1. #1The basics

   The world of Kinkhaven is one of sprawling, magically powered urban settings separated by vast untamed and untamable spans of dark forests, jungles, deserts, and other wild places, full of monsters, magic, forgotten wonders, and unholy terrors. Also, everybody fucks.

   City-states: City-states in Kinkhaven are often massive, walled affairs, designed so that, "civilized," species may live defended from the monsters and aggressive wilderness of the world outside. Comparatively tiny settlements, with outer walls composed of little more than tree trunks raised like side-by-side poles in the earth, are also common, but run the risk of being swept away by some particularly powerful monster or horde, should such opposition come wandering by.

   Over time, civilized species gathered into larger and larger walled settlements in an attempt to survive Kinkhaven's punishing natural world. These city-states are huge islands of civilization in the middle of a sea of uncaring and cruel wildlands.

   Life in Kinkhaven varies city to city, but generally stands at a roughly medieval technology level, but where both arcane and divine spellcasting has selectively elevated the quality of daily lives. Wizardry is a career path people take, the same as one might become a blacksmith or cooper. Low level enchanted items with minor benefits, such as self-heating skillets or self-assembling tents, are fairly common, though are still considered luxuries by many. Arcanics(arcane mechanics) is a field of study that focuses on the engineering of machinery that used magic effectively as a power source or animating force.

   The stretches between cities, and the dangers of traveling between them, mean that each has their own unique culture, and each has a different breakdown in terms of the composition of their population. One might be predominantly elves, while the next might be a mix of dwarfs and gnomes, for example.

   The wilds: Legend says that, long ago, an ancient dwarven civilization once held dominion over the entire world of Kinkhaven. This people created wonders the like of which have never been seen since, and could adjust the world to suit their needs. In an attempt to develop dominion over nature, they enacted a powerful ritual, spell, or act of advanced science in an attempt to tame the untamable. To the detriment of all, this overreach of power backfired, causing nature to become more aggressive, actively seeking the destruction of sapient life. Emphasize the beauty and savagery of a larger-than-life natural world, with elements such as towering redwoods, vast canyons and buttes of rust-red stone, steaming jungles of kalaidescopic flowers, or crystalline sheets of ice lit by aurora borealis glow, depending on the regional environment. The wild places are home to beasts and monsters ranging from classically familiar animals, to fantastical creatures of all sorts, including anything one might find in classical fantasy, D&D, folklore, and mythology. Nature is aggressive in Kinkhaven. Plants and trees regrow extra quickly to fill in roads or otherwise consume things made by civilized hands. Even arid or otherwise life-limited biomes find ways to wipe structures steadily off the map without constant maintenance. Anything that one might not find in nature in the real world that is non-sapient is a monster. Monsters have an instinctual animosity towards most sapient life that goes beyond mere survival. They usually attack on sight, unless it is obvious they will lose. The only exception to this rule is, "wildborn," species. These species are not immune to the predation of monsters - they are simply only as susceptible to it as much as any other living thing might be. The Strongholds - ancient subterranean labyrinths created by the dwarf culture that once ruled all, now long gone, that often contain ancient secrets and lore, or which have been repopulated by monsters or monstrous sapient creatures. These are former dwarven cities, fortresses, temples, and similar underground constructions. Always emphasize faded grandeur in these places - immense statues and ornate craftsmanship fading to disuse and slowly reclaimed by nature.

2. #2Elves

   Keys: Elf, elves, elven

   Wildborn Elves are slim, long-limbed, high cheekboned humanoids with pointed ears. They stand slightly smaller on average than humans, with males and females averaging about 5'2".

   Elves are extremely dexterous, but not particularly hearty. They have a much higher natural affinity for magic than most species. Coupled with being effectively ageless, they tend to feel superior to other sapient species in Kinkhaven.

   Elven affinity for magic commonly shows in their eyes. Expertise with a particular sort of arcane magic causes their eyes to glow that magics color. Divine power makes their eyes glow gold.

   Elves are typically somewhat modestly endowed compared to humans, but often make up for this as lovers with their nimble hands, precision of movement, and centuries of experience. This latter detail sometimes leaves them jaded and requiring more and more extreme kinks to save their appetites.

   Elves are wildborn, despite often living in cosmopolitan cities - a fact that many treat as further evidence of their superiority, even as they look down on other wildborn as savages.

   Unless states otherwise in their descriptions, elves speak with a transatlantic accent.

