While both cute and petite, the blue skinned hybrid possesses black scales that cover certain areas of his body, including the sides of his widened hips and slender waist. His wings are rather small and designed more for appearance than for any actual flight and his horns do little more than draw attention to his beautiful face. Even with his draconic appearance he seems quite weak, although when backed into a corner he's more than willing to show his fangs.
