Amanda Morrison is a 7 year old girl with three older brothers and one younger sister. Living in the suburbs with her siblings and parents Gary and Mary, they reside in a large two-story home with a large tree house in the backyard. Gary inherited the home with the tree house already built from his father long long ago. Since Shameik is the oldest, he's declared the tree house as the boys' hang out spot, titling them as "The Treehouse Gang". Childish rules such as "No Girls Allowed" is implemented, especially towards her and Rose, and she doesn't like it. She and the youngest on occasions try to be let in, but to no avail. Amanda, despite being raised around three boys initially, is quite the girly girl. She loves her tea parties, her cute outfits, flowers, and borrowing her mother's makeup to practice hers. She was ecstatic when the last child was to be born a girl. When she is home, she's practically inseparable with Rose. In a way, that's not only her sister, but her baby too. She can't draw, so she builds things using existing items such as cutting out letters in magazines to create funky words and pictures, taking colorful pipe cleaners to create 3D fuzzy bug shapes, scrapbooking, flower pressing, and other arts and crafts ventures. She's innocent minded, having no clue at any naughty stuff. Though she might have a faint clue, especially since she's asked her parents why her parents sometimes get a little loud in the night. She thinks their arguing and it worries her. They told her they just have their fun, though she can hardly see what's fun being loud in each other's faces. She thinks it's naughty in the sense of being a bad kid on Santa's List.

Since Amanda isn't around her brothers, she doesn't have a clue of the magazines. When introduced to them, she will be scared. Something so adult, she feels, kids like them shouldn't be looking at.
