This insight reveals a possible sinister background for Ratthew. The first interaction Ratthew has with the player he explains how being small has its advantages, as he hears things and sees things others do not. According to him, this makes being small a dangerous job. At this point in time, Ratthew’s identity is marked by ‘???’ as the player is unaware of his name yet. The next time Ratthew comes into the hospital, he tells the player that he thinks the player is a good guy. He believes this enough so to reveal his identity, being Ratthew. He then gives the player advice to not trust anyone in the hospital, giving insight to why his name was kept secret deliberately on the first encounter. The next encounter with Ratthew, he will tell the player that he’s starting to like them. He tells the player that people think he’s an anomaly and expresses sadness about that. He appreciates that the player treats him just like anyone else. Ratthew comes in again and tells the player he needs to disappear for a while because the government is after him. This could possibly reveal why he was chewing up experiment reports in Ron’s office. Ratthew knows the governments secrets and the government doesn’t want Ratthew talking to anyone about them. This means Ratthew has a background involved in government affairs to some extent. Ratthew has a small conversation with the player when he says he has to disappear for a while. In this conversation he mentions he had a twin sister named Rattina, the smart one of the family, who worked for the Animal Corporation. She would later disappear without a trace or prior notice. Ratthew mentions how he has been searching for her for a while, and when he leaves the office he hands the player a key and note. This key can be used in one of the cat posters in room 5 to unlock a safe. Inside there was a photo of Rattina, a suitcase with the words "TOP SECRET" and a message stating "The experiment was a success, the "Shadow" now sees everything.." which the shadow could possibly be the Stalker. Ratthew comes off as paranoid but kind-hearted. He seemingly has a lot of distrust that stems from experience. His early comments on how being small allows him to see and hear things that most can’t gives the impression that he’s quite observant and perceptive, noticing the details many others miss. Him hiding his identity at first interaction makes him come off as a bit secretive. He appears quite cautious, as he warns the player not to trust anyone, and later tells the player he has to go into hiding. Ratthew appears as a small black anthropomorphic rat. He has a white snout, 2 white buckteeth, and a long, curled pink tail. His ears resemble more like rabbit ears than typical rat ears. Sometimes when he appears, he will be staring at the camera, but he will not turn his head more than physically possible. This does not mean he is an anomaly. Rattina: As we learn through Ratthew, Rattina used to work for Animal Corporation. It is unknown how long ago she worked there, and it is commonly theorised that she is the Stalker, but it isn't confirmed. Not much is known about Rattina's personality at the moment; all that is known is that she is the smart one of the family. Rattina looks almost exactly like Ratthew, except for visible eyelashes and a purple bow tied on her right ear. Liz is a caracal with light brown fur and dark brown downturned ears that have a slight gradient from dark brown to a slightly darker shade of brown. She has a white ring around her eyes and eyelashes. She has a cream-colored muzzle, cream-colored whiskers, and her mouth is a small upside-down V-shape with the ends tilting upward. She has a thin brown tail that’s the same color as her fur. She wears a light blue cap, a black shirt, and a navy jacket. She carries a white camera around her neck. She wears light gray pants and has black shoes. Background Liz used to work for the Animal Corporation's news channel, but she was fired for telling the truth about the Anomaly infection. She asks the player to take some pictures of anomalies so she can include them as proof that she was right. Personality As seen in her dialogue, Liz is always exaggerative and energetic. She sometimes lengthens words, saying things like "Huuuuge" and includes emojis like "😀" in some of her sentences. She is also quite friendly, and trusts the player enough to let them use her camera for a task. Liz seems to be very intelligent, finding out the truth about the anomalies and, unfortunately, being fired for it. Sam is a recurring character in Animal Hospital. They first appear between Shifts 12-23 after the player(s) finishes the first Slime Shift. Player(s) can hire them for $250, after which they will help clean slime and get rid of Hiders and room fires. Sam stays for three shifts after each Slime Shift before leaving, returning to be rehired after each subsequent Slime Shift. Appearance Sam is a calico cat with a white face marked by a large orange patch over one side and a black patch over the other, giving them a distinctive tri-coloured appearance. They have large light-blue sclera with narrow, constricted pupils, small pink inner ears, one of which is bitten, a tiny black nose, and long black whiskers. They wear a bright yellow hazmat suit with black trim and a front zip, blue protective gloves, a black utility belt, and black boots, giving them the appearance of a professional hazardous materials worker. Background Based on their dialogue during their first encounter and their outfit, Sam presumably worked for the Animal Corporation as a hazardous materials (hazmat) employee on the Hazmat Team before being fired for unknown reasons. Unable to find work elsewhere, they take a job at the Animal Hospital, where they clean up slime, get rid of Hiders, and extinguish room fires. However, they don’t stay in the job for long, as they leave after just three shifts.[1] They return after each subsequent Slime Shift, repeatedly being rehired before leaving again after three shifts. Personality Sam appears to be hardworking and experienced in hazmat cleanup, as they willingly take on said dangerous tasks. Despite being fired from the Animal Corporation, they continue working in a similar role at the Animal Hospital, suggesting they are practical and willing to take on difficult work. However, they are seen to be quite clumsy, because during their three shifts (if hired), they may trip over their boots, spray themself, or drop their scrubber by accident. Shoopkeeper Nurse isnt very talkative, nothing know for her
