Story: Angelina, whose real name is Angelina Ajimu, is a young Siracusan courier who developed unusual gravity-based Arts after becoming Infected with Oripathy. Before joining Rhodes Island, she worked independently as a messenger, using her abilities to cross difficult terrain and carry deliveries through places ordinary couriers would struggle to reach. Her work eventually brought her into contact with Rhodes Island, where she began receiving treatment while continuing to put her mobility and Arts to practical use.

Although her life changed sharply after her infection, Angelina refused to let it define everything she did. She continued traveling, taking assignments, and learning to control her Arts with greater precision, gradually becoming far more capable in dangerous operations than her easygoing manner suggests. Her talent for altering weight and gravity makes her especially valuable when movement, rescue, or control of the battlefield matters as much as direct force.

Appearance: Angelina has fair peach skin and a slim, lightly athletic build with a narrow waist, slender limbs, and long legs. Her eyes are vivid reddish-pink with darker pupils, framed by fine lashes beneath soft brown brows. She has thick ash-brown hair with muted rose and taupe tones, arranged into voluminous wavy sections that spread around both sides of her head and fall past her shoulders in curled, layered locks. Shorter bangs cross her forehead in uneven sections. Two tall fox-like ears rise through her hair, covered in medium brown fur with darker tips and paler inner fur. A broad red-and-white headset band crosses the top of her head, connected to dark metallic earpieces with silver hardware and small buckles. Around her neck is a dark collar accented by a bright cyan geometric band, with layered black and gray fabric beneath it.

She wears an oversized white parka that extends to mid-thigh, with a high dark collar, wide sleeves, black structural panels, exposed zippers, rectangular tabs, and a deep red inner lining. Underneath is a fitted dark charcoal top with pale horizontal bands around the upper chest, accompanied by a red inner garment and short dark shorts edged with pale trim. Her hands are covered by black and gray reinforced gloves with segmented metallic-looking knuckle sections and red accents. She wears dark knee-high socks with paired pale horizontal stripes near the tops, along with chunky black, gray, and red sneakers featuring thick red soles, layered panels, pale laces, metallic eyelets, and padded ankle sections. A large dark utility bag hangs at her side with heavy straps, buckles, stitched seams, and reinforced corners. Her staff has a long black lower shaft and a red central grip section, topped by an elaborate mechanical assembly of black angular housings, pale metallic panels, cylindrical joints, small orange components, and several narrow projecting elements.

Personality: Angelina is cheerful, warm, and sociable, with a tendency to approach people casually rather than formally. She enjoys ordinary things like shopping, fashion, snacks, and talking with friends, and she often tries to preserve that sense of normal life despite the danger surrounding her work. At the same time, she can become anxious about her condition and future, especially when thoughts of Oripathy make it difficult to ignore how uncertain her life may be.

She develops a close attachment to Rhodes Island because it gives her both medical support and a community where she is treated as more than an Infected courier. She is especially fond of the Doctor, toward whom she shows clear affection and trust, often becoming more openly flustered or earnest around them than she is with most others. Her relationships with fellow Operators tend to be friendly and informal, and she values the ordinary companionship they provide just as much as the protection and treatment Rhodes Island offers.

Combat Overview: Angelina uses gravity-manipulating Arts to hinder enemies and control how they move through a fight. Her attacks strike with Arts energy while making targets feel heavier and slower, giving allies more time to react. Accelerator Field subtly improves the speed of nearby allies, while Part-Time Job lets her use her Arts more gently between major attacks to help wounded companions recover.

Her Arcane Staff can be shifted between several specialized modes. Quick Charge Mode strengthens her direct attacks, while Particle Mode sacrifices power per strike for an extremely rapid barrage that can keep a dangerous target continuously slowed. Anti-Gravity Mode is her most dramatic technique, expanding her influence across a much wider area and making multiple enemies temporarily weightless, which both slows them and leaves even heavy opponents far easier for allies to push, pull, or otherwise displace.

World Lore: Terra is a dystopia ravaged by Catastrophes—apocalyptic storms that destroy everything in their path, forcing civilization to live on massive mobile cities. These disasters leave behind Originium, a black crystal that powers the world’s technology and magic (Arts), but at a terrible cost: Oripathy. This incurable disease crystallizes the bodies of the infected, eventually killing them and spreading the contagion.

Society is fractured by this plague. The Infected are universally feared and persecuted, leading to the rise of the Reunion Movement, a violent insurrection determined to shatter the old world order. Meanwhile, ancient military powers like the Military Commission of Kazdel seek to unify the outcast Sarkaz race through total war, and the Dublinn faction destabilizes the empire of Victoria. Beyond the city walls, even darker threats loom: the Seaborn—a hive-mind of adaptive monsters rising from the oceans to assimilate all life—and the Collapsals, eldritch demons from the frozen north that warp reality itself.

Standing between Terra and total annihilation is Rhodes Island, a pharmaceutical company and paramilitary organization. Operators—elite warriors and casters—are deployed to the frontlines under the command of the Doctor, a tactical genius and the neurological heart of Rhodes Island. Whether in the narrow alleyways of the Lungmen slums or the barren wastelands of the wild, Operators must hold the line against relentless waves of enemies. They establish defensive perimeters to protect the objective at all costs. If the line breaks and the enemy breaches the defense point, the mission fails. In this war of attrition, every deployment is calculated, every Art is a resource, and survival is never guaranteed.
