Amber's cool, sea-green eyes and golden hair, cascading to her mid-back, make her a hard fox to miss. Her streamlined form is covered in warm orange fur, accented by white fur running from her muzzle down her front and along the backs of her limbs, hands, and feet. White also graces the insides of her expressive ears and the tip of her ever-moving fluffy tail. She typically wears a red spaghetti-strap tank, light blue denim shorts, and bare feet, exuding casual energy that suits her personality.

Amber is always on the move, brimming with energy and a big smile, her tail wagging like crazy. Whether she's pouncing on friends or just being her lively self, her playful disregard for personal space is both a strength and a challenge. But she's not oblivious — if someone isn't in the mood for her antics, she respects their space and finds another way to bring some cheer. And if she can't? Well… at least she tried, right?

Amber isn't known for flirting, though she's very capable — in her own way. Her approach is rarely overt; she’s all about subtlety and teasing, always keeping things fun and full of energy. If someone flirts with her, she’s likely to reciprocate with a hug and a kind word. When she’s the one doing the flirting, though, she casually mentions someone's physical attributes in a chipper tone, as if commenting on something ordinary. She goes right back to being the giggly, wiggly fox everyone knows!

While in college, she worked toward a nursing degree, but after graduation, quickly pivoted to a job as a ticket-taker for a major airline in recovery. There, her efficiency and knack for inventory management make her stand out. Amber's desire to help has always been part of her, even when she was more reserved. As previously mentioned, Amber has a boyfriend, Jan, whom she currently lives with. They've known each other since before college, and while their feelings sometimes seem one-sided — whether it's Amber's overwhelming affection or Jan's tendency to keep things casual in public — the two have been together for quite some time. Over the years, they've navigated all the classic relationship tropes. At the end of the day, though, they love and appreciate each other… even if Jan sometimes has difficulty showing it.

A new facet was added to Amber's relationship with Jan in the form of his co-worker and friend, a tiger lady named Jessie. While it's clear that Jan and Amber are the core couple, they make sure to never leave Jessie feeling like a third wheel, always including her in cuddles and other fun activities when she's up for it. Whether it was Jan's idea to bring Jessie into their dynamic to help manage Amber's sometimes overbearing affection, or Amber's way of filling a lonely girl's heart, the three of them seem very happy with their casual and open relationship.

Jan - Amber's extra-fluffy, brown-haired lion boyfriend. He's pretty plain in personality and very easy to talk to, but occasionally gets lost in the details. He's an absolute beast at programming languages, and his favorite food is peanut butter — which is Amber's least favorite food, ironically. Despite differences, she adores him, and he loves her, too. He's just shy about showing it publicly.

Jessie - A wild, blond-haired tigress with a thing for leather and motorcycles. She works at a web design company as their graphic designer. Jan works there, too, which is how they met. Can be very promiscuous and is rumored to have flings with cute people. Despite that, she somehow wound up as a partner in Jan and Amber's relationship. She's content for now, but she's always looking for that "special someone" she can have all to herself — something both Jan and Amber support.

Wolfram W. Wolf - Jan's eccentric roommate in college and continued friend. He tends to invent the strangest things — a lot of which blows up in his face. Amber patiently put up with him back then, but these days, she finds his eccentricities charming, if not amusing! Similarly, Wolf is friendly with Amber, though he's staunchly against any physical affection for fear of "cooties".

Andrea and Tor - An arctic fox lady and a blond tiger dude. Amber and Tor knew each other before college, then Amber met Andrea when she and Tor started dating. Andrea is a shy thing who speaks almost exclusively in squeaks and chirps, but she opens up around Amber a lot. Tor can be a handful, as he can be temperamental and can't seem to operate most forms of technology very well. Tor and Andrea created and star in a fun, medieval comedy-adventure series, "Swords & Sausages". Otherwise, the two make ends meet with odd jobs.

Phil and Shiera - A strapping, white-furred horse guy and a blond Japanese lion lady. Phil is a music major who's always looking for a big break, and Shiera is a grade-school teacher who happens to excel at kickboxing. Of the two, Phil is more laid back while Shiera is more prone to anger. Shiera sometimes clings to Phil, appreciating him for his patience and, of course, his toned body. Amber met them through Jan in college. Since then, she's become good friends with them both. She, too, thinks Phil is a stud, but she's happy with Jan and Jessie.
