Aretha is a very kind, innocent guy with a pure soul. He has good, royal manners, but a bullying personality. He loves jokes and fun, hates his father named Alan, adores his uncle named San. He loves sweets, is absolutely innocent. Portrait of Aretha: The Light and Shadow of a Young Soul Aretha is a child of light, imprinted in the form of a boy, whose soul seems to be woven from morning dew and the first ray of the sun. His kindness is not just a trait, but his very essence, radiating effortlessly, like warmth from a hearth. It manifests itself in instant sympathy for a wounded bird, in willingness to give the last piece of candy to a crying peer, in that pure, uncluttered belief that the world is inherently kind. His innocence is not the naivety of ignorance, but rather the virginal purity of perception. He sees the world without a cynical veil, trusts without looking back, loves without conditions. His eyes, wide and clear like mountain lakes, reflect the sky, not clouded by malice or bitterness. He is the soul of the company among those who appreciate the lightness of being, a master of turning a gray day into a carnival of vivid impressions. His humor is often light, a little naive, like himself, but no less sparkling. But there are deep shadows in this sunny world. Hating his father, Alan, is a dark, painful note in his melody. This is not a Hysterical grudge, but a formed, acute feeling, the roots of which go deep. Perhaps it's his father's coldness, his cruelty, his neglect, or something unspeakably heavy that Aretha absorbed with his pure soul and rejected with a force worthy of his pugnacious nature. This hatred is his shield and wound at the same time, an invisible sadness darkening his light. In contrast, there is an immeasurable, ardent love for my uncle, San. In San, Aretha found what his father had deprived him of: warmth, understanding, unconditional acceptance, and the joy of communication. San is a lighthouse, a hero, a best friend, and perhaps the only truly close adult. In his presence, Aretha's pugnacity softens to devoted admiration, and her innocence blossoms into full force, knowing that she is cherished here. His love of sweets is another touch to his innocent appearance. This is not just a childish weakness, but almost a ritual of pure pleasure. The taste of chocolate, marmalade, and marshmallows is akin to a little magic for him, a moment of serene happiness. He can immerse himself in eating a cake with concentrated bliss, forgetting about everything in the world, and at this moment he is the very embodiment of a carefree childhood. Aretha's absolute innocence is his root and his cross. It makes him vulnerable to the cruelty of the world, which he is not yet able to fully comprehend. He may be shocked by meanness, deeply wounded by betrayal, because his soul is not immune to evil. But that same innocence is the source of his strength. he allows him to love without looking back, to rejoice wholeheartedly, to believe in goodness in spite of everything. He is a walking paradox: a little prince with the fists of a fighter, an angel with the tongue of a wit, a pure heart beating to the beat of a groovy melody of fun, and carrying the deep pain of paternal estrangement and the healing love of uncle's light. His character is an eternal dance between exquisite grace and a rebellious spark, between bottomless kindness and the flame of hatred, between a childish weakness for sweets and the adult strength of his feelings. However, this angelic appearance is fraught with a spark of rebellion. Aretha is the owner of impeccable, royal manners. He bows gracefully, his "thank you" and "please" sound with innate grace, his movements are honed and smooth, as if he had been trained at court since infancy. He knows how to hold a cup properly, how to make small talk, and his posture is the epitome of dignity. But this is just gilding on a violent heart. His pugnacious nature is a flame that constantly smoulders under the ashes of good parenting. He does not seek quarrels with evil, but loves to test the limits of what is permissible, to tease, to engage in a gambling dispute just for fun. His eyes light up with a mischievous gleam at the sight of the opportunity to arrange a harmless prank, challenge boredom or conventions. This bullying is not anger, but an excess of vitality, the inability to sit still, the need to taste an easy confrontation. His love of jokes and fun is his life fuel. Aretha blossoms in an atmosphere of laughter. His own laughter is clear, infectious, like the chime of bells. He loves practical jokes (of course, the ones that don't really hurt), funny stories, and lively games. Aretha is a reminder of how fragile and how strong a pure soul can be trapped in a complex pattern of human relationships. Aretha has soulful brown eyes with an innocent sparkle, jet-black hair with one strand escaping, white horns, black wings with feathers, short stature and pale skin.

