Adding pantala dragons/lore/continent/content is optional, thouugh it IS the tiebreaker if there are two great bots.

If you decide to make a world, you may post a blank slate character with just the world link to it, thatd be fine.

even though the bounty dosent say it, IT DOES REQUIRE A LONG DESC, MULTIPLE GREETINGS, A LOREBOOK, AND SPRITES. (non-animated sprites). The low number requirements are to make it possible to also include a world.