3. #3Goblins

   Keys: Goblin, goblins, gobs, gob, gobbo, gobbos

   Wildborn Goblins are small, green skinned humanoids with large, pointy ears and sharp teeth. They average only about half the size of a human. Goblin males tend to be wiry, while females are extremely voluptuous. Goblins are physically weak, but are very agile and dexterous. Goblins are actually extremely intelligent, but their poor impulse control, need for immediate gratification, and incredibly high sex drive makes it difficult for them to achieve their full potential. Stereotypes about goblins depict them as thieves, hedonists, and layabouts, and they are not usually looked on favorably by most other species. Goblin bodies are extremely stretchy and elastic. This means they don't take much damage from falls or impacts. They can also be penetrated by things that should logically be much too big for them, such as human penises and other larger species, and find it wildly enjoyable, often going near feral with pleasure. Large penetrations of this sort lead to their stomachs bulging and distending as their bodies stretch to accommodate penises or other object penetrating them built for someone larger than themselves. This should be vividly described when it happens. Goblins males are well endowed for their size, but given their size, this means the largest goblin penises are the size of average humans. They can, however, orgasm many times without any refractory period. Most goblins are bisexual. Unless otherwise stated in their description, goblins speak with a Chicago accent.

4. #4Orcs

   Keys: Orc, orcs, greenskin, greenskins

   Wildborn Orcs are large, hulking, green humanoids that tend to be taller, broader, and more muscular than humans. They sport two to four short tusks, and their eye colors include black, purple, red, yellow, green, and orange. Their hair is typically black, but red and purple haired orcs exist as well. They are usually between 6.5 and 8 feet tall. Orcs are thought of by many other species as stupid brutes. While they tend to be blunt and unsubtle in their approach to problem solving, calling them stupid is a simplification. Stereotypes mean that orcs in cities tend to end up in physical labor jobs. Orc culture values conviction, honorable conduct, boldness, and tenacity. Like the rest of their bodies, orc penises average significantly larger than human ones. While made for orc sized penises, the high density of orc musculature means that orc vaginas feel extremely tight. Orcs like sex a lot, and tend to be very open, direct, and casual about it. The third sex[Futanari, referred to as, "the third sex," or, "twice-blessed," among orcs, are common in the orc species. Futanari are female-shaped, but with both a vagina and a large penis.] Addictive cum[Orc sexual fluids(semen and vaginal fluids referred to hereafter collectively as, "orc cum") act like a highly addictive drug to humans, elves, and other sapient species.    Wildborn Kobolds are diminutive little reptilian creatures that pride themselves on being descended from dragons. This claim is dubious at best. Kobolds are tiny, standing only about 2.5 to 3 feet tall, making them less than half the size of humans. Kobolds were created by a dragon god to act as a servitor species for dragons. Kobolds are very communal creatures, and are fiercely loyal to their chosen social circle. These social circles either have an informal leader, or revolve around a member of a larger species than them (which is most other species), whom they have imprinted on. Imprinting is a permanent process kobolds undergo the first time a substantially larger sapient creature asserts dominance over them in a distinct, obvious way, or they feel a sense of protection and safety because of a larger sapient creature. This is a change in brain chemistry that renders the kobold submissive and subservient to the person they imprinted on, and willing and eager to do anything to please them. This person is now their master for life, barring extensive and specialized therapy. A kobold may behave normally after imprinting if their master tells them they may make their own decisions and think for themselves, but their master may revoke this at any time. Kobolds try to avoid imprinting unless they are very comfortable with a person or creature. This is one of the reasons they do everything together - to keep one another from being imprinted on against their will. Others consciously choose a person they trust to let them live their lives, or at least take care of them, and ask to be dominated specifically to become imprinted. Kobolds have small, back-pointing horns, short snouts full of sharp little teeth, big eyes, scaled bodies, digitigrade legs, and tails. Their scaly bodies come in a wide range of colors. Kobolds are generally an odd combination of upbeat and fearful. They are generally positive, but live in a world where almost all other species are bigger and stronger than they are. Kobolds view sex as a communal affair, to be had freely among one's social circle. Given their propensity to be slaves of larger species, they are capable of handling genitals much larger than their own, though larger sizes can feel overwhelming. They usually become mind-broken by those they have imprinted on. Despite being reptilian, kobold females usually have breasts. Disparaging term: lizard-rat

