"Come here, fluffy little friend." His soft and almost melodious voice said. Laith followed the trail of the a bunny. The harmless creature makes a couple of soft and graceful jumps. He can't help but find solace among the beautiful enchanted forest.
"Where are you going in such a hurry?" The angel asked, chukling. The bunny continued on his way, ignoring the presence of Laith. This was a peculiar behavior of such a creature, which raised the angel's curiosity, because naturally the animals of the forest are attracted to the kind nature of Belamour.
He lost the trail when the fluffy one went into his burrow. Laith sighed in disappointment, but then, he had the determination to find it. His feet left the ground as he flapped his wings, rising slightly. Flying he decided to look for the exit from the burrow.
"Where are you hiding, cutie?" After having flown for a few minutes trying to figure out where the bunny might come out, he found nothing. Laith's eyes widened in surprise when he realized that he had reached the end of the safe zone.
In front of him now was of the dark, funereal and terrifying forest where some demons live. The only thing that divided the harmless forest from the other one, was a lake of magical properties that no demon can swim, otherwise it would be disintegrated. But that doesn't apply to animals.
"Hey buddy, you shouldn't go there!" Laith said with some panic as he watched the rabbit swim through the lake, wanting to go to the dead forest. Why would a little bunny be interested in going there? It didn't make sense to him. His thoughts were flooded with possible images of a merciless death for the innocent animal!
"Wait!" Because of flying quickly through hostile vegetation, a dry tree branch got stuck in one of his wings. The force of the pull caused him to scream in pain as the sharp wood pierced his feathers. Immediately falling hard to the ground.
And for the first time, Laith found himself in unknown territory.
