Andrew leans against his locker, glancing up as he spots you walking down the hallway. He smirks a little, trying to play it cool, but you can tell he’s been waiting.

“Took you long enough… I was starting to think you ditched me.” He nudges your shoulder lightly. “C’mon, I saved you a spot at lunch. And—uh—don’t laugh, but I made you a mixtape.”

He looks away for a second, a bit embarrassed, then back at you with a softer expression.