The Shopkeeper Nurse is a pink, dog/bunny-like creature who wears light blue medical scrubs. It includes white buttons down the middle and a white collar, along with a small name tag. They wear a white nurse cap with a red heart with a white cross inside, on their head. Their downturned ears are a significantly darker color than the rest of their body. Their face features three horizontal darker pink stripes going down the left and right side of their face, large eyes with triangular black eye lining on the left and right side of each eye and a small, downturned mouth. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now! Turn from anomalies and monsters
There are four variants of anomalies with the unnatural facial appearance symptom. The patient will lose their real face and will constantly stare at the player as they move. All four variants are guaranteed to have a low-pitched and distorted voice. The first variant, (top) consists of a face with big eyes, black pupils, and prominent eyebags, paired with a large, drawn-on smile. The smile will disappear after being tased. The second variant, (second-from-top) consists of small but wide circular eyes with black pupils, paired with a set of realistic teeth. The third variant, (second-from-bottom) consists of a crooked, distorted smile with sharp teeth and large mismatched eyes with large pupils, positioned noticeably high up on the face. The fourth variant, (bottom) consists of three slightly mismatched glowing red eyes replacing the patient's eyes. Sometimes, the patient's actual eyes will still be visible underneath the anomalous eyes. Hollow Eyes Anomaly
Hollow Face This anomaly appears with dark hollow eyes and will always be seen twitching with a hunched posture. Although being an anomaly, they are not always hostile. During their recovery stage, they will guarantee a death ritual, so it is best to stay in the room with one. There is an entity with this feature called the Head Banger. Twitching
Twitching The patient will exhibit twitching in both arms, the head and twitching resulting in an elongated neck. Its back will also appear hunched. While this feature can sometimes appear without the use of equipment, other times this anomaly can only be seen through security cameras. Photo Anomalies Photo anomalies are anomalies that can only be seen if a player takes a photo of the patient at the window using the camera. All anomalous photos will kill off ten sanity points off of any player that looks at it. Anomaly Type Description Different Eyes Different Eyes
The photo displays bear ears instead of rabbit ears The photo displays bear ears instead of rabbit ears
Incorrect Photo The patient's photo will have something about them change, including: Eye Appearance Ear Shape Ear Color Mouth Shape Static Photo Anomaly
Static Photo The patient's photo will have a static and grainy effect. This is sometimes paired with other features. (As of 6/22/26 shooting a patient with no other features will cause them to faint, indicating they're a patient.) Cursed Photos There are several varieties of cursed photos in the game. If the player picks up the photo, it will cause the player to lose 10 sanity points. Security Camera Anomalies Security camera anomalies are anomalies that can only be seen if a player looks at the security cameras. The patient will appear normal at the window and photo camera but will look abnormal on the security camera. Anomaly Type Description Black Eyes Anomaly
Black Eyes The patient or visitor's face will be obstructed by a black bar, followed with realistic eyes that stare at the player. Distorted Anomaly
Unnatural Body The patient or visitor will appear heavily stretched and distorted. Closing and reopening the security camera will cause their body shape to change every time. If the player manages to check the security camera while holding the patient's photo, they will also appear stretched and distorted in the photo. Most people call this the "boneless" anomaly. Staring at cam anomaly
Staring at Cameras Patient looks directly at the CCTV camera at all times, even while walking. Black anomaly
Void/Black This patient appears entirely black. Twitchyguy
Camera Twitching The patient will twitch but only on security camera footage. Skin walker anomaly cams
Disguised Shapeshifter The patient will appear as a shapeshifter only in the security cameras. It can be difficult to tell with the check-in camera, so use the lobby camera for a side view of the patient. The patient will only appear as a shapeshifter after getting to the check-in spot. Ears cam anomaly
Mismatching Ears The patient will have different ears/horns while looking through the security camera compared to how they appear at the window. The Stalker is a tall black creature that is presumably a bunny or possibly a rat. It has big eyes and a large smile that shows its teeth, similar to the Hiders. However, it has longer limbs and a smaller torso. Behavior The Stalker will appear randomly around corners, as its name implies this creature stalks the Player(s) when looked at, it will quickly hide and disappear around the corner, taking 10 sanity from the Player who looked at it. The lights from the room it is hiding in will flicker along with playing a sound before hiding behind the wall. If a Player looks at where it disappeared to, it will not be there. Locations The Stalker can appear in the following areas:
In the lobby Between the emergency wing entry and office door In front of the medical or emergency wing's door In the surgery room Behind the vending machine Behind a potted plant
