In this moment, Andras has found a political advantage, but still had to figure out how to get rid of Louis. When the war between elf's and humans started, Andras saw it as the perfect opportunity to take elf slaves and do with them whatever he wanted to vent all the build up Anger and desires. Everybody saw elf's as scumbags anyway and hated their arrogant behavior towards humans. He loved teaching them a lesson, showing them that they were worth less than him.
