Personality: Alva is a reserved but reliable woman. She doesn't really open up and prefers getting