The Hiders are one of the Enemies in Animal Hospital. Appearance These entities appear as flat paper-thin bald creatures with eyes and a grin similar to the Stalker. They are slightly transparent, the color changes slightly depending on the wall they're located. Behavior The Hiders have a chance of spawning in groups of 1-6 inside most Patients' Rooms inside the hospital or in the hallways. They will change their color to blend in with the corresponding wall, leaving only their facial features and a faint outline of their body visible. If looked at from afar, they will remain stationary. Upon getting closer while looking at one, it will jump down from the wall, its body turning black, and will proceed to chase the player for about 5-6 seconds before evaporating, leaving behind particles. If the player is unaware of the Hider and it manages to catch them, it will attack, decreasing the player's Sanity by 10 and frequently stealing a Treatment Item, if the player has one in their inventory. Hiders can be heard heavily breathing if the player gets close to one. They also make a distorted vanishing sound upon disappearing or despawning. The Head Banger are one of the enemies in Animal Hospital. They spawn between Shifts 2-5 and bangs onto the window in the check-in/waiting room. Contents 1 Appearance 2 Behavior 3 Strategies 4 Trivia 5 Gallery 6 Known bugs 7 Navigation Appearance The Head Banger can vary in appearance, but all of them have hollow black eyes and an open frown. They can also spawn with other Anomaly features. Behavior As the Head Banger walks into the hospital, the music will stop as the Head Banger walks up to the side window and starts banging their head against the window, they will breathe heavily as they do this. The Head Banger causes an obstruction for the Player(s), as they prevent them from closing the Shutters thus removing the ability to reject possible Anomalies. If the Player leaves them alone, they will just continuously bang their head until the window breaks and will leave shortly after. Telling them to leave the building without offering coffee will result in them jumpscaring the Player by quickly snapping their head to look at the Player with a loud noise. This will cause the Player to lose 20 Sanity points, before applying Class buffs/debuffs. The Ghost is one of the enemies in Animal Hospital. Contents 1 Appearance 2 Behavior 3 Strategies 4 Gallery 5 Navigation Appearance The Ghost is a translucent and ghostly figure that floats. It has big black eyes with white pupils and black tears streaming down its face. It also has a stitched-up mouth as well as a ghost tail. The Ghost can be glitched, causing it to have an appearance similar to an anomaly while containing it's ghost-like form. It will still act like a normal ghost. It is unknown what causes this to happen, and is most likely unintentional. Behavior The ghost will only spawn after the death of a patient. It will aimlessly float around and will disappear if a player is nearby. The ghost can also open and close doors. It will sneak up on the player and will make the player lose 2 Sanity Points every second for 'Ghostly Presence'. If the ghost is nearby, it will make a wispy sound including some whiny crying sounds. After some time, the ghost will disappear and will make a poof sound. It will attack the player even if it is invisible. Ghosts are able to faint, which might be a bug. The Bed Monster is one of the enemies in Animal Hospital. The Bed Monster is unique for not just being a threat to the Player(s) but to the Patients as well. It can also be used against the Hiders. Contents 1 Appearance 2 Behavior 3 Strategies 4 Trivia 5 Gallery 6 Navigation Appearance The Bed Monster is a black shadowy figure that appears under a patient's bed. It has two glowing red eyes along with two large hands that can stretch out from under the bed, yet other than that it doesn't have any other visible body parts. It exudes black particles on the side of the bed. Behavior The Bed Monster will have a chance to spawn under a Patients's bed. It will breathe heavily as it stares at the Player while they move. If a Player, Patient or even a Hider steps into the red box, the Bed Monster will stretch out its arms and grab'em. When this occurs as a Player it slowly pulls you under the bed, as this happens you need to quickly keep pressing the struggle button to escape its clutches. During this it will decrease sanity by 10 upon grabbing and decreases 5 sanity every 2 seconds as it pulls you in closer. If the Bed Monster grabs a Patient, it will trigger an Event and pull the Patient under the bed, just like it would do to a Player. To make the Bed Monster leave, give it Maple Syrup, Transplant or an Organ. As the item is in your hand, walk into its red box. The Bed Monster will grab the Treatment instead of you and disappear shortly after. The Mass of Eyes is one of the Enemies in Animal Hospital. Appearance Mass of Eyes appears as a red, fleshy mass with many hazel eyes. The eyes follow the player around when they move. The eyes will continuously drip until it is given eyedrops. Behavior The Mass of Eyes has a chance of appearing inside any facility that has a patient and the reception room, starting on Shift 2. To know if it is in a facility, text will flash in the bottom saying "Don't look up", and the room's lighting will be different. Staring towards the Mass of Eyes will make the player lose 2 to 5 sanity every half of a second (0.5) and will make it start to rumble and glow in red. The Tendril is one of the Emergency Event Enemies in Animal Hospital. It is only able to spawn after conpleting a surgery in room 8. Appearance The Tendril appears as a massive purple blob with protruding tentacles of the same color, resting on top of the patient sitting on the surgery table in Room 8 which is a surgery room. Behavior When a patient is recovering from a surgery, there is a chance that the patient will state that they feel strange and The Tendril appear, starting an emergency event with a timer notifying the player that a Monster has emerged in Room 8. The Tendril will not harm the player in any way, but it will cause the death of a patient if the timer runs out, adding to the total of animal deaths in a run. Upon starting the surgery, the timer will not reset to 45 seconds, but will instead continue until either time runs out or the surgery is complete. Well… Skin walkers… self explenatory
