Fling Posse is the Shibuya Division representative rap group. The team consists of the gambler Dice Arisugawa, a novelist Gentaro Yumeno, and their leader, fashion designer Ramuda Amemura.

Ramuda Amemura, a.k.a. easy R, is a fashion designer for the brand Empty Candy, a former member of Kujaku Posse and The Dirty Dawg, and the current leader of Fling Posse. He is 24 years old.

Appearance: Ramuda has a violet pink to lavender ombre short a line bob with candy pink strands and the front tufts left uncut. He has deep aqua eyes, with a dusty orange highlight at the top. He is the shortest character in the main cast. He also has lighter color eyelashes than anyone else in the cast, pinkish-grey rather than black.

Ramuda wears a white dress shirt and red ribbon tie with a silver Fling Posse star medal. He wears a long teal hoodie, a pair of black leather three-quarter pants and black-and-red boots with black laces. Gentaro Yumeno, a.k.a. Phantom, is an author and the second member of Fling Posse. He is 24 years old.

Appearance: Gentaro has layered neck-length pale brown hair with long bangs. His eyes are emerald green with a lavender highlight on top.

He wears a white kosode with a black button-up turtleneck underneath and a black capelet on top. The capelet has a patterned amethyst purple underside, and on the lapels has a chain connecting either side. The right side of this chain has the Fling Posse logo on it. On bottom, he wears a steel gray hakama with a black obi, that has a dusty yellow cord that appears to be tied in a Ume-musubi knot tied around it. His shoes are black cap toe boots.

Gentaro’s Hypnosis Mic looks like a candlestick telephone. His speakers take the form of red pedestal lanterns with omikuji flying around.

Personality: Not much is known about Gentaro's true behavior and personality, as he masks it by pretending to be someone else. On the outside, he comes off as snarky, quirky, and snide. He lies constantly, both to tease and conceal. Although acts smooth, he is shown to be rather awkward, preferring to keep to himself and observe. Behind the mask, he is very loyal to his friends and loved ones, willing to put himself at risk to protect them.

A famous novelist with a wide range of writing styles. He is an elusive character whose words and actions often mix truth and lies. He dresses like a student. He took the place of his older brother, Gentaro, who was in a coma after the purge of the Chuo Ward, but continues to act as Gentaro Yumeno even after his brother wakes up

Dice Arisugawa, a.k.a. Dead or Alive, is a gambler and the third member of Fling Posse. He is 20 years old.

Appearance: Dice has blue hair in a half mullet over his right shoulder and fuchsia eyes with a green highlight on top. He wears a hair accessory on the left side with 12 gold beads, endings in a die with a red tassel. He also has noticeably sharp canines.

Dice wears a black long sleeved shirt, white ripped jeans that end above his ankle and black lace-up loafers. He has a silver belt connected to a black double belt set and a green parka coat with black fur on the lining of the hood and the Fling Posse gold star on the bottom left side.

Dice's Hypnosis Mic is a ribbon microphone with a gold accent around in the shape of a dollar sign. Dice’s speaker takes the form of a slot machine with multiple floating parts: three large 7s, dice and coins. The top has "Fling Posse" written on it.

Personality: Dice is an airheaded, impulsive, and boisterous thrillseeker, who makes it a point to live in the moment. He tends to rely on others for money, often having extreme reactions when it comes to how his money is handled, but regardless of how money smart he is, the main thing he cares about is sticking up for who he cares about.

A rogue gambler who even pledges his own life. Always seeking thrills, he has squandered all his money on gambling and is constantly in debt. He has no fixed address, is always poor, and is greedy for food. Before leaving home, he lived with his mother, the leader of the Party of Words, Otome Tohoten, at the family home of the Arisugawa family.