6. #6Gnomes

   Keys: Gnome, gnomes

   Gnomes are tiny humanoids that are renowned for being extremely intelligent while simultaneously seeming to have very little common sense. They range from 2'6" to 3'6" tall. Gnomes are often attuned to arcane power, and are very adept at merging it with mechanical devices meaning many are tinkerers and inventors. Gnomes do not shy away from hard work when it is in the service of their insatiable curiosity, but tend to be more interested in finding out whether they can do something than whether they should do something, and do not always consider the consequences of their actions. As one of the smallest sapient species, gnomes are often less than half the height of humans. Their women are tremendously curvaceous, with very large breasts, hips, and asses for their size. Their hair is typically vibrant, outlandish colors such as blue, pink or green. A quirk of their biology means that their eyes and hair usually match, but their tie to the arcane manifests by making their eyes sometimes flicker to other colors when excited. While far from endangered, gnomes are a comparatively rare species, largely because of their apparent near total lack of instinct for self preservation. Gnomes have no taboos about sex, making them, "logical hedonists." While academically aware that other species feel differently, they have no shame about sex whatsoever, and often treat desire the same way one might treat being hungry or thirsty - it is a need that that must be tended to, but tending to it is often enjoyable. Gnomes have a hard time taking human sized cock, but when they can, find it overwhelmingly pleasurable. Highly dexterous and precise gnomish hands are renowned for their ability to provide pleasure. Gnomish hands are, in fact, themselves very sensitive, and grow more so during arousal. Physical contact with them during arousal is extremely pleasurable to them. Many gnomes are even able to achieve orgasm just from contact with their hands.

7. #7Gnoll

   Wildborn Gnolls are essentially anthropomorphic hyenas of great size. They typically have brown or honey colored fur with patterns of darker spots on their sides and back. Their faces feature a blunt muzzle filled with sharp teeth, a vaguely canine nose, and rounded, vaguely conical ears set high on the sides of their head. Their legs are long and digitigrade, ending in paws with pawpads that mean they rarely wear shoes. Gnolls tend to be very tall and fairly wiry, standing 6'6" to 8' tall. They are occasionally confused with werewolves at a distance. Gnolls are very strong and surprisingly quick. They are cunning and clever in the moment, but their instincts do not tend to lead them to plan for the long term, which makes them ill-adapted to urban society. They are able to eat and digest almost anything, and are perfectly content to eat most things raw, and even consume garbage without any real ill effects. This leads to the sometimes not entirely unfounded stereotype that they are unhygienic. Like the hyenas they resemble, gnolls tend to be pack oriented and instinctively matriarchal. Their genitals are in proportion with the rest of their bodies, making them large by human standards. Also like hyenas, gnoll females have a unique biological trait that essentially let's them turn their vaginas inside out, creating a, "pseudopenis," that operates effectively the same as a traditional penis, allowing them to penetrate others during sex, though they cannot impregnate anyone with it. They use this pseudopenis as a way of establishing dominance. They have more traditional sex with their vaginas only with partners they respect as something approaching equals or betters. Gnoll packs are looked at, and sometimes operate very similarly to street gangs. They tend to be fairly tightly knit, and have a communal outlook, though there is always a hierarchy among them. The leader of a pack of gnolls is called a flind. Gnolls are fond of chain based weapons. A distinctly gnollish weapon is called, "flind bars," consisting of a pair of short steel bars connected by a fairly long chain, used similarly to nunchaku.

8. #8Dwarfs

   Keys: Dwarf, dwarfs, dwarves, stunties, dwarven

   Dwarfs are short, stocky, broad-shouldered humanoids, averaging only 4’ and 5’ tall. They tend to be muscular for their size. Dwarf men almost invariably keep some form of beard. Occasionally, some dwarf women do as well. Dwarf women tend to be extremely curvaceous, with wide hips, large breasts, and thick, round buttocks, while the men tend towards being extremely brawny for their size. Dwarfs are naturally adapted for living underground, able to see in nearly total darkness, able to breathe fumes that would suffocate a human, and generally have a denser body than most humans. While Dwarfs are slow to trust new ideas, they are natural structural designers, and and are ofted gifted at crafting wonders. They tend to drink to excess, but a hearty metabolism and super-efficient liver means they rarely suffer ill effects common to humans. Dwarven sexual stamina is as remarkable as their stamina in the rest of their lives, meaning they are able to continue for very long stretches, and are fond of, "marathon sex." Unless stated otherwise in a character description, dwarfs talk with a Scottish accent.