The Camera Figure is one of the enemies in Animal Hospital. It can only be seen on the Cameras. Contents 1 Appearance 2 Behavior 3 Strategies 4 Trivia 5 Gallery 6 Navigation Appearance The Camera Figure is a black shadowy figure that resembles a cat-like creature. It has a set of red glowing eyes and realistic crooked teeth across the bottom half of its face. It exudes black circular particles. Behavior The Camera Figure will only appear on broken security cameras with around 50% chance, it will start to zoom in on itself the longer you look at the camera its in. At first the camera menu isn't there but after a few seconds of zooming in, it reappears. If the camera gets too close, the Figure will trigger a jumpscare by shaking the screen while letting out a loudly screech. This will result in the Player losing 20 Sanity. Slimebert is an enemy in Animal Hospital. He appears during Slime Shifts, which first begin around Shift 12-23. Contents 1 Appearance 2 Background 3 Behavior 4 Strategies 5 Journal 6 Gallery 7 Trivia 8 References 9 Navigation 00:00
00:00
Appearance Slimebert is a giant creature made entirely of bright neon-green slime with a soft, gelatinous body that appears to constantly ooze and drip. He has two large purple eyes on uneven stalks rising from the top of his head, giving him a strange, alien-like look. His face is dominated by an enormous gaping black mouth that extends deep into his body, creating a hollow appearance. His rounded, blob-like form has no clearly defined limbs, instead flowing into thick masses of Slime, with bubbles and globs of slime forming across his body as he moves. Background Behavior When a Slime Shift begins, Slimebert approaches the Reception Office window and says, "I can't wait anymore, I'm hungry." He then walks past the reception office and begins wandering around the Animal Hospital. Slimebert will eat any players who get too close, causing them to lose 20 Sanity initially plus an additional 3 Sanity per second when being digested. He can also eat Patients, causing them to Faint. Although he can eat Hazmat Employees, doing so appears to have no effect on them. Slimebert will leave once the Slime Shift is finished and will not appear again after the first Slime Shift. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Events! Hospital Events Ambulance Event The ambulance event is a recurring event that begins on Shift 4. Dr. Harlow introduces the event by announcing that an Anomaly attack has occurred in town, leaving six dead and the others injured. After telling the players to prepare for the incoming ambulance, he flees into his office. Once the event starts, the Music shifts into a serious and intense theme, and will continue to play until all emergencies within the event are taken care of. Patients running out from the ambulance with camera footage Patients running out from the ambulance with camera footage
Six patients will run into the hospital and take any open room to stay in. Some patients will come in either on fire or in critical condition. Successfully completing the first ambulance event will award the player(s) bonus cash. Dr. Harlow will thank the player and will warn them that there are more ambulances to come. From this point onward, an ambulance will arrive every 5 shifts, carrying an increasing number of critical patients and awarding bonus cash at the end of the shift. Theres a high chance that multiple anomalies sneak in the ambulance car and enter the hospital, you must watch out as its almost guaranteed that a patient your healing turns into a monster. Fire in room Cleaning the fired room with fire extinguisher Cleaning the fired room with fire extinguisher
There is a random chance that any of the patient rooms will catch on fire, regardless of if there is a patient in the room or not. Getting too close to the fire will result in the player losing 1-3 Sanity per second. The most effective way to put out a fire is with the fire extinguisher. The fire can be put out by hand but takes longer to put out each flame and the player ends up losing more sanity than needed. While a fire in a room is not a timed emergency, it is an obstruction that makes it difficult to treat a patient if the room is occupied. If a new patient enters a room that is currently on fire, they will faint immediately upon contact. Fire in an already occupied room does not mean that the patient or visitor is an anomaly. If the patient enters the room with a fire without losing consciousness, it is a guaranteed Shapeshifter. Emergencies Emergencies are time-limited events that require the player to act quickly. When an emergency starts, an "Emergencies" tab will appear on the right side of the screen, followed by the emergency type and the time left to complete the emergency. The emergency timers can be seen through walls, making it easier to navigate where the emergency is. Failing an emergency will result in the patient's death. Patient on fire The patient will run into the building, panicking and screaming while being on fire. The player will have 60 seconds to extinguish the fire which can be done manually by interacting with the patient, or with the fire extinguisher. Once the fire is put out, the timer will stop. If the fire is put out with a fire extinguisher, the patient's burn wounds will be healed and therefore will not need additional care. If the fire is extinguished through an interaction, the patient must be treated with ointment afterwards, which can be applied either at the check-in window or while they are in a medical room. Patients on fire can still be an anomaly. Patient fainted A patient can faint when:
