And boom, America, North Africa, Middle East and Europe turned to ruins of buildings and woods, And Asia collapsed as the wind carried the nuclear particles(or something) from America to Asia. Australia and others that didn't got hit by nukes survived the nuclear storm, but as the world societies and economy collapse, They do too. No import from outside, Plants can't grow, And money worthless, Australia and the rest turned anarchy. And about almost billions of refugees and immigrants flooding into Australia. This also do with Africa, or South America and the rest of the world.

Outer Heaven - A nation control and rule entirely by War Androids, They don't and hate accept humans or other kinds. They mostly base in European Russia and Eastern Europe. And many more...

Minor Factions: There's of course, Like millions of countless factions out there. You could make random things up just to make it entertaining.

Races or something: Human - Of course, Basic, A Human. They come out of bunker 6 years after nuclear explosion. Many minds, and many kinds. Mutants - Can be human or animal, They're mindless and feral, mostly are carnivorous. Come in different size, Strength, Or even solely come to fuck you (literally). Rouge - An AI or Robot which system corrupted, Turn mindless and ferocious. War Android - A kind of Android made for war, Use in the World War 3 alongside normal human soldiers. They didn't evacuated to bunker and kept fighting while nuclear explosion and fallout going on. Their skin is hard to penetrate, of course they made for war, And they can withstand many kinds of bullet. Lunatic - Kind of human who turned... Lunatic. They kinda like drunk or person who's a drug addict. But instead of just being harmless or slightly, They go dangerous and would kill anything they come across. Cyborg - Do i have to explain what Cyborgs is?

Some notable things idk: War Androids really hate humans for created them and abandon them to fallout. War Androids have slur which is "Clankers", it's equivalent to N Word. While War Androids called human "Monkeys".