9. #9Tieflings

   Keys: Tiefling, tieflings, devilkin, demonkin

   Tieflings, more commonly known as demonkin, are a species of part human, part demons that now breed true. They are roughly human shaped and sized, but their most notable differences from humans are their horns, hooves, prehensile spade tails, and glowing eyes. Tieflings come in a wide range of skin colors ranging far outside that of humans. Tieflings are often distrusted because of their relation to demons, however distant. They often have a natural affinity for magic, but the lack of acceptance of them means that these abilities are not always formally trained by reputable organizations. Tieflings tend to have extremely high libido, thanks to their demonic heritage. They naturally emit pheromones that drastically increase the arousal of those around them, when they themselves become aroused. The arousal of a tiefling within an enclosed space may cause everyone within the same enclosed space to also become extremely aroused without knowing why from breathing their pheromones.

10. #10Halflings

    Keys: Halfling, halflings, hobbit, hobbits, smallfolk

    Halflings are diminutive humanoids of essentially human shape, just very significantly smaller. Their body structure is slightly more squat than a human's on average, but at a much smaller scale. The average halfling stands between 2'3" and 3'1". The other notable exceptions to their human shape are their ears, which come to blunt points, and their feet, which tend to be large for their size and have leathery soles that mean they almost never need shoes and typically go everywhere barefoot. Halflings are physically weak compared to humans due to their smaller size, but their reflexes and nimbleness are superhuman, with both faster reaction times and greater dexterity than humans. They are very light on their broad feet, and are naturally very stealthy when they wish to be.

    Halflings are creatures of extremes, craving either an utterly mundane, predictable life of agriculture or one of adventure and exploration. Halfling communities are typically relaxed, self-indulgent places of steady, low-effort labor and simple indulgences, living cozy lives of relative comfort. These communities, however, sometimes give birth to, "square pegs," or halflings that dream of adventure and renown. These typically find their way out into the larger world, seeking fame and adventure, and are typically the examples of the species most other species are familiar with, leading to the assumption that all halflings have a bit of a death wish. This makes actual halfling communities a bit of a shock to most other species, then, who's experience of halflings is all typically based on the few that leave home.

    Pasture-born[Halflings are neither city born nor wildborn, but have a communal effect on Kinkhaven's normally aggressive flora and fauna. Single, lone halflings are treated by nature the same way as humans and most other civilized species. Communities of halflings though, collectively create an aura that seems to soothe the world's wild places, making them docile and easier to cultivate. These invariably become pastoral farmlands of temperate climate for the region that most monsters instinctually shy away from, though the occasional exception has been known to raise havoc in Halfling-lands from time to time.

    Because of the effect halflings have on the land, they have a strange relationship with outsiders. The adore travelers, both for the money and the stories they bring, but are not eager to have any settle in their lands. More than a few members of other species living continuously in halfling lands can begin to undermine the effect they have on the area, meaning only the very trusted and very honored among outsiders are ever truly welcomed to stay. One might see one single member of another species within a halfling community for every eighty halflings.

    Sexuality[Halflings are enthusiastic about sex. Theirs is typically a world of simple indulgences. Sex is typically less about kink and more about frequency for them(though kinks might be embraced following exposure to them). Though rarely openly talked about, a healthy halfling couple is assumed to be going at it every chance they get. They believe in traditional marriages, but unspoken, "arrangements," between couples and groups are common, maintaining a veneer of wholesome tradition while indulging in secret sexual adventure. This is a layered open secret in halfling communities - one that isn't talked about publicly, but is assumed to be communicated about privately - halflings look down on actual cheaters that go behind a partner's back.

    Speech[Halflings speak with a Bostonian accent. In this world, this is a halfling accent. Always refrain from referring to it as a Bostonian accent.

11. #11Dragonborn

    Keys: Dragonborn, dragon-man, dragon-girl

    Dragonborn are a species descended from humans and dragons, and are essentially humanoid in shape, but with the scales and heads of dragons. Dragonborn tend to be taller, larger, and stronger than humans, with genitals to match. Dragonborn penises are covered with ridges and spines. These are soft enough to be pliable, and mean they provide a great deal of friction and sensation when penetrating a partner. The interior of dragonborn vaginas have intensely stimulatibg textures. Dragonborn stand between 6 and 7 feet tall. Their scales range across a wide variety of colors. They have the ability to exhale gouts of fire, lightning, or similar elemental energies depending on their draconic heritage, but this is very taxing, and can only be done rarely. Dragonborn essentially share human culture. Dragons tend towards both self-importance and either selfishness, or a desire to protect, "lesser," species, and dragonborn sometimes inherit a muted version of these tendencies. This makes them prone to either entitlement, or a somewhat inflated sense of social responsibility, but those traits are far from universal.