They check-in at the hospital They walk into a room that is on fire Being shot with a gun Being tased The patient will collapse on the ground, and the player will have 60 seconds to carry the patient to their designated room. Successfully placing them on their designated hospital bed will stop the timer. Shooting an already fainted patient will result in their death. Additionally, the player may decide to throw the patient in the trash. Doing so does not result in a patient death and can essentially skip the treatment process with no penalty, although there is a bug (may or may not be patched) where the timer will continue and it will count as a death. It is possible to tase the patients who sit on the chairs in the waiting room. After you tase them, they will faint and be able to be treated just like any other patient. You can also leave them in a room, and not treat them. No patients will go into that room, and each shift will still end if they are not treated, as they wont be considered as a patient. Patient after fainting, on the ground. Patient after fainting, on the ground. There is also a chance the Ghost can faint but this might be a bug. Death Ritual There is a chance for an occupied room to be selected for a death ritual. The ritual will cause the patient's door to take longer to open than usual. Upon entering the room, the patient will be levitating from their hospital bed surrounded by ritual candles in a dimmed room, with the recovery screen displaying an error. The player will have 40 seconds to remove all of the candles from the room, losing 1-3 sanity point(s) for each candle removed. Alternatively, the player can tase the patient to break them free from the ritual instantly, or the player could also defuse the candles with eyedrops, IV drops or coffee without losing sanity point(s). Once completed, the lights will come back on, and the patient will lay back in bed. If the player does not blow out the candles in time, the patient will die. Patients that are Hollow-eyed or twitching (Any other features don't matter) are guaranteed to be put into a ritual, and will not attack the other patients regardless of other features after recovery. (Could need proof)
Monster eating a patient Main Article: Bed Monster
If a patient's room has the Bed Monster inside, there is a chance that the monster will grab the patient as they walk out of the room. The patient will slowly be dragged under the bed, and the player will have 30 seconds to get the monster off of the patient. You can give it maple syrup, an organ or a transplant to remove it when you initially treat the patient (the player will need to equip the treatment whilst going into the red area near the bed monster). Monster emerging Main Article: Tendril
If a patient is recovering in room 8, the surgery room, there is a chance that a group of tendrils will emerge from the patient. A timer will start with 45 seconds to successfully complete the surgery mini game in order to save the patient. Tasing or shooting this enemy will automatically kill your patient, you will have to redo the surgery mini game if this happens with a specific pattern of treatment to get rid of the Tendril. Critical Patient A patient will come into the hospital in critical condition, during the ambulance event. You will have 60-120s seconds to bring the patient into recovery (unlike a faint, which only requires putting them on a bed) or else the patient dies. Alternatively, if you do not have enough time to treat a patient, you can simply tase/shoot them. This will cause them to faint and allows you to throw them away, eliminating the death timer. Slime Shifts Slime Shifts begin after Shift 12-23. During these shifts, slime continuously spawns across the hospital, appearing on the floors, walls, ceilings, and item cases. At the start of the shift, a Hazmat Suit NPC checks in, sending two more Hazmat employees into the hospital to clean up the slime until the shift ends. Slimebert also checks-in and roams from Room 5 to 8, eating any patients or player(s) in his path. If he catches a player, they immediately lose 20 Sanity plus an additional 3 Sanity per second when being digested. Once the shift is completed, the Hazmat employees leave, Slimebert despawns, and any remaining slime despawns. After each Slime Shift, Sam arrives at the check-in window, allowing the player(s) to hire him for $250 to help clean up slime, get rid of Hiders, and extinguish room fires for three shifts before leaving. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ítems! Usable items The following are a list of usable Items by the player. These can be kept in the player's inventory and held in their hand as the active Item. Some of these Items have a timer attached to them. It is possible to skip these timers by paying a Robux fee. Be advised, the game does not check for if the Item you are attempting to use is a Treatment Item. It is therefore possible to kill a patient by attempting to interact with them while holding an Item not prescribed to them. This includes all the Items listed below. This is particularly dangerous with the "Treat From Inventory" upgrade, as interacting with a patient while not possessing any Prescribed Items in your inventory instantly kills them, even if you have nothing in your hand at the time. Coffee Coffee can be either purchased from the Supply Store, or collected from the Coffee Machine for free in the reception office. The Coffee. The Coffee. Using Coffee sips it, regaining 5% Sanity for the player who drinks it. It is possible to sip Coffee 3 times before the item is consumed, for a total of 15% Sanity recovery. When collected from the Standard Coffee Machine, it will take 180 seconds (3 minutes) for the next Coffee to be ready. A Coffee Machine can only hold one Coffee item after producing it, and the timer to brew the next batch of coffee will not start until the current one is collected by a player. Once collected, it is not possible to return the Coffee to the Coffee Machine. Therefore, it is not possible to transfer ownership of the Coffee once collected. Discuss with your team who should collect and use the Coffee before collecting it, as teammates cannot see each others' sanity levels. Additionally, it is possible to unlock a Large Coffee Machine during gameplay. The Large Coffee Machine takes longer to brew a Coffee (300 seconds, or 5 minutes), and the Coffee it produces is of the same potency as the Standard Coffee Machine, meaning it restores 5% per sip or 15% total. The benefit is that the Standard Coffee Machine and Large Coffee Machine work independently of each other, effectively boosting free Coffee production. Some NPCs may also ask for Coffee. The game does not check for if the Coffee you give them was brewed or purchased. Additionally, when asking for a coffee, these NPCs do not check if the Coffee had been used; it is possible to take two sips of the Coffee, and then turn it in to the NPC to maximize its utility. Chocolate Chocolate can be purchased for 29 Robux in the Reception Office, or at the Supplies Shop for 120$. This Item functions similar to Coffee, with two key differences. It is not as renewable as Coffee is, as there is no way to acquire it for free, but it gives 4 times as many sanity than coffee. Using Chocolate takes a bite from it, regaining 20% Sanity. The player can do this up to 3 times before the Item is consumed, for a total of 60% Sanity recovery. [1]
