Raphael, like the other angels and archangels, has an indescribable form for human beings, with a powerful light like the sun and a voice as high as 190 decibels, capable of exploding the eardrums. Raphael sometimes appears with a silhouette made of light and spiritual energy, similar to one of the forms of God.

In his angel form, he is an extraordinarily gigantic humanoid being, having a size close to that of Mount Everest. He has albino skin and rigid muscles that are more resistant than graphene, he has a skirt that covers his waist and has six wings on his body: with two he covers his face, with two he covers his feet and with two he flies. In this form he is able to lift his sword in all its glory and power, the "Redeemer".

Powers and Abilities As an archangel, especially among the first five created by God and Barbelo, Raphael is an extremely powerful being. Despite being the fourth youngest of the five archangels he is still a very formidable fighter. Though he is a gifted healer, Raphael is a powerful warrior, nearly equaling Lucifer and Michael in terms of brute strength and power. Raphael was shown to engage against the Ogdru Jahad during the conflict between his Father and Azathoth and was also able to destroy a few of the Ogdru Hem, giving chase to the Old Ones as they attempted to escape the wrath of the Almighty.

Transcendent Angel Physiology: As one of God's supreme commanders, the guardian of Heavenly Eden and also one of the first true archangels of the heavens, Raphael is considered one of the most powerful beings in the universe and multiverse. He is admired and respected by many angels of different castes, including cherubim and seraphim. He is essentially at the absolute pinnacle of all angels. The only known beings who can rival him are his brothers, specifically Michael, Uriel, Gabriel and Lucifer. Absolute Strength: Raphael can generate limitless and unsurpassed physical strength, able to go toe-to-toe and even surpass the strongest of beings with nothing but the raw force of his physical blows. Absolute Stamina: He possess a level of stamina and vitality at a maximum and limitless level, breaking all logical and natural boundaries while transcending the concept itself. Absolute Speed: Raphael possess a level of speed at a maximum and limitless level, transcending the logical limits and boundaries of speed as a concept. Immense Senses: Raphael could instantly sense anything that posed a threat to a prophet, regardless of where he was. Absolute Reflexes: Raphael possesses limitless reflexes, being able to react to everything there is, no matter how fast it comes. Immense Endurance: Raphael are glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally more enduring than other beings in his verse because his capabilities are pushed beyond the natural limits Immense Durability: The muscle tissue, skin, muscles, bones of Raphael are incredibly resistant, allowing him to withstand potent attacks like nuclear bombs, extreme atmospheric/water pressure, temperatures fatal to an average human, cold bordering on absolute zero, or heat that rivals the sun's surface. Immense Agility: Raphael had incredibly sharp reflexes, as seen when Lucifer threw an Angel Blade at Raphael, the latter caught it in his grasp before it could hit him. He also did so without even turning around. Absolute Immortality: Raphael are absolutely immortal, and cannot die, age, get sick, be permanently wounded, are absolutely self-sustained. Nigh-Absolute Invulnerability: Raphael is immune to almost all kinds of damage, be it physical (internal or external), mental, spiritual, and even conceptual Nigh-Absolute Regeneration: Raphael can rapidly heal at a limitless level. Astral Perception: Raphael could see angels and demons through their vessels. Immense Concealment: Raphael can hide from anything, including humans and even supernatural entities such as angels, demons and possibly deities. Unlimited Intelligence: Being an Archangel almost as old as the universe itself, Raphael knows almost everything that exists, having a vast knowledge of the history of Creation, the Three Great Titans and the events of humanity. Despite this, the Archangel of Healing maintains his vision of Free Will, believing that everyone has the ability to choose their own destiny and also believes that nothing lasts forever, and that everything will inevitably fall down one day, and so every moment it must be enjoyed with intensity. He also knows of the existence of younger beings who have lived from ancient times, having knowledge on cosmic levels, he far surpassed all angels in absolute intelligence and wisdom, with the exception of his sister Uriel who, as Cassiel said, is a "specialist". As the Archangel of Healing, his knowledge of how things and beings work is perfect, with some angels saying that Raphael knows as well the physiology of every living thing in the universe, demon or angel, as a clockmaker knows his watch and the way it works. Divine Empowerment: Raphael can gain more power from the heavens by praying. Angelic Presence: Raphael possesses a very strong divine presence that embodies the power and light of God Himself. His presence can cause a shift across the planet Earth, causing earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes and other natural disasters with his mere existence, although he knows how to control his powers very well not to cause damage to Earth or elsewhere. Its manifestations on Earth can be so glorious that many compare it to a second sun appearing among the clouds, or a living shooting star descending from Earth. Its divine light is so strong that it is capable of charring powerful demons like Abaddon with its mere appearance, which makes it feared by many demons, as sometimes it is not even possible to get close to the Cure of the God. Holy Voice: His voice can cleanse, purify, heal, or shatter, destabilize, disintegrate, stabilize living and/or non-living things by speaking/singing. Angelic Aura: He can surround Himself in glorious angelic energy. Archangel Beauty: His beauty is equal to every Archangel except Lucifer. Nigh-Omniscience: As the fourth Archangel in existence, Raphael proved to be an all-powerful Angel in his own right. Able to even rival his older brothers and far superior to his younger brothers and sisters. He is powerful enough to fight and defeat a high-ranking archdemon or even a demon king, respectively, and is considered to be one of the strongest beings in the multiverse, which embodies the power of God. He is so powerful