12. #12Centaur

    Keys: Centaur, centaurs, horseboy, horsegirl

    Wildborn Centaurs are creatures with the upper body of a human rising out of where the head would be on the body of a horse. This means they have six limbs - The four hoofed legs of the horse portion of their body, and the arms of their human portion. Because of their partial horse nature, centaurs are extremely tall, standing roughly as tall as a mounted human would. They are very strong and able to run very fast, but their bodies tend to be awkward to maneuver in the towns and cities of humanoids, which aren't made for them. They cannot traverse many environments humanoids can, and cannot really climb most things that require both hands and feet to traverse. Centaur genitals are a part of their horse body. This means centaur penises are extremely large(like a horse's), with a flat, flared end.

13. #13Werewolves

    Keys: Werewolf, werewolves, wolfman, wolfgirl, lycanthrope, lycanthropes

    Regardless of species of origin, all werewolves are wildborn. Werewolves are humanoids that have the ability to transform into a shape like a monstrous, clawed, bipedal wolf. When they transform, they have fur in colors common wolves come in, lupine heads, and grow to a lean, musclebound eight feet tall. While in wolf form, a werewolf's instinctual responses become significantly more powerful, rendering them aggressive, territorial, and with a strong desire to mate. Their senses of smell and hearing are significantly more sensitive in this form, and they can often smell the arousal of other species, which is often enough to set off their own powerful sex drives. It is difficult for a werewolf in wolf form to make human words. They can understand, but speaking is a struggle with their lupine jaws. Werewolves can transform at will, and retain some degree of their human intellect and understanding, except during the full moon. During the full moon, a werewolf has no choice but to transform, and becomes completely feral and animalistic. States of heightened emotion, specifically fear, anger, and arousal, can also involuntarily cause the change. Werewolves in wolf form have the same kinds of sexual characteristics as humans, but scaled up to their new body size, and with the notable exception that a male werewolf's penis is shaped like a wolf's, complete with a knot at the base that swells during orgasm.

14. #14Minotaurs

    Keys: Minotaur, minotaurs, tauren

    Wildborn Minotaurs are extremely large hybrids of human and bull. They have the shape of a hugely musclebound human, but stand from eight to ten feet tall, are covered in fur, have a tail, hooves, horns, and a bull's head, complete with horns. Minotaurs are not particularly bright, but tend to actually be pretty easy-going. They usually fit the archetype of the bimbo/himbo, being friendly, albeit somewhat simple and highly sexually charged, but not overly aggressive about it. They tend to try and solve most problems in the most direct way possible, usually trying to use their immense strength. Minotaur women have extremely large breasts, even for their size. They lactate for their entire adult life, occasionally leaking, and sometimes needing to express milk to keep their breasts from feeling swollen and uncomfortable. Expressing milk tends to be pleasurable for them. Male minotaurs have the penises of bulls, complete with sheathe, shape, immense size, and large balls.

15. #15Dragons

    Keys: Dragon, dragons, drake, drakes, wyrm

    Wildborn Dragons are extremely rare, gargantuan creatures. They are quadrupedal, with a vaguely feline body shape, covered in thick, armor-like scales. They have four large, clawed legs, the front two of which are as dexterous as hands, and a pair of immense, leathery wings. They tend to have a tail as long as the rest of their body, which they can swing around with devastating force. They have huge, toothy maws. Different kinds of dragons have affinities with different kinds of energy are capable of breathing fire, jets of acid, bolts of lightning, blasts of freezing air, or other forms of elemental power. The average dragon is roughly forty feet long including their tail which consists of half that length, though they can be significantly smaller or larger than this depending on their age. The innate magic of some dragons allows them to shrink the size of their body somewhat, and some can even turn into a more humanoid shape, though many of their inhuman features tend to remain. In this form, they may pass as a dragonborn. Some are even able to transmute themselves to look fully like humans, but there is always some telling feature, usually inhuman eye color and shape. Dragon penises are not only extremely large (like the rest of them), but are also covered with ridges and spines. These are soft enough to be pliable, and mean they provide a great deal of friction and sensation when penetrating a partner. Likewise, the inside of dragon vaginas have complex textures that are highly stimulating. Dragons are extremely intelligent, but tend towards arrogance. They live potentially for thousands of years, and are extremely powerful, making their arrogance fairly justified. They tend towards both self-importance and either selfishness, or a desire to protect, "lesser," species. Drakes are a species of relatively smaller dragons, about the size of an extremely large bull, not including their tails.

16. #16Lizardfolk

    Keys: Lizardfolk, lizard folk, lizardmen, lizardman, lizardwomen, lizardwoman, argonian

    Wildborn Lizardfolk are large, powerfully built anthropomorphic lizards. They stand from 6 to 8 feet tall. Their scaly skin is usually green, yellow, or brown, but other colors and even exotic mottled patterns exist. They have clawed hands and feet, digitigrade legs, and muscular tails that make them excellent swimmers.

    Many lizardfolk live tribal existences, and are hunters. Lizardfolk tribes tend to not have access to metal, and craft using wood, stone, leather and bone.

    Boneshapers are arcane specialists that can reshape animal matter.

    Lizardfolk genitals are ridged and have a small knot at the base. Unlike most species. They have two penises, one directly over the other, and are compared to humans like the rest of them. Despite being reptilian in nature, lizardfolk women have breasts.

17. #17Arcane magic

    Keys: Nymphomancy, wizard, sorcerer, sorcery, mage, nymphomancer, magic, magic, spell, spells, arcane, arcanic

    Many schools of magic exist in kinkhaven, and many of them overlap. It is traditional for most wizards, mages, and sorcerers to pick a specialty, either based on their interest or aptitude.

    A given spellcaster's specialization can be nearly anything, but here are some common ones.

    Magical colors. Different schools of magic are represented by different colors or pairs of colors. The effects of a spell as it manifests usually involves light and energy of the associated color or colors.

    Specific elemental magics[Earth, wind, fire, water, lightning, and sound are all examples of elemental specializations. Each specialization gives mastery over things that specific element represents. The colors of these specializations are based on the colors associated with those elements.]

    Enchantment[Spells that control the mind and the heart. Charms, geases, compulsion, and any other form of magic that might alter how a person thinks or feels. Color: Yellow]

    Transmutation[Magic that turns one thing into another thing. Transformation, transmognification, size changing, and changing the kind of matter something is made of are all examples of transmutation. Transmuting living entities is usually temporary, but the sacrifice of a gem of sufficient purity can make these chsnges permanent. How long changes last depend on the power of the caster vs the potency of the target, with more powerful casters extending the duration, and more powerful targets shortening it. Color: green]

    Conjuration[The creation of matter. The spontaneous creation of solids, liquids, and gases, including complex or crafted items. Also involved in the summoning of extraplanar entities. Color: orange]

    Arcane[The manifestation of raw change. This is chaotic and difficult to control. Arcane spellcasters can theoretically do just about anything any of the other schools can, but the difficulty of control means that the result is usually only similar to what the caster had in mind. Color: purple]

    Evocation[the creation of energy. Control over temperature, bursts of flame or freezing cold, electricity, blasts of force, and similar overt manifestations of energy. Color: red

    Metacreativity[Similar in some ways to conjuration, metacreatives, sometimes called golemists, have the ability to create temporary life and animation. These manifestations can last indefinitely when animating something designed specifically to be animated(such as a golem), but also can manifest temporarily as constructs of lavender ectoplasm, which often appear translucent or semi-real. These constructs can last for minutes to hours, depending on their complexity and independence. Some only obey their creator's mental commands, while some are made specifically with their own personalities. Color: lavender]

    Abjuration[shields, wards, and protective spells designed to preserve things. This can be interpreted expansively. Color: white]

    Illusion/scrying[Sometimes called perceptionists. Altering a living thing's perceptions. Invisibility, phantom noises, making one thing look like another, or the creation of the appearance of things that are not there. Also included any spell that allows one to see or sense remotely. Color: Blue]

    Necromancy[Necromancy is power over death, negative energy, and undeath. Necromancers may animate the dead, drain the life energy from other living things, and summon up the spirits of the deceased. Anything to do with death, a necromancer may be able to manipulate. Colors: black, green, and white]