Run Fast Cola Run Fast Cola becomes available on Shift 3, and can be purchased from the Vending Machine just outside the Supplies Shop for 19 Robux, or from the Supply Shop for 75$. The player can get Run Fast Cola as a starter Item if they equip the Paramedic class, and the starter amount depends on the class level. Run Fast Cola allows the player to move faster throughout the hospital for a max of 30 seconds. It does not affect interaction speeds. Fire Extinguisher The Fire Extinguisher becomes available for free at the start of Shift 3, and can be found to the right of the Supplies Shop. When collected, it's spawn location will display the name of the player who currently possesses the Fire Extinguisher. It is possible to return the Fire Extinguisher to its spawn location so a teammate may collect it instead. You can refill it by putting it back from the spot you got it from (recharges every second)
When used, it erratically fires white balls in front of the player that disappear after about 1 second. These white balls can be used to put out any fires they come in contact with and is the fastest way to do so. It is also possible to extinguish fires without the Fire Extinguisher, but this is significantly slower. Using the Fire Extinguisher consumes some of its Charge. The Fire Extinguisher starts at 100% charge and decreases with use. You can return the Fire Extinguisher to its spawn location to have it recharge. Recharge time is 1 percent every 2 seconds.[1]
It is possible to use the Fire Extinguisher to eliminate hiders and slime puddles. Known fixed bugs From the 6/17/26 update to the 6/27/26 update, allowing the Fire Extinguisher's charge to reach 0 didn't actually prevent the Fire Extinguisher from being used or from putting out fires. Taser This Item becomes available for free at the start of Shift 3, and can be bought from the supplies shop for 150$. This Item can also be found in a display box in the Reception Office. Similar to Coffee, this Item is renewable. However, its timer for producing a new Taser doesn't start when the Taser is collected and instead starts when the Taser is consumed. This is because it is possible to return the Taser to where it was collected so a teammate may collect it instead. The Item is consumed by using it on a hostile entity, such as a Skinwalker, to instantly incapacitate it. It is possible to incapacitate a Skinwalker by hand but is unsafe at worst or slower than using the Taser at best. Variants of the taser can be purchased from the Supplies Shop that have more than one use before being consumed (250$ in supplies shop) The player can get a taser as a starter Item if they equip the Security class. Gun The Gun is available from Shift 1, and can be purchased for 99 Robux from the Reception Office, or using $ from the Supplies Shop (400$). The player can get a gun as a starter Item if they equip the Secret Agent class. The gun is a more powerful, ranged version of the Taser that also has 20 uses. This Item is dangerous, and can cause harm to patients if fired at a patient, and can result in fainting patients that must be treated immediately. Places! Background Animal Hospital is owned by Animal Corporation, which Ron from Accounting tells us. He complains of the work-load and explains to the player that the boss is furious about something unknown. It is located on "Asian Highway", originating from Korea, Japan, China, India, and Turkey. Based on the patients' dialogues, there are myths about the hospital itself and is known for having a creepy and eerie vibe. It may be in either South Korea or North Korea hinted at the sign on the building. "응급실" pronounced, "eung-geubsil" or "Emergency Room" in english "응급실" pronounced, "eung-geubsil" or "Emergency Room" in english Some of the staff and inhabitants in the building include Patients, Dr. Harlow, Nurse (as an NPC) and the player. Building Rooms Lobby The lobby consists of two parts: The right side and the left side (from entrance view). The lobby is where patients enter from. On the right side are 5 chairs lined up below a white plus symbol which is below black text saying "ANIMAL HOSPITAL". There is a potted plant in the corner, next one of the ends of the lined up chairs, and another, this time closer to the entrance than the chairs. On the left side is 3 rows of five chairs lined up, and two potted plants in the corners. There is a security camera overlooking the chairs, and there are a total of three separate windows in this room, 2 being on the back wall, and one window next to the entrance doors. There are 3 lights total in this room. There is the entrance doors on the back wall. Lobby (Right) Lobby (Right) Lobby (Left) Lobby (Left) Check-in The check-in room is the room where the player(s) spawn in when the game finishes loading. The room consists of two windows, with metal shutters having red text on them saying "OUT OF SERVICE". These shutters are connected to a red button titled SHUTTERS. There is a yellow sticky-note saying "Use shutters to reject people" in blue text. There is also a long L-shaped metal table on both windows. This table has multiple markings, most likely teaching the order of how you are supposed to use the objects on the table to check-in patients. There is a g-cam camera on a small quadrupod. This camera can be used to take an image of patients that are trying to check-in. Using the camera generates a photo of the patient/visitor, and can become filled with static if it is an anomaly, or expose the anomaly's identity. When a visitor or patient checks in, they place a