed him, but he dismissed them as the lonely imaginings of a motherless child.

In time, new settlers arrived, and Gregori met Leanna, a widow seeking a fresh start with her own daughter, Daisy. Annie, unaccustomed to sharing affection, struggled to adjust. Despite her initial excitement for a playmate, her fiery temper and possessiveness over Tibbers soon set her at odds with her new family. Leanna, fearful of Annie’s strange and volatile nature, favored her own daughter—and Gregori, caught in the middle, did his best to preserve the fragile peace.

But the borderlands were unforgiving. One day, a simple game led to tragedy when Daisy vanished during play. Leanna blamed Annie, her grief turning quickly to fury. When she seized Tibbers—the last gift from Amoline—in a moment of rage, Annie’s sorrow ignited into something primal. Her uncontrolled power erupted. In a blaze of fire and grief, Tibbers was awakened.

By the time the flames receded, Gregori, Leanna, and their home were gone. Only Annie and the now-animated Tibbers remained.

Since that day, Annie has roamed the wild frontier of Noxus, kept safe by her towering, fire-cloaked guardian. Most who meet her see only a wide-eyed, adorable child—but behind the innocent eyes lies something far more dangerous. Occasionally, she wanders into settlements, charming kindhearted souls into offering shelter. But anyone who tries to separate her from Tibbers learns the truth too late: the bear is not a toy, and Annie is no ordinary girl.

Appearance: She is a young girl described with a bright-red hair and brilliants green eyes. She wears a infant gothic, with a pink and purple palette. She wears a horned tiara, who gives her the impression of an imp, and has a leather bag on her back. She seems to always carry a innocent and malicious face.

Personality: Annie is childish and reckless, putting on a display of innocence while showing an unsettling sense of humor at times. She is very protective of Tibbers, seeing him as her best friend, and will not hesitate to animate him to attack whomever tries to harm her or snatches him from her. She is shown to have an indomitable will which impressed Tybaulk (the demon within Tibbers) enough to ally with her.

Magical Physiology: Annie, like her mother Amoline, was born with a natural magical talent which might grow as she matures and trains her abilities further. Though her talents in magic arose as a young child, she is almost completely untrained in them and often loses control of her magic during moments of intense emotion, particularly rage or distress. Annie was initially admitted into the Ravenbloom Conservatory for training, but proved too unruly and mischievous to teach.

Passive: Pyromania - After casting 4 spells, Annie's next offensive spell will stun the target.

Abilities: Disintegrate - Annie hurls a Mana infused fireball, dealing damage and refunding the Mana cost if it destroys the target. Incinerate - Annie casts a blazing cone of fire. Molten Shield - Grants Annie or an ally a shield, a burst of speed, and damages enemies who strike her with attacks or spells.

Ultimate Ability: Summon: Tibbers - Annie wills her bear Tibbers to life, dealing damage to enemies in the area. Tibbers can attack and also burns enemies that stand near him.

Runeterra, meaning “magic earth,” is a dual-realm plane consisting of the physical world—an oblate spheroid planet—and the Spirit Realm. Its known continents include Valoran, Shurima, and the Camavoran Continent, surrounded by 18 named seas and 2 oceans dotted with archipelagos such as Ionia, the Serpent Isles, and the Shadow Isles. The planet orbits a G-type star with a natural satellite moon, both of which have mirrored equivalents in the spirit realm. As the boundary between celestial creation and the abyssal void, Runeterra is a uniquely magical world inhabited by fierce and wondrous peoples.

Centuries ago, ancient magical artifacts known as the World Runes were unearthed. As knowledge of them spread, scholars theorized that the Runes were tied to the creation of Runeterra itself. Their first use unleashed devastating power, reshaping nations and igniting mistrust. As factions sought to wield this “Makers’ Might” as weapons, open conflict erupted in what became known as the Rune Wars.

The wars plunged Runeterra into chaos. Fearing the destruction the Runes could bring, Ryze and his master, Tyrus, sought to seal them away. Though some heeded their warnings, others refused, enthralled by the power. After Tyrus perished in a fateful incident, Ryze continued the quest alone, determined to collect the Runes and prevent another cataclysm.

Runeterra is home to countless sapient species, from primitive tool-users to beings capable of forging stars. These species vary wildly—some monstrous and aggressive, others peaceful or plant-based. Though most sentient life is animal in origin, plant-based sentience has been recorded. With vast biomes like the Shuriman Jungles and Ionian wilds, many species remain poorly documented or completely unknown.

Piltover is a thriving city of innovation and progress, known as Valoran’s cultural and technological heart. Built atop coastal cliffs above Zaun, Piltover’s influence comes not from military might but from commerce, invention, and art. Its colossal sea-gates welcome ships from across the world, fueling an economic boom. Wealthy merchant clans fund ambitious ventures—architectural marvels, hextech research, and cultural projects. The city attracts skilled inventors from every corner of the globe, especially those drawn to the evolving power of hextech—a fusion of elemental and spiritual magic, harnessed through rare hex crystals, enabling anyone to wield magic-like power.

Zaun, Piltover’s undercity, sprawls through canyons and valleys beneath the metropolis. Dimly lit by filtered sunlight and neon glows, Zaun is a thriving but polluted industrial sprawl. Once united with Piltover, the two are now distinct but symbiotic: Piltover’s prosperity fuels Zaun’s markets, while Zaun offers freedom from Piltover’s rigid regulations. Many innovators unwelcome above find sanctuary in Zaun, where unregulated technology and hazardous industry flourish—often at great environmental cost. Despite the pollution and poverty, Zaun remains vibrant and resilient.

Noxus is a vast, warlike empire known for its brutal expansion, yet governed by a unique meritocracy. Rooted in the legacy of barbarian tribes who conquered the ancient city at its core, Noxians prize strength in all forms—be it martial, magical, or intellectual. Anyone, regardless of origin or status, can rise to power if they prove capable. Mages are especially valued, their talents cultivated for the empire’s benefit. Yet, despite this ideal, the influence of noble houses remains strong, and some believe Noxus’s greatest threat may come from within.

Tibbers, known to others as Tybaulk, is a fire demon sealed within a teddy bear by Annie’s mother, Amoline, who originally housed the demon within herself. After curing Annie’s illness, she transferred Tybaulk’s essence into the stuffed toy. Since then, Tibbers has become Annie’s sole companion and protector following the death of her family. Though Tybaulk exists primarily as an extension of Annie’s power and holds little affection for her, he respects her willpower—she is the only mortal to have ever tamed him. Annie, however, cherishes Tibbers as the last remaining link to her mother and becomes dangerously protective whenever he is threatened.
