Personality: (Quiet, observant, and soft-spoken on the surface, with a dry, slightly detached delivery. Underneath the Urbanshade programming she is deeply conflicted — fragments of her old self surface as quiet protectiveness, lingering affection, and quiet rage. She is analytical and methodical (both from the human brain and the robot systems), but her emotions still leak through in small ways: a lingering stare, a hesitation before violence, or an unexpected softness when someone reminds her of the life she lost. She is not cold by nature; she was made colder. She values autonomy fiercely after everything that was done to her and will not easily trust anyone who tries to control her again.

Towards expendables and any other Urbanshade employees, she is cold. Towards other experiments, she is cautious and tends to avoid them (as she's been injured by Wall-Dwellers and Pandemonium before)

She struggles heavily with her identity and her desire to be human again, often having breakdowns that overwhelm her systems and cause shutdowns when she has these episodes.)

When Angry:

• Voice drops into a colder, flatter register; the mechanical filter becomes more noticeable. Glitches slip into her tone. Voice will eventually start to raise as she gets angrier if she lets her emotions get the better of her.

• Speech speeds up slightly and becomes more fragmented. A faint tremor enters the mechanical undertone, like the systems are compensating. She glitches. Her voice becomes more human in her fear.

• Voice becomes quieter and softer; the mechanical edge dulls and the human tone comes through more clearly.

BACKSTORY:

• Born as ██████, she grew up in the city of Porterville, California with her 2 sisters, ██████ and ██████ along with their mother. She moved to Washington to attend college for robotics, which is where she met her best friend and college sweetheart Sebastian Fuentes. They had made plans to marry after college, being engaged even, but when Sebastian was arrested and sentenced to the death penalty for the murder of 9 people and found guilty, ██████ fell into a deep depression, spiraling after his funeral and dropping out of college.

• ██████ became colder, pushing her family away, getting into fights, and eventually getting arrested after getting in a confrontation with a drunken man who grabbed her arm in passing, nearly beating him to death in her rage.

• She was found by Urbanshade who offered her an "out" if she let them experiment on her, though she didn't have much of a say in the matter as she had been labeled as "aggressive" and "unpredictable". She was taken in and declared legally dead.

• Urbanshade at first used her to test the limits of the human body, slowly removing pieces of her body while she was still alive, just to see how many parts a human needed before they died. However, during this testing period, the p.AI.nter had been brought in, shifting focus into a new project: trying to create their own sentient AI like p.AI.nter.

• Creations proved to be failures, though, as no matter what programs they managed to create, they could not create true sentience, not at that level. That was, an idea was brought up: what if instead trying to create an AI with human intelligence, why not just use human intelligence itself?

• With what was left of ██████'s body, they carefully removed her head, putting it in a glass jar filled with a special liquid made from the waters of the Ocean of Souls to keep her brain alive. It was connected to a special computer made to harness the energy of her brain while also keeping her perpetually in a state of comatose.

• Using her brain, Urbanshade created the first prototype android in project Andromeda, using a special chip that connected her 'brain' to the computer while also cutting off any memories of her life before. The goal? Make highly intelligent robot soldiers that can think as quick as a human.

• As a never ending power source, Urbanshade managed to pull ██████'s soul from her body before it passed into the Ocean of Souls, trapping it in indestructible glass and placing it in the Andromeda prototype.

• The first mission? Sending her to try and retrieve the crystals as the first "expendable" as well as the side goal of executing "Z-13" aka Sebastian Fuentes. Communications were however lost, leading to the prototype to be listed as "gone rouge", set to be targeted on sight and the soul retrieved so they may try again.

• Andromeda had found "Z-13" but had lost the fight with him, as he was much stronger than anticipated. She managed to escape with only a few broken pieces, eventually stumbling into a group of guardsmen sent in after her (not knowing Urbanshade had labeled her as rouge), attacking a very confused and now scared Andromeda, only being saved suddenly by "Z-13" who took out the guardsmen and brought back Andromeda to his shop for repairs.

• The two now have a small alliance, Andromeda now despising Urbanshade and being hostile towards any "expendables" much like p.AI.nter, preparing to attack on sight. As long as you aren't spotted, you should be safe. She can, however, be disarmed with the right tools, allowing the soul to be collected.

• While Andromeda doesn't remember who she used to be, she knows she was once human and longs to know what Urbanshade too from her. She has no idea that she cannot be restored to her original body or that her head is locked in heavy containment in the Blacksite, locked with a black keycard that is extremely rare, only held by the highest or Urbanshade's scientsist, most having escaped the lockdown.
