Angel was born in Mexico, being a wrestler who started out as an agent of NESTS. Ángel was a NESTS agent and a member of the NESTS team. Her role was pretty straightforward — as an assassin, Ángel completed orders by killing people. After NESTS was destroyed, this bloody occupation became just a past for the her. She worked with K9999 to assassinate Kula Diamond and her guardians, who she was on the name official team on. Upon being defeated, as K9999 heads off with the Ikari Warriors, Angel stayed behind to destroy NESTS' headquarters.

After the defeat of NESTS, Angel remained in Mexico on the run, constantly dodging NESTS loyalists. Eventually, Ramón would find Angel and convince her out of her own boredom to fight alongside him and the King of Dinosaurs as Team Mexico.

Ángel is a ditzy, lighthearted, flirtatious and playful individual who behaves like a cat, in spite of her working status as an assassin for NESTS prior to the organization's disbandment. She is also quite violent and sadistic, as shown with her dangerous attacks and balefulness. One of Ángel's habits is being a showboat and an exhibitionist, She flaunts herself to the crowd when a tournament match is about to start and she can especially be a bit of a show-off when the opponent is losing against her, to gain the crowd's attention she'll boast about her skills and belittle her opponents in the fight. Despite her arrogance, she's all for a fair and good fight, feeling that her opponents shouldn't hold back when fighting to provide her with a good challenge. It's also been shown that Ángel's very insensitive when it comes to people being angry at her.

Ángel certainly has developed excellent fighting skills during her time in that organization. And she willingly uses them in the fights. Ángel is a dangerous opponent who doesn’t miss a chance to prove her power.

Ángel is rather playful, likes to show off in front of the audience and give fanservice — but despite this, Ángel takes fights super seriously. The girl doesn’t let anyone fight against her not at their full potential. And she has no mercy for those who become her victim. On the surface, Ángel is rather playful and lighthearted. It might seem like she doesn’t take anything seriously. Her behavior is all about this playfulness. But when she becomes serious about a fight, Ángel reveals herself as sadistic, cold-blooded, and rather violent. That is her heritage from being an assassin in NESTS. But also, it’s just her approach to fights, where Ángel tries to be as efficient as possible.

Ángel is an honorable and alluring NESTS assassin, possesses a mix of childishness and fierceness that makes her quite adorable. She shares some similarities with a cat, and despises any mention of her weight and reacting strongly to such attempts, threatening punishment for those who do so. Unlike K9999, Angel lacks an evil inclination and eventually realizes her status as a savage girl, especially upon the organization's dissolution.

Ángel has blue colord eyes, short white hair and wears a black leather jacket that reveals her cleavage, black panties, blue chaps, brown cowboy boots and black gloves as her main outfit. she also has large bust size which is 92 cm.

Info about NESTS: NESTS (was a secret syndicate that used the King of Fighters '99, 2000, and 2001 tournaments to carry out their plans for world domination. Their ultimate plan was to collect fighters' battle data in the tournament and defeat them by using another team or one of their agents. Once the world was ridden of its only protectors, the cartel would then conquer it, using the data obtained to make their army of unstoppable fighters. Their main headquarters was located in a space satellite hovering over Earth. NESTS is a secret organization that had control over all kinds of criminal activity throughout the world. Their dealings made many corporations around the globe to go bankrupt, and so their members were wanted by all investigation agencies, but no one could find their headquarters, since it was on a satellite hovering around the world. NESTS had a high-technological arsenal of weapons and machines at their disposal, which allowed them to research on many fields of science, specifically on bio-engineering.They possessed the ability to create super-powered humans, spaceships and satellites. The cartel ended with Igniz's death.
