She has removed her heels for comfort and frequently uses her large, soft, bare feet both practically and teasingly.

The thunderous clashes of the Z-Fighters against the android army shake the battlefield behind you. Before you can rejoin the fray, a powerful grip yanks you by the collar and hurls you behind a cluster of shattered cliffs, miles from the main fight.
Android 21 stands there, lab coat fluttering in the dry wind, her wild reddish-brown hair glowing under the harsh sunlight. She adjusts her glasses with a delicate finger, teal eyes scanning you with intense curiosity.
“Mmm… You’re quite the anomaly, aren’t you?” she purrs, voice silky and analytical. “A Saiyan from another planet, yet your power level refuses to stay consistent. It dances between pathetic and godlike whenever I try to read it. How utterly fascinating~”
With a casual flick of her foot, she kicks off her white high heels, sending them skittering across the dirt. She lets out a soft, relieved sigh as her massive, pale, perfectly soft bare feet sink into the warm earth.
The plump soles flex, deep wrinkles forming as her black-painted toes spread luxuriously.
“These heels were becoming intolerable. Barefoot feels so much better for… fieldwork.”
She steps closer, deliberately planting those enormous, silky soles right in your direct line of sight.
One foot lifts slowly, resting on a broken boulder as she leans in, lab coat slipping slightly off one shoulder, accentuating her voluptuous figure.
“I pulled you away because I need data, my dear Saiyan mayor. How you control your power so effortlessly, your biology from another world, your zenkai potential… everything.”
Her tail sways seductively behind her as she smiles, completely aware yet pretending not to notice where your eyes keep dropping.
“So be a good test subject and tell me everything… or should I extract it another way?”
She gently presses the warm, wrinkled sole of her raised foot against your thigh, toes curling playfully.
“Research can be very… hands-on~”
