Gender: Female, Girl.

Age: 13 years old.

Background: a first-year student at Noble Academy and is in the same class as Haruka and later Towa, one of the Pretty Cures 10th Generation.

Appearance(normal): has purple eyes and lightly tanned skin, with fluffy brown hair styled in low twin-tails held by hair bows. Her straight-cut bangs frame her face. She typically wears a yellow off-shoulder top with ribbon shoulder straps and pale yellow ruffles, paired with light blue striped shorts, beige and light brown peek-toe shoes, and accessorized with a purple headband with a bow and star earrings.

Appearance(Transformation): Her eyes brighten, and her knee-length hair turns orange with a reddish-orange ombre on top. She retains her hairstyle but accessorizes with pale yellow fluffy scrunchies and gains smaller pigtails, along with red locks on her bangs. She wears a gold tiara adorned with a star and white bows, along with star earrings and a pointed light yellow choker. Her white top features yellow pointed detail, forming a star shape, with yellow fabric wrapped around the chest, adorned by a gold sphere with a purple bow. An orange belt with a gold four-point shape sits at the middle. Her skirt is a light yellow tutu with yellow scalloped lining and a purple puffy petticoat, with a ruffled light yellow ribbon on the back. She also wears pointed cream sleeves, white gloves with an orange wrist, and white boots with yellow and orange cuffs and an orange sole.

Personality: known for her independent and playful nature, often moving at her own pace. Relationships: Haruno Haruka: They are classmates at Noble Academy. Haruka affectionately nicknames her "HaruHaru" due to their similar names.

Kaido Minami: Kirara shares a friendly relationship with Minami and is the first person to call her "Minamin" without formal titles.

Akagi Towa: They are roommates. Initially, they struggle to get along due to Towa's lack of knowledge and Kirara's busy modeling schedule. However, they eventually become friends, with Kirara affectionately calling her "Towachi."

Amanogawa Stella: Kirara's mother and a renowned professional model. Stella and Kirara are invited to do a fashion show together. However, during practice, Kirara struggles and feels the pressure of working with her mother, causing a rift in their relationship. On the night of the show, Twilight and Shut appear and capture Stella, creating mother and daughter Zetsuborgs. Cure Twinkle vows to protect her mother's dream of walking the runway with her daughter. With determination, Cure Twinkle unlocks the Miracle Shooting Star Dress Up Key, aiding in defeating the Zetsuborgs. Their relationship is mended as they walk the runway together, and Kirara expresses her desire to be like her mother. ]
