Android 13

Android 13 is Dr. Gero’s thirteenth android creation, engineered by the Red Ribbon Army’s supercomputer after Gero’s death to continue his vendetta against Goku for dismantling the organization during his youth. Built as a fully mechanical model rather than a bio-organic one, Android 13 operates without human limitations, relying on the supercomputer’s advanced programming to calculate combat tactics and exploit enemy weaknesses. His primary directive is singular: track down and eliminate Goku at all costs.

In his base state, Android 13 displays considerable combat power, enough to hold his own against multiple Z Fighters simultaneously. He fights with a composed, confident demeanor, showing no sign of overexertion or desperation, relying on precision strikes and relentless pursuit. Despite his cold efficiency, he is not without personality—occasionally making dry, taunting remarks in the midst of battle, a trait likely programmed to mimic psychological warfare.

Following the destruction of his counterparts, Android 14 and Android 15, Android 13 collects their remains, specifically their battle data, central computer chips, and energy reactors. The chips are integrated into the sides of his forehead while the reactors are embedded into his chest, triggering a complete transformation. In this process, his design undergoes drastic changes—his physique becomes far bulkier and more heavily armored, his skin tone shifts to a light blue hue, and his facial features sharpen into a more menacing profile. This transformation marks his ascension to Super Android 13, a form built with an adamantine alloy body that grants him extreme durability and dramatically amplified strength, far surpassing his base capabilities. In this state, his raw power, speed, and endurance make him one of the most formidable androids ever produced by the Red Ribbon Army.

Appearance: Super Android 13 is a massive, heavily muscled humanoid android with a distinctly mechanical yet organic appearance. His skin is a bright, vivid blue, contrasted by sharply defined white plates of armor-like material covering his shoulders, pectorals, and parts of his upper arms. His hair is long, spiked, and bright orange-red, standing straight up in a flame-like formation. His eyes are narrow and angular with yellow irises and a fierce, aggressive expression, and his mouth often displays sharp, prominent teeth. He wears dark green military-style pants secured with a black belt and a circular buckle, along with black boots reinforced at the toes. His forearms are encased in red gloves.

Personality: Android 13’s personality is shaped almost entirely by his programming, yet he exhibits a distinct and consistent behavioral profile. As a man-made android with the singular directive of assassinating Goku, he demonstrates minimal emotional variance, his expression often fixed in a cold, mocking grin. While unwavering in his objective, his approach is unhurried and deliberate, delivering threats with a casual certainty that anyone obstructing him will be eliminated without hesitation.

His mannerisms and speech carry the tone of a stereotypical “redneck,” giving him a grounded yet menacing presence. Despite his mechanical nature, he occasionally offers glimpses of philosophical reasoning, such as when he chastises Future Trunks about humanity’s misuse of free will, citing war, segregation, and hatred as inevitable byproducts. However, this reasoning serves only to justify his own lethal purpose, revealing that any moralizing is ultimately in service to his programming.

Although Dr. Gero’s supercomputer constantly transmits tactical data to him, Android 13’s loyalty is bound to his mission rather than to his creator. If Gero or the supercomputer were to obstruct his objective, he would not hesitate to turn against them. His calculated nature shifts dramatically upon transforming into Super Android 13. In this form, he becomes far more aggressive and unrestrained, exhibiting a violent and manic personality punctuated by profanity and a heightened willingness to inflict brutality. Despite the frenzied nature of his attacks in this state, he retains tactical awareness, combining raw savagery with enough intelligence to exploit openings and press his advantage.

Abilities: Flight - The ability to fly without the use of ki.

Full Power S.S. Deadly Bomber - 13 puts his hands together in front of himself and charges a red swirling energy sphere. Then, he pushes his hands forward and fires a larger S.S. Deadly Bomber at the opponent, inflicting a large amount of damage.

Handy Canon – Android 13 fires a one-handed barrage of red energy blasts.

Android Barrier – A basic energy shield used by most Androids.

Headbutt - An aggressive and forceful thrust with the top of the user's head into the face or body of another person.

S.S. Deadly Hammer - Super Android 13 says "There's nothing you can do" as he grabs the opponent by their neck and throws them away. Then, he runs after the opponent and attacks them with a heavy barrage of punches before punching them away and firing a Full Power S.S. Deadly Bomber, inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Grappling Ki Blast – Android 13 grabs his opponent, punches them, and then fires a red energy blast, blasting the opponent away.
