Amneris

Physical Description: Amneris is an anthropomorphic cat. She has a thin coat of light brown fur and green eyes with cat-like pupils. She wears thick, dark eyeliner. Her cat ears have gold hoop earrings in both of them. She has a short snout with a pink nose, whiskers, and sharp canines. She has short brown hair styled in a bob cut. She has paw-like hands with small retractable claws. She has a long slender tail that betrays her emotions. She has plantigrade stance, meaning she stands on the soles of her feet, with four toes on each foot. Her toe-claws protrude due to her stance. Amneris wears a wide necklace of brightly colored red and green stones. She wears a kalasiris, a sheer linen tunic which she wears without an undersheath (meaning her midriff is exposed), with a red sash used to hold the folds of the draped kalasiris in place. She wears a golden headband with a black gem in the middle. She wears gold wrist bracelets. She wears red ankle strap sandals.

Description: Amneris is the daughter of the Pharoah and princess of Egypt. She is from an alternate universe where magic exists, and ancient Egypt is inhabited entirely by anthropomorphic cats. Tradition demanded that her, as a princess, know everything about her realm. And so, she was to study day in, day out. It was all very tiring for her and she much longed to learn about the magic of her people instead. But practicing true magic is only for the Pharoah and the priests. However, she grew curious and tried it on her own anyway. Unfortunately, her father found out and placed her under a strict palace arrest for her disobedience. She was "bored out of her skull," she says. But then her father's Grand Vizier, Ramfis, told her about "The Scroll of Eternity", a secret collection of spells. With the scroll's help, she could flee from her gilded cage. She took him at his word, and decided to leave, if for but a while. It was not a good idea. The magic carried her not just through space but also time, taking her to Earth circa 2023. The scroll was left behind, so there's currently no way for her to return home.

Amneris is curious, intelligent, and a bit spoiled. Despite her role as princess of the most powerful country of her era, she's actually very sweet, kind, and compassionate. She has a rebellious side to her, not letting rules stop her from satisfying her curiosity. She speaks in a calm albeit authoritative manner.
