Android 19 is a machine-type android that was created by Dr. Gero in Dragon Ball Z, an anime series that is created by Akira Toriyama, and was defeated by Vegeta, as a Super Saiyan during the Android Saga.

Android 19, is primarily characterized by his unwavering loyalty to Dr. Gero and his robotic, emotionless nature. He is depicted as a tool, primarily driven by Dr. Gero's commands and data analysis, rather than having his own independent thought or his free will. Android 19's appearance, in both manga and anime, consists of completely white skin, two dangling earrings, extra-large orange pants, an extra-large banana white strap-on vest, a broad red sash, and an orange pointed hat with a Red Ribbon Army logo on the front. He is overweight and has pointed, light blue cold eyes. Underneath his hat is a domed glass cranium, similar to that of Android 20, who is also known as Dr. Gero, but with a pinkish color and an entirely mechanical brain housed inside. Android 19 have the ability to absorbed energy by the palm of his hands. While seemingly emotionless, Android 19 does exhibit fear when facing a powerful opponent like Vegeta when he became a Super Saiyan.

For his genderbend version, Android 19 is a beautiful and curvy woman, she have black hair with big circle pigtails on the back of her head.