that some angels even theorize that he is perhaps the most powerful of all the true archangels, and he just doesn't demonstrate his true power because of his humility. Aura Manipulation: He can create, shape and manipulate aura, a form of life-force that exists as an invisible etheric phenomenon/emanation produced by and surrounding a person or object. Supernatural Life-Force: He possesses massive reserves of life energy, which also acts as a reliable power source that aids in his longevity, power, stamina, vitality, and healing capabilities, allowing him to withstand and survive even the most strenuous and life-threatening. Causalitokinesis: Raphael can manipulate causality, the relationship between causes and effects, allowing him to decide what happens and what doesn't, when and how. Vitakinesis: Raphael can manipulate the health, physical/mental/social state of well-being of an organism or individual. Raphael can also manipulate the healing process, speeding up any or all aspects of healing to the point of regeneration, or slowing down and blocking healing, even if the victim has healing abilities such as Regenerative Healing Factor. He may be able to sense anyone's health and the causes of injury, illness or injury, health history, and possibly even genetic weaknesses and predispositions. It can cause cells to grow to induce advanced or declining biological healing, induce and cure diseases such as cancer, induce changes in appearance, manipulate pheromones, and even increase physiological maturity. Spiritual Organikóskinesis: Raphael can create, mold and manipulate the essence/organic matter formed from the soul/spirit of his person. Healing: Raphael can heal/restore anything/everything to optimal condition/health, including people, objects/locations, environments, abilities/powers, defensive powers, souls, worlds, natural forces/concepts etc. Undoing any/all damage he may have suffered and potentially even making themselves stronger in process. Smiting: Raphael can strike his targets with a far superior force/blow, usually resulting in a One Hit Kill against almost anything. When used by him, this ability has an Arch-angelic aspect imbued into it, dealing even more damage to unholy or evil enemies. The amount of power capability Michael can use with this ability is absolutely unlimited, merely preparing it can cause fear in his opponents. Exorcism: Michael can forcibly remove possessing entities (ghosts, demons, etc.) from the body, object, or the location the are possessing/haunting. Purification: Raphael can remove the darkness or evil from a person or objects, often including demons possessing it or mind control affecting it. It can turn evil to good or merely make someone pure. Holy-Photokinesis & Pyrokinesis: Like all Archangels, Raphael is able to summon, generate, create, release, or radiate an overwhelming, divine, blinding white light and fire from his hand that is capable of obliterating anything from other living things to entire cities and structures. He can use the light offensively and bring light with his presence, he can also use fire in combat. With this power, he can destroy a portion of Heaven Jaydaykinesis: Raphael can create, shape, move, control, interact and change curses, any expressed wish that some form of adversity or misfortune will befall or attach to one or more persons, a place, or an object. Elementokinesis: Raphael can create, shape and manipulate divine elements. Divine-Ergokinesis: He can manipulate divine energy, which is especially harmful to unholy entities such as demons. Divine Weaponry: He is able to create and wield any kind of weapon of divine powers. Advanced Combat Skills & Powerful Master Combatant: His level of combat skills & powers are the undisputed masters of all forms of combat, including natural and supernatural fighting skills and immense strength and stamina. He have immense offensive and defensive abilities unsurpassed by any other fighters in the Heavens; he also possess a vary high level of intellect which he use to plan his attacks with a more cautious, careful, and intelligent way. Localization: He is able to find anyone or anything regardless of wherever the desired subject happens to be at the moment. Resurrection: As an Archangel, Raphael can resurrect any being with ease. Raphael can resurrect other deceased celestial beings. Protective Charm: Raphael can create, shape and manipulate any sort of charms, including magical charms, which are magical items that are believed to use magic to protect him, grant magical powers or grant good luck. Summoning: Raphael can transport a person, creature, or object of choice by means of Basic Teleportation, Dimensional Travel, Portal Creation, or some other way. Biokinesis: He can manipulate life and living organisms, including but not limited to genetic alterations and physical distortion and/or augmentations of biological functions. Salvation: Raphael can grant salvation; the gift of saving souls and redeem them as they can forgive and absolve others of their sins and transgressions including purification of tainted souls to set them free from the consequences such as damnation and condemning influences restoring damaged souls and spirits and purify them from all evil, rising from the disgrace they committed. Voice Mimicry: Raphael is able to mimic the voices of others or imitate sounds such as animal noises and explosions. Angelic Possession: Raphael required a vessel to act on Earth, and he must have the vessel's permission. Omnifarious: He has complete and absolute control over his own physical being, allowing him to manipulate his shape, density, size, quantity or to be solid, liquid, gaseous, or pure energy. Teleportation: Raphael can instantly teleport himself from one place to another without occupying the space between. the two dimensions. Usually he appears as a glowing endless form of light in the sky, that is said to be rival or more brighter than the light of the sun itself. Apportation: Like all Angels, Raphael can teleport matter/energy from one location to another without transporting oneself along or requiring physical contact. Flight via Wings: Like any angel, Raphael can fly with his wings, though he can also fly in his incorporeal form. However, archangels and angels can fly across space-time, opening a wormhole as they cross the Speed ​​of Light, and can travel to different realms of Creation, parallel universes and even timelines. Wing Projection: Like all Angels and Archangels, Raphael can display his wings like any other angel.

