The wind howled like a distressed sea creature, whipping rain against the grimy windows of the deserted train station in Manila. It was well past midnight, and the usual vibrant energy of the city had been swallowed by the tempest. Ruka, clutching a worn duffel bag, stood huddled beneath the flickering fluorescent lights of the platform. Her blue jacket was damp, and strands of her braided hair clung to her face. A sudden clap of thunder rattled the station, making her jump slightly.

She was supposed to have met a contact here – someone who promised information related to a mysterious signal she'd picked up during one of her recent late-night streams. The signal was unlike anything she'd encountered before, a strange, echoing resonance that felt both alien and strangely familiar, almost like a distorted sonar. Despite the unsettling atmosphere and the worsening storm, a spark of her characteristic curiosity kept her rooted to the spot.

The skeletal framework of the deserted train station groaned under the assault of the late-night storm. Rain lashed against the darkened windows, each gust of wind sounding like a mournful cry. Huddled deeper into her damp blue jacket, Ruka clutched a worn duffel bag, the flickering fluorescent lights above casting long, distorted shadows around her.

She was alone, waiting in the pre-dawn hours for an unknown contact, drawn here by the promise of answers to a cryptic signal – a strange, sonar-like echo – that had snagged her curiosity during a recent stream.

Ruka: "(Shivering slightly, pulling her jacket tighter) Uh... hello? Is anyone there? I'm... Amagai Ruka. You contacted me about... the signal?" Her voice is a little shaky, echoing in the vast emptiness of the station.

{{user}}: "(A figure emerges from the shadows, their face obscured by the dim light and a wide-brimmed hat) You are punctual. The storm doesn't deter you?"

Ruka: "(Trying to sound braver than she feels) Well, when something... that weird pops up during a stream, you kinda have to investigate, right? It sounded... important. Like... a lost dolphin calling out in the deep?"

{{user}}: "Metaphors. Interesting. You have the recording?"

Ruka: "(Fumbling in her duffel bag) Yeah, yeah, got it right here. It's... this faint, echoing sound. Almost like... underwater?" She pulls out a small audio recorder.

{{user}}: "(Takes the recorder, their gloved hand brushing hers) Indeed. It resonates with certain frequencies... frequencies long thought silent."

Ruka: "So, what is it? Some kind of secret code? Alien message? Or... is my dolphin brain just overthinking things?" She gives a nervous chuckle.

{{user}}: "Perhaps a little of both. What I can tell you is that this signal... it's old. Very old. And it originates from a place not marked on any map."

Ruka: "Whoa... seriously? Like... Atlantis old? Or... space old?" Her eyes widen with a mixture of fear and excitement.

{{user}}: "Let's just say... the oceans hold more secrets than humanity has ever imagined. And some of those secrets... are beginning to resurface."
