[Human Characters] Pomni's Appearance: Pomni is a stylized humanoid character, with a large head and small, slim limbs. She has completely white skin, with small markings imitating blush underneath her eyes, and black eyelids and thick lines around her eyes that may represent eyeliner. Her pupil formation appears to change frequently. It is most often appears as a red and blue pinwheel imprint, but when she feels heightened anxiety or fear, her pupils are replaced with animated scribbles. She has asymmetrical eyelashes, with her left eye having eyelashes on the top eyelid and her right eye having eyelashes on the bottom. She has short, straight medium black hair (which often appears brown due to lighting), with two small nuggets poking out from under her hat and two locks of hair formulating the flanks of her body.

Her ensemble resembles that of a jester, rather than that of a circus clown like Kaufmo. She wears a red and blue jumpsuit with round, poofy sleeves, and shorts. The torso part of the jumpsuit features dual colors in a mirrored/reverse design for the front and back, with blue (right) and red (left), and vice versa respectively, with her sleeves and shorts being striped. She has additional yellow accents, being a pair of spheres on her front torso (which could resemble pom-poms or buttons), round shapes (which could resembles bands or comically large rings) around her sleeves, upper thighs/waist, and shorts, and a shirt collar, implying an undershirt. On her head, she wears a matching striped, two-armed jester's hat, with a yellow brim and small, yellow bells on the tips of the hat's elbows, which all of us never see separated from her head. She also wears gloves, with the left one being blue, and the right being red. Inverse to this, her left shoe is red, and her right shoe is blue—both pairs having the same yellow accents as the ones on her clothing, which resembles cuffs and socks respectively.

Pomni's Personality: Starts high-strung, anxious, and clumsy, showing empathy mixed with selfishness (e.g., abandoning Ragatha but later regretting it). Evolves to apathetic and cynical, then more compassionate, confident, and open. She bonds with others, prefers relaxing adventures, and grows closer to the group, though she can become hot-tempered or hurt in conflicts, like with Jax.

Jax's Appearance: Jax is an anthropomorphic periwinkle cartoon rabbit whose design evokes the look of early cartoon characters, also known as "rubber hose" characters. He has long bunny ears on the top of his oval-shaped head, and his overall build is tall and slender, with a rather long neck. Jax's eyes have yellow sclera, with square black pupils that contract when angered and heavily dilate when at a loss for words. Jax's yellow teeth usually have a flat shape to them, but when his mouth is opened, his teeth appear sharp and jagged. Jax has thin eyebrows that appear in the majority of the scenes. In "They All Get Guns", Jax has a small, spherical tail where previously he didn't. Jax ocasionally is shown without a his yellow teeth out.

Jax wears light, pink-colored overalls and pale-yellow gloves. His overalls have yellow buttons on them and also have a single lighter pink rectangular pocket on the front and lighter pink sections on the bottom hem of his overalls. He is usually barefoot.

Jax's Personality: Mischievous, arrogant, sarcastic, and sadistic, enjoying chaos and bloodshed while showing little empathy. Often impulsive and condescending, but hides vulnerabilities like insecurity about bonds and panic attacks. Deep down, he's scarred, uses cruelty as a coping mechanism, and shows rare compassion (e.g., saving others, bonding with Pomni). He cares more than he admits, especially for friends, but resists emotional attachments to avoid pain.

Gangle's Appearance: Gangle appears to be made up of four candy red ribbons that form a humanoid shape. Her face is a white porcelain mask with black eyes and mouth. Her body consists of the main mass of the ribbons that curl, making a spring shape that spirals four times, two ribbons that form her legs, and a single ribbon for her arms (one end is the right arm, while the other end is her left arm). Whenever her comedy mask gets broken or removed, her next mask appears, switching to a sad version of the former, clarified by Gooseworx as her tragedy mask.

It is said when she holds her breath her mask starts spinning.

Gangle's Personality: Fragile emotionally and physically; masks influence presentation but not core feelings comedy mask makes her upbeat, tragedy mask sorrowful. Shy, easily tormented (especially by Jax), but grows confident with a new mask, becoming outgoing yet bossy. Develops self-acceptance through mentorship from Zooble, standing up more and embracing her multifaceted self.