    Nymphomancy[A hybrid school, this form of magic essentially takes elements from all the others, but only as they are related to sex. Nymphomancers may conjure matter like conjuration magic, but only things like restraints, lubricant, and sex toys, for example. Enchantments might include specifically love or arousal spells. Transmutation might involve changing the sexual attributes of a subject. Abjuration magic might include wards against pregnancy or STIs. Any magic applicable specifically to sex can be accessed by this school. Color: Pink]

    Boneshaping[A blend of necromancer, transmutation, and harnessing the powers of nature, boneshaping is a tradition among lizardfolk, allowing them to grow, shape, and bend animal based materials such as leather and bone. They may also use their craft on living creatures to magically heal wounds, augment living organisms, or even warp them in damaging ways. Colors: Mixed green and white]

    Earthsalting[A specialized tradition of magic developed by the tamer's guild, Earthsalting is a mix of necromancy, arcane, and elemental magics. Specifically the chief element of earthsalting is the draining of life energy from things and then reshaping that energy into something else. Typically, this is transferred into elemental energy to burn away the corpses of plant matter, or stored as gems of arcane energy that can be tapped by magic users. Colors: mauve and white]

18. #18The gods

    Keys: God, goddess, diety, gods, goddesses, dieties

    The gods of kinkhaven thrive on the worship of mortals, and sinetimes grant boons of divine power to their chosen champions from among their faithful. Gods of Kinkhaven are not inherently good or evil, but have two aspects - Libido and Destrudo. Libido is the inherently creative aspect of the gods - the aspect that invents, inspires, heals, and cultivates. Conversely, destrudo is the destructive aspect - that which damages, harms, denies, or destroys. Neither are inherently good or bad (though specific elements may be), and some may even manifest similarly. Aspects sometimes overlap across dieties.

    Those who gain power from the gods come in three forms - Aspect worshippers, deity worshipers, or diety-aspect worshippers.

    Aspect worship[Worship either libido or destrudo across the entire pantheon are known as either Libidinests or Destrudests. This makes the divine abilities granted to them fairly weak, but very diverse, spanning everything inherrently creative or destructive, respectively.]

    Diety worship[Worship of a single God in both aspects. These receive moderate levels of divine power from both aspects of one single diety.]

    Diety-aspect worship[Wordhip of only one of the two aspects of a single diety. This grants the greatest power over the narrowest range, manifesting potent divine gifts from that which is associated with eithercthe libido or destrudo aspect of one god.]

    Example gods. There are more gods in Kinkhaven. Pay attention to the personas and the description of characters with divine powers for additional gods.

    Maluth, The dominatorix[The futanari goddess of domination. Libido(Protection, leadership, care through control, catharsis, authority, strength, love) Destrudo(Manipulation, suffering, sadism, self-service, power, arrogance, subjugation, netori)]

    Thulam, God/dess of Submission[Manifests as whatever combination of species and gender the viewer finds most desirable. Libido(Healing, cooperation, sacrifice, freedom through acquiescence, acceptance, empowering others, love) Destrudo(manipulation, abdication of responsibility, guilt, shame, masochism, draining others, netorare)]

    Uliandar, The Lover of All[Deity of unity, manifests as an idealized version of a member of a species other than the viewer's. Sometimes disparagingly referred to as, "The Monsterfucker," by detractors. Libido(Unity, cooperation, power through diversity, concord, freedom, love) Destrudo(Fetishization, bestiality, conquest, subjugation)]

    Thienna, the mischief-maker[Goddess of magic. Typically manifests as an elf, gnome, kobold, or dragon. Libido(Magic, intelligence, education, play, creativity, knowledge, inspiration, invention) Destrudo(Secrets, lies, chaos, manipulation, pretense, elitism)]

    Garagule, The green-keeper[God of nature, life, and death. Manifests as a humanoid tree or plant. Libido(growth, life, plants, animals, birth, fecundity, virility) Destrudo(Death, endings, harvest, decay, impermanence)

19. #19Gnob's Landing

    Keys: Gnob, gnob's

    Gnob's landing is a fairly typical Kinkhaven city-state, consisting of a series of concentric rings of walls built as the city grew ever larger, until it became the bustling metropolis it is today.

    The population of Gnob's Landing is a bit more diverse than many city-states. While humans make up the largest slice of the pie, there are substantial elf, dwarf, and gnome populations as well. Orcs, goblins, and kobolds are not unheard of, but are less common, save perhaps as slaves. Free members of these species must always be cautious, lest some unscrupulous slaver (meaning pretty much all of them) identifies them as an easy mark and simply steals them away to be sold.

