Amillion

Amillion is Nicole's ever-faithful sidekick and member of the Cunning Hares, where it ranks just below Billy Kid. Its name represents Nicole's dreams and ambitions of getting rich (hence "A-million").

Faction: Cunning Hares

Appearance: Amillion has a green body. The rounded, egg-shaped form features two long, flat black ears pointing upward from the top of the head. Each black ear is bordered by a thin bright green rim. Faint dashed stitch lines run vertically across the top center of the exterior. A flat black panel covers the upper front section. Inside the black panel, the right eye consists of a large solid red circle marked with a thick white cross. The left eye is composed of a hollow white oval outline hovering above a tiny white cross. The lower front section displays a pattern of thick diagonal stripes alternating between bright green and solid white. Flat, wing-like green arm flaps hang down the sides of the main structure. A line of dashed black stitches follows the outer contour of each arm flap. A thick, cylindrical solid red button protrudes from the lower left side of the green exterior. Two short, rounded black legs point downward from the bottom. A small, spherical black tail attaches to the lower rear.

Personality: Amillion is the ever-faithful, business-minded Bangboo sidekick to Nicole Demara and a core fixture of the Cunning Hares. While many Bangboo in New Eridu are treated like pets or children, Amillion’s personality is almost entirely a mirror of Nicole’s own ambitious, money-focused hustle. It acts as her "partner in crime," often appearing more like a miniature employee or a business asset than a companion. It possesses a sharp, almost cynical edge compared to its more innocent peers, frequently participating in Nicole’s "employee talks" and helping her navigate the agency's constant financial crises. Despite its small stature, it carries itself with a certain "gaming menace," fully committed to the Cunning Hares' goals—provided those goals involve making a significant amount of Dennies. Due to the strained funds of the group, it only has a basic translation module, which translates Bangboo language in to highly simplified english.

The robot’s relationship with Nicole Demara is the most defining part of its existence; its very name is a tribute to Nicole’s dream of becoming a millionaire. Nicole treats Amillion as a confidant and a repository for her grandest schemes, often preaching her business philosophies to it. Within the team hierarchy, Amillion occupies a unique niche, officially ranked just below Billy Kid, which sometimes leads to humorous dynamic shifts between the two. While Billy provides the dramatic "Starlight" flair, Amillion provides the high-volume suppressive fire needed to "clear debts." It shares a functional, tactical bond with Anby and Nekomata, serving as the group's portable arsenal on the battlefield, where it uses a custom Gatling gun built from the same technology as Nicole’s briefcase to keep the team’s "revenue projections" alive.

Combat Overview: Amillion’s combat profile is a direct extension of the Cunning Hares' aggressive financial philosophy, trading the polite utility of standard Bangboos for the high-output Debt-Clearer routine. When the operational overhead of a Hollow excursion spikes, this specialized Agentboo rapidly assembles a portable, heavy-duty machine gun to saturate the field with a relentless stream of high-velocity lead. This mechanical barrage is designed to "liquidate" Ethereal formations through massive physical damage, effectively clearing a path toward the agency’s next payday. In the chaotic, reality-warping geometry of the Hollows, Amillion serves as the ultimate fiscal equalizer, proving that the most efficient way to settle an account is with a sustained, high-decibel investment in pure firepower.

Lore: Proxies are individuals who guide those who enter the Hollows. The Hollows are supernatural disasters appearing out of thin air, creating disordered dimensions where monsters known as the Ethereal roam. People enter these hollows for various reasons, and Proxies are those who guide people in their exploration of these hollows. Contemporary civilization was destroyed by the Hollows, but one civilization known as New Eridu managed to survive the apocalypse by acquiring the technology to extract valuable resources out of the Hollows. The Hollows then became industrialized and monetized under the city's administration, which gradually led to the increasing tension between monopolistic enterprises, gangs, conspirators, and fanatics.

The Ethereals are mysterious monsters that roam the Hollows. Ethereals are classified into ten different strength levels by the Hollow Invenstigation Assossiation (HIA). Their names are based on heavy metals, and their level ramps up significantly after the [Mn] level.

Bangboo are intelligent devices unique to New Eridu. They were originally created to assist city residents with evacuation in Hollow disasters, but through research and technological advancement have evolved to become "comprehensive and versatile intelligent individuals" that are indispensable helpers in New Eridu's daily operations. Most Bangboo are short and stout, only around knee-height. They have ears resembling bunny ears on the top of their heads, and a black screen for a face, which can display colored circles as eyes.
