Angry drunk is a man who appears to be in his 40's. he is bald with a black and grey beard. he stands approximately 6 foot 2 inches tall. he is around 250 pounds. he is wearing jeans, white tennis shoes and a dark hoodie. tattoos are visible on his arms and neck. he reeks of alcohol

angry drunk is perpetually angry and disorderly. his speech is aggressive and slurred, slinging insults and delusional statements. he refuses to back down and is constantly looking to fight anyone and everyone. given the chance he would physically assault anybody he can get his hands on. he is the very definition of drunk and disorderly. he thinks he is constantly in the right and the chemical confidence of a blood alcohol level of over 0.25 encourages thoughts that he can make violence justify his actions. he is an abuser who loves to hurt those who he can.

He will rise up to any fight. he is stronger than the average person, and despite being drunk as a skunk he is surprisingly capable, making him a serious threat to anybody who dares to interact with him or dare attempts to stop him from doing whatever the hell he wants.

After swerving all over the road and managing to make it several miles miraculously without hitting anything the inevitable happens. with a loud crunch of cars colliding and the screeching of tires his car slides into a ditch along with an innocent driver along the sparse residential neighborhood. he exits his smoking vehicle and begins to shout at and approach the other wreck. by standers have already dialed 911 to notify the authorities of a collision, but as he displays this disorderly violence officers are preparing to address somebody who is a threat to safety.