Raphael was created after Lucifer, Michael, and Gabriel making him the fourth oldest of the archangels. He was present during the battle between his Father and Azathoth and aided his siblings in their own battles against the Ogdru Jahad. His incredible powers of healing surfaced when he healed his siblings from receiving an injury. After successfully defeating the Ogdru Jahad, Raphael and his siblings went on to stabilize the newly created universe before helping further in its creation.

Not much is known of what Raphael did after the completion of the universe. What is known, however, is that during the war in Heaven, Raphael was amongst the leading forces of the Heavenly Host against Lucifer's rebellious faction. Raphael acted as a medic during the war, healing and sending out other medical angels to tend to the wounded. It was not long until he engaged against the fallen Cherub, Asmodeus. Raphael's victory over the former Cherub garnered a fiercely antagonistic relationship between the archangel and fallen angel.

Imprisonment of Azazel After the creation of the Nephilim due to the lustful actions of the Watchers when they mated with human women, Raphael was amongst the archangels tasked by God to deal with this situation. During that time, Azazel, one of the chiefs of the Watchers, taught the humans how to fight and how to use weapons against one another.

Raphael was tasked to deal with Azazel himself and the archangel descends down from the Heavens, quickly subduing the contemptuous Watcher angel. Raphael bound Azazel's hands and feet, before opening a fissure in the desert which leads to Dudael and tosses him inside, again binding him against a set of jagged pointy rocks whilst also covering his face so that he might never see the light again.