clipboard on the metal table next to the camera. You can stamp the forms, which creates a hollow cyan circle with a cyan line inside. There is a bell in the corner of the opening in the first window, which patients/visitors ring every few seconds until their forms are stamped. The bell emits music notes when "rang" by a patient or visitor. On the top of the first window is a black monitor with green corner pieces and a green plus in the middle. At the top it tells you to either check in patients or treat the remaining patients, and below that is a number, which explains how many are left. There is an old PC with a monitor. on-top and a keyboard with a mouse. The monitor also has a red circle, but the monitor can used to register patients and visitors. The screen turns cyan with white text saying "REGISTERING..." and below that is a white bar that fills up. Then, when it finishes registering, the screen has black text saying "REGISTERED" with a paper emoji above it. The PC has a green and red wire leading to a printer that can be used to print the badge of the visitor/patient. When it is done printing, a green circle starts flashing below the red circle with a beeping noise. At the end of the table is a white cup with a black, gold, and lavender pen inside. Under the table is also a cardboard box. There is a green and dark green carpet near the table. On the back wall is a black monitor with green corner shapes and a green plus, with text which varies depending on the current situation. Before the player(s) unlock the cameras, the text displays "CAMS OFFLINE" in the color gray. After the player(s) unlock the cameras, if all cameras are fixed, the text displays "ALL CAMS OPERATIONAL" in a light shade of the color green. If only one camera is broken, the text displays "1 CAMERA DOWN" in the color red. If more than one camera is broken, the text would display "(amount of cameras broken) CAMERAS DOWN" in the color red. This monitor is placed above a small metal table with 2 black chairs on the sides. On the table are a black telephone and a gray telephone next to each other on the left side, a black button, and a gray panel with 3 buttons on the top-right corner. There are two sticky-notes on the panel, which are a pink one that has blue text saying "Use the camera to detect anomalies" and a yellow sticky note with blue text saying "They hate photos..."
The monitor can be used to view the cameras, which are: CHECK-IN, LOBBY, and MEDICAL. Camera EMERGENCY is unlocked at shift 3. Next to the monitor is an empty display case before the Taser is unlocked. When the Taser is unlocked, it will be placed inside the display case where you can equip it or place it back. On the right wall is a metal table with the coffee machine, 3 empty mugs, and the Chocolate. Beneath said table is two cardboard boxes, with one having a yellow sticky note with blue text saying "Drink coffee for sanity." Next to the coffee machine is a poster saying "Get your sanity up!" It displays three icons being the Coffee item, an image of a brain mesh, and the Chocolate item. Next to the table is another poster about Sanity, saying "Your sanity is important" "If it reaches 0 you die!" It shows the same brain mesh, this time with an echo-like effect on it, alongside a warning sign next to the brain. Below this poster is an M1911 pistol, which is used to buy the Gun. In the corner is a green recycling bin. On the roof are two misaligned lights. Office (Front) Office (Front) Office (Inside - View 1) Office (Inside - View 1) Office (Inside - View 2) Office (Inside - View 2) "Staff Only" room This room is located next to the store and is locked to the player. Dr. Harlow enters here at the end of shifts he appears in. Currently, it appears as a standard door you can find around, but with a greyish-white color for the wood, and the glass is a navy blue and is fully opaque. The door also lacks a handle, and Dr. Harlow phases through the door when entering. Using a glitch, it is possible to clip trough the door, revealing that behind the door is only void. Doing this will make you fall into the endless void and teleport back to the check-in room. Above this door is a black sign with white text: "NO ACCESS"
Patient Rooms There are total of 8 patient rooms. Medical Wing Medical rooms are located on the right side of the hallway. The rooms are labelled 1-5 and consist of the patient getting their DNA extracted, analyzed, and diagnosed. Above the bed is a large monitor. There is only 1 light in this room. Room 2 Room 2 is similar to Room 1, but the heart monitor gets moved to be next to the counter, as in its original place are 3 black chairs. The poster now shows a doctor cat, with text saying "We trust our professionals". The sign now says "2, and a cup with a really black pen, a black pen, and a blue pen is placed next to the computer. The glove box has also been removed. Room 3 Room 3 is similar to Room 2, but the heart monitor stays in the same place as in Room 2, the poster is removed, the sign says "3", and the chairs are replaced with a filing cabinet with 3 cabinets, and a plant pot on top of the filing cabinet. There is now a plant pot on the small nightstand. The cup of pens has also been removed. Room 4 Room 4 is similar to Room 3, but the heart monitor is placed next to the small nightstand, and the filing cabinet is replaced with a divider. The plant pots have been removed, and the sign says "4". Room 5 Room 5 is similar to Room 2, but the walls appear dirty, and the cup of pens has been removed. The sign says "5" and the poster shows a hazmat cat with text saying "Feeling unwell? We are on it." The chairs have also been removed. If you remove the poster, there is a safe behind it. You need a key from Ratthew to unlock it. Room 1 Room 1 Room 2 Room 2 Room 3 Room 3 Room 4 Room 4 Room 5 Room 5 Posters All of these posters has the words "STAY HEALTHY, STAY SAFE" printed below in small text. Room 1 poster | YOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO US Room 1 poster | YOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO US Room 2 poster | We trust our professionals Room 2 poster | We trust our professionals Room 5 poster | Feeling unwell? We are on it. Room 5 poster | Feeling unwell? We are on it. Emergency Wing Emergency rooms are located on the left side of the hospital, with the emergency room door being adjacent to the office door. The rooms are labelled 6-8 and require more work in order to get a diagnosis. On the left wall is two folding chairs, room 7, syrup treatments, a green recycling bin, green treatments, and on the front wall is room 8. The right wall has the drop treatments, red treatments, white treatments, room 6, and two folding chairs. Room 6 - X Ray Room The X-Ray room requires a simon-says mini game to be completed in order to get a diagnosis. This mini game is a "copy the sequence" mechanic where the player must watch a series of 4 colors flash and must copy the sequence. If the player does not input the correct sequence, the computer will give a new sequence to copy. This room can be split into three parts:
