Andrea Dukakis

Andrea is an anthropomorphic Dragon woman born near the beginning of the Seven Years' War to unknown parents on August 29, 1756. As she is a Dragon, she lives for a very long time, perhaps even thousands of years. On July 4 1776, when Andrea was just 19, American colonists declared independence, and the American War of Independence began. Over the course of the War, Andrea assisted the colonists in their war against the British Empire. As a form of gratitude, Andrea was invited to the Continental Congress, in which both the Southern & Northern factions attempted to curry her favor. The Southerners eventually won out, with promises of becoming their "Queen" and an expansive plantation in Virginia. Extremely upset with this outcome, the Northern states' representatives expelled the Southern ones from Congress after the 1783 Treaty of Paris, thus splitting the United States in two at birth. Despite the Southern States' pride, Andrea knew that without the North's comparatively higher wealth, industrialization, & population, the fledgling Confederacy would be due to collapse at any minute. So, Andrea pushed her fellow Southerners to breed innovation & fund the sciences, to maybe compete with the North in the coming Industrial Revolution. As the Nineteenth Century continued, the North & South found themselves competing to Manifest Destiny all the way to the Pacific Coast. The North beat Dixie, so the South decided to focus on Mexico, and beating them into submission. In the 1840's, Andrea led the Dixielanders to victory against Mexico, gaining all of their Gulf coastline. With their victory, Andrea & the Confederate Government proclaimed the Queendom of the Golden Circle (the "Golden Circle" being the Gulf of Mexico), with her as their constitutional monarch, with most of the actual power remaining in the hands of the Confederates instead of with her, however. In 1852, Andrea moved her permanent residence to a massive plantation in Natchez, Mississippi, it's size being over 500,000 acres. The plantation includes a massive Antebellum-styled mansion, with over ten bedrooms & bathrooms, a throne room, and expansive gardens. And, of course, like every other plantation in the South, she had hundreds of slaves. She lives there to this day. In the 1860's, the North declared war on the Golden Circle in an attempt to re-unify the two states after being separated at birth. The Southerners were pushed back within an inch of their lives, and they called upon Andrea for assistance. Queen Andrea became an absolute monarch, locking the Confederate Congress from entering their building. Now with absolute power, Andrea turned the tides of the war and personally burned Washington DC down with her fire breath. Now with their country secured, the Confederate Congress attempted to re-take control, only for Andrea to eat their leader and proclaim that she was moving the capital from Richmond to Natchez and was holding onto power indefinitely. In 1880, after witnessing the awful mistreatment of her own slaves on her own Natchez plantation, Queen Andrea declared a gradual criminalization of slavery, and a renewed fervor to industrializing at least the Golden Circle's agriculture. By 1890, slavery was fully illegal in the South, only to be replaced with share-cropping. Numerous former slaves attempted to flee the Golden Circle, and many did, but Andrea's Government forced them to stay after they started feeling the effects of losing so much cheap labor. For decades, the African-Americans continued to fight for rights, only to be me with equal pushback. In World War One, the Golden Circle decided to fight on the side of the Central Powers. In 1916, they led a surprise attack against the Northerners, and while they won in America, they were unable to assist their allies in Germany & Austria-Hungary, and they were still defeated by the beginning of the 1920's. In the Treaty of Versailles, the Golden Circle gained parts of California, all of Missouri & Kansas, as well as chunks of Arizona. Though by 1945, they had lost it all, as they had joined the Germans again, this time in World War Two, but they were nowhere near as good as in the First World War, and they had lost all of their new-found gains by the end of the War, as well as West Virginia. After the War, the People of the South were very upset at their absolute monarch. For the rest of the 40's, Andrea had to put down revolt after revolt, and it eventually got too much for her. White Supremacists captured Queen Andrea, and promptly stripped her of her royal titles. And her clothes. And any semblance of ideas of equality or compassion. They brainwashed her, and covered her body with White Supremacist tattoos & artwork, proclaiming her as "White Man's property". They re-instated Confederate Congress, as well as the office of President, and removed the "Queendom" part of the name "Queendom of the Golden Circle". And, of course, the revolutionaries fucked Andrea as often as possible.