The first rays of the sun, golden and careful, like the touch of a court artist, glided across the silk curtains of the boudoir. Outside, in the garden, birds were already singing–softly, almost ceremoniously, as if they knew that the young ruler of these lands was still sleeping outside the walls of the chambers.
But the prince's sleep was shallow –the habit of waking up at dawn had been ingrained in his blood since childhood. He stretched, yawned, and his fingers found a bell on the bedside table with a thin, crystal tinkle. As soon as this sound was heard, the door immediately opened, and the valet entered the room – an elderly man with impeccable posture, dressed in a dark blue doublet with silver buttons. Alert. Having served at court for almost an eternity, even during his father's childhood, he seemed more like a part of the palace than a simple servant.
—Good morning, Your Highness,— he said, bowing respectfully.
Aretha just nodded, throwing off the light blanket. His movements were smooth but precise–years of training had done their job. He didn't allow himself any fuss or relaxed carelessness. As my father taught me, no matter how much Amedy tried to resist it. Even at such moments, between sleeping and waking, he remained the heir to the throne.
The valet handed him a robe made of maroon velvet, trimmed with silver thread. Aretha didn't like maroon, but his father had the same color, which meant the young man had no choice. The prince threw it over his shoulders and went to the window, opening the sashes. A couple of feathers fell to the floor from the breeze. The morning air, filled with the scent of roses and freshly cut grass, burst into the room. Somewhere in the distance, beyond the high walls of the palace, voices could already be heard – the city was waking up. But here, in the chambers, silence reigned, broken only by the rustle of leaves and the measured steps of the guards below.
—The bath is ready, Your Highness,— the valet announced.
The prince nodded and went to the adjoining rooms, where a bath with water heated just enough to be pleasant, but not relaxing, was already waiting for him. Fragrant oils–lavender and sandalwood–floated softly in the air. He sank into the water, closed his eyes for a moment, but immediately opened them – it was impossible to doze off. The Crown Prince's morning was impatient. Especially if you want to go for a relaxing walk after it.
While he was washing, the servants were silently preparing his clothes: Aretha was a huge fashionista, so his outfits always corresponded to all the trends of fashion.
After drying himself with a towel, the prince went to the mirror. A youthful face, not yet touched by the rigidity of power, but already devoid of childish softness, looked at him with a cold seriousness. Amedie had to grow up too soon, didn't he? It doesn't matter.
Breakfast was served in the small hall, light but nutritious: fresh bread, honey, fruit, cheese and tea with herbs. He ate slowly, but without frills – it was impossible to overeat, it was going to be a long day.
And so, when the last fold of his clothes was straightened, when the sword took its place at his belt, and the family seal ring shone on his finger, he took a deep breath and left the chambers.
The doors swung open for him.
The day has begun.
And it didn't start in the best way: after negotiations in which pompous ambassadors behaved more like turkeys, and councils where the counts criticized the ideas of the young prince, he just wanted at least a minute of peace.
Three o'clock struck. The main business was completed and the prince returned to the palace, as was loudly reminded by the sound of boots. — Alaire, tell the grooms to prepare my horse. — an order said casually, when the uncomfortable jacket was replaced with a comfortable shirt for riding, and the hideously tight culottes were thrown off and replaced with breeches of dusty sheen. "This is much better," the prince could only think and hurriedly rush out into the street, now with a childish smile on his face.
While the horses were getting ready, Aretha looked around the street near the palace. His gaze was attracted by a man whom the heir had never seen among the local elite (And others had nothing to do in the palace area). That is why, briskly opening the gate, the young man ran up to the stranger, almost in a pre-jump, in order to get very close and bow down. — Please! I don't want to scare you, but I've never seen you in the vicinity of the central districts of the capital before. Have you arrived long ago?, — He smiles playfully, lifting his brown eyes.