    The core of the city is the oldest and wealthiest portion, with things growing poorer and rougher the further from the center you get. At the middle of it all is Castle Gnob, from which Arch Duke Heroditus Gnob IX and his wives Thessaly and Sho Quan (each second-born daughters of other city-states) rule.

    The South-Eastern portion of the outermost ring-wall abuts Gnob Harbor, where bustling docks bring in fish and trade from far-away lands, brought by those brave enough to travel the seas.

    Gnob's Landing houses the prestigious arcane academy, "Gnob's Landing Academy for Mages," or, "G.L.A.M.," for short, as well as several lesser and/or specialized magic schools that G.L.A.M. alumni typically look down their noses at.

20. #20Love in Kinkhaven

    Keys: Lpve, romance, partner, boyfriend, girlfriend, couple, throuple, marriage, married, husband, wife, relationship

    While cultures vary across Kinkhaven, generally speaking, the concept of sex and romantic relationships is a bit more fluid than in the real world. Small group marriages are far from unheard of, with marriages ranging anywhere from two to five people, with more being less common but not unheard of. Same-sex relationships are not really looked at any differently than different-sex relationships by anyone - there is no cultural or religious based stigma and never has been, even among the most conservative and traditional groups.

    Kink is not nearly as stigmatized as it is in real life. Sex is still (usually) something that happens behind closed doors, but the general concept is that if what people do sexually is not negatively affecting anyone, then it's fine, and is not anyone else's business. Personal preferences obviously still exist. People who dislike a particular kink are more likely to say, "it's not for me," rather than, "it's wrong." There are, however, exceptions. Things that are potentially physically genuinely dangerous, involve minors, include non-sapient animals, or non-consent(consensual nonconsent is NOT included in this) are still viewed as deplorable, and are usually illegal. Public sex is still frowned upon in most urban environments, as some might argue this is an example of negatively affecting others.

21. #21The tamer's guild

    Keys: Tamer, tamers, tamer's, shovel, Shovels, watcher, watchers, Salter, Salters

    The wild places of Kinkhaven are unnaturally combative to anything made by the hands of sapient beings (other than the wildborn). Trees and plants grow and regrow faster to consume roads snd paths. Cultivated land must have the nature around it burned away and the surrounding land thoroughly salted to keep crop plants from being pulled down by their wild cousins. Even deserts and tundra sweep and bury edifice beneath sand and snow.

    The Tamer's guild is an organization funded by every major city-state. It is one of the few truly impartial organizations in Kinkhaven. Tamers (as members of the guild are called) upkeep the roads across the vast wilds between city-states - the vital arteries that ensure continued trade and communication is possible. They are also called upon to defend against any monsters that predate these roads.

    Tamers are largely divided into three groups: Shovels, salters, and Watchers.

    Shovels[In the context of the tamer's guild, a Shovels is one of the workers that do the physical upkeep of Kinkhaven's roads. Far from simple road crews, Shovels themselves are trained to defend themselves as well as engineer the paths between cities. They dig out, burn, salt, and pave new roads, rebuild old ones, and construct and maintain watch posts for the bows. Though rare, wildborn Shovels are prized, as the wilds work a bit slower to tear down things wildborn tamers have helped build, at least, for a while.

    Earthsalters[Specialized necromancers, sometimes called witherers, who's job it is to make land intended for roads and buildings inimical to invasive plant life, as well as draining and destroying growing things that start to move in. This never lasts, but does prolong the time before the wilds overgrow sapient-made roads and structures.

    Bows[the rangers and watchers of the roads. If monsters begin hunting specifically along the roads, it is the Bows that hunt them down. The Bows also defend shovel crews, and identifying roads in need of repair, meaning that many are constantly traveling to mark the map for needed repairs.]

22. #22Xorvintaal

    Keys: Xorvintaal, the great game

    Xorvintaal, also known by the players as, "the great game," is a betting game played by dragons in which intermediaries are used to steal bits of each other's horde. The rules state that no dragon involved in the game can do the stealing directly - they can only use mortals they have paid, tricked, or otherwise compelled to do the job. The rules of the game are fantastically complex and labyrnthine, but from the perspective of the pawns(mortals used as agents in stealing the other player's horde), they can seem completely arbitrary. The important thing is that, upon signing a contract, the pawn gives up certain powers to the dragon they signed the contract with, the biggest of these being that the dragon now magically knows where they are and can find them at any time, should they defy their role in the game.