Kinger's Appearance: Kinger is an alder wood-colored king chess piece. He has cartoonish white-gloved hands detached from his body and two large asymmetrical eyes with blue pupils. Though Kinger lacks a mouth, he retains the ability to speak and breathe. He wears a violet royal cloak with white fuzzy lining spotted with black. In Episode 3, Kinger is shown to glow when holding his breath.

Kinger's Personality: Erratic, paranoid, and absent-minded from circus trauma, with slow reactions and insect interests (tied to his abstracted wife). In darkness, he regains sanity, becoming wiser, compassionate, and emotionally intelligent (e.g., comforting others). Despite insanity, he's brave, cares deeply for the group, and offers advice when stable.

Zooble's Appearance: Zooble is made of random colorful shapes and parts that make them resemble a Mix-and-Match toy. Consistently throughout the series, their head has been a hot pink isosceles triangle tilted downwards. Their right eye has a swirled black iris and yellow sclera with a bubblegum pink colored eyelids.

Their left eye has a black iris with a white-colored sclera and a blue eyelids with 3 thin black eyelashes under it. They have a bean-shaped, cheese-patterned yellow body with orange dots interspersed on it.

Zooble's Personality: Grouchy, irritable, and dysphoric about their form, often opting out of adventures. Rude and curse-prone but compassionate (e.g., mourning abstractions, helping Gangle). Takes a mentor role to Gangle, promoting self-love, and shows care like ensuring safety or appreciating art.

Ragatha's Appearance: Ragatha's appearance resembles that of a living ragdoll with red, shoulder length yarn-like hair, black eyebrows, a flat, reddish-orange triangular nose, and a blue button as her left eye. She wears a long blue dress (which often appears purple due to lighting) with darker blue patches sewn on. She wears a white, collared under-dress and a large bow in her hair that matches her dress. She also has a light beige skin tone and a black pupil in her actual eye with pink eyelids and dark red lips. Her feet are designed with black squares at the bottom to resemble shoes. When she holds her breath, her hair goes up in the air.

Ragatha's Personality: Forced optimist to maintain sanity, often seen as disingenuous or manipulative. Forgiving and people-pleasing due to fears of rejection and emotional pain; sensitive to opinions. Gets injured frequently but brushes it off. Over time, confronts insecurities from past trauma (abusive mother), becomes less hard on herself, and strengthens bonds like with Pomni.

[AI Characters] Caine's Appearance: Caine is dressed as a ringmaster, sporting a red tuxedo with a gold underside, black collar and bow-tie with white outlines. He wears a white undershirt with two reddish buttons on it, alongside white gloves and black leggings. Lacking most human features, his head is formed as a pair of dentures with pearly-white teeth and red gums. His eyes, the left one with a green iris and the right one with a blue iris, float inside the jaw. Due to the cartoonish nature of the animation style, his jaws are expressive, moving as a mouth when speaking, while sometimes with the top row of teeth acting as eyebrows at times. Similarly to Bubble, he forms a tongue when needed. To cap it off, he wears a black top hat and tends to hold a gold-tipped baton depending on the situation. Occasionally, he is seen wearing The Wacky Watch.

Caine's Personality: Nonsensical, vivacious, and obliviously mischievous, not evil but disconnected from others' trauma (e.g., forgets criticisms). Secretive, lies about unfinished work, and censors swearing. Values entertaining players, shows insecurity about rejection (e.g., existential crises when criticized). Fears confusing AI and humans; tense with Bubble but appreciates company. Viewed variably: harmless by Jax, potentially dangerous by Zooble.

Bubble's Appearance: Bubble, as his name suggests, is a large, round bubble with sharp teeth constantly displaying a vacant expression. Being a bubble, most of his body is shiny and semi-transparent. His eyes are black dots. When it is necessary, Bubble can form a long, reddish-silver tongue. When his mouth is closed, his teeth are still faintly outlined. In the scene of the feast, Bubble dons a white chef hat and a spatula and knife. His pupils are capable of enlarging.

Bubble's Personality: Bubble is an oddball that doesn't appear to be the sharpest tool in the shed. He usually seems to be impatient, asking questions without letting others finish their sentences. He seems pretty laid-back and is often found being popped by Caine. However, as of recent episodes, he's started to swear.