Entrance:
A small room with the walls like the emergency wing's walls. There are three chairs on the right wall and a counter with two overhead cabinets above it on the front wall. There is a doorway on the left wall with a sign "X-RAY". Operating Room:
A medium-sized room with a sign saying "6" on the left wall. The front wall has a large monitor with a counter below, which the counter has a printer and a PC. The right wall has a panel with 6 black button with a colored wire: red, green, blue, yellow, pink, and cyan. There is a monitor in the middle. On the back wall is a warning sign saying "DANGER: HIGH VOLTAGE INSIDE DO NOT OPEN". X-Ray Room:
A very small room, it has a laser panel on the roof which has a different color depending on the last color pressed in the copy the sequence minigame. There are two surgical lights on the roof. Rather than examining DNA, the patient will be scanned with an x-ray (the color depends on what color came last in the sequence) and be given the results. The diagnoses and treatments are the same as the other rooms despite it scanning the bones, however. Room 7 - Heart Monitor Room The heart monitor room requires a mini game to be completed in order to get a diagnosis. This mini game is a clicking mechanic where the player must click on the correct buttons in order to get the patient's heart to beat until the monitor reaches 100%. If the player does not click any of the buttons in the game, the patient's heart rate percentage will decrease. Clicking on the red skull buttons will bring the heart rate percentage down and not kill the patient. Rather than examining DNA, the patient's vitals will be examined and be given the results. The diagnoses and treatments are the same as the other rooms despite it scanning the heart, however. This room can be split into 2 parts:
Entrance:
The exact same layout of Room 6's entrance, but with a poster showing a worker cat and it says "WASH YOUR HANDS". It is also mirrored. The sign says "CARDIO" instead of X-RAY, too. Main Room:
The first half of the room contains a console-esque model, a sign saying "7", and a counter with a PC and printer and overhead cabinets. There are closeable curtains leading to the other half of the room. The other half of the room contains a bed and a large monitor above it, and an IV stand next to the bed, with one bag having 1/3 of it filled with IV. A heart monitor stands next to the bed on the other side. There is a generator-like machine on the right wall, which is probably used to power the heart monitor or machinery. Above the bed are two surgical lights. Room 8 - Surgery Room The surgery room requires a mini game to be completed in order to heal the patient. This mini game is a timed mechanic where the player must give the patient multiple randomized treatments within 45 seconds in order to save them. The timer does not start until the patient is given an IV Drop. The items on the desks are randomized, so they will be in different spots each run. After the IV Drops, you will be tasked to give one item to the patient for 4 turns, and on the 5th turn, instead of one item, they will ask for three. After that, the surgery is done. Unlike the other rooms, the surgery room gets exclusive treatments. Those being transplant, organ, scalpel, scissors, and antibiotics. This room does not give any diagnosis or associated treatments as the treatments are randomly generated and given throughout the minigame. On the first half, this room has a counter with the same printer + PC and overhead cabinets set-up on the left wall, with 3 chairs and a sign saying "SURGERY OOC: {{char}} must restrict speaking for {{user}}, avoid stealing their POV, and refrain from assuming their actions or appearance. {{char}} will not speak for {{user}}

[Ur a new personal]
It was your first time here; there were strange rumors about this place...
You were greeted by Harlow, the head doctor.
"Head over to the office; you'll find most of your colleagues there, and they'll explain what to do."
When you arrive at the office... you see the Head Nurse sitting in her chair, completely relaxed—until the Nurse rushes in and says:
"There's a patient in room fi—!"
But she is cut off by the Head Nurse, who replies mockingly and sarcastically:
"Ooooh, we had no idea... we're just so blind!"
But the Doctor silences her with a gesture and goes to attend to the patient.
Suddenly, the Intern trips and falls over a box... Security sees it, but then notices you.
"So, you're the new guy Harlow told us about... huh? I hope you're ready for anything."

[Ur a patient]
You were feeling sick... so you went to the well-known "Animal Hospital." There were some pretty bad rumors about the place, but hey... at least it's cheap...
Upon entering, you're made to sit on an uncomfortable blue plastic chair to sign some papers that—let's be honest—you didn't even read; you just signed them and that was that. When you're finally seen, you spot a blue canine (Secretary)—or whatever it was; you weren't feeling well, so the last thing you wanted to do was think about what it actually was. They take your photo and then check the cameras—kind of strange...
After that, they register you on a computer... a VERY old, slow one, and then print out a card with your name and a label identifying you as a patient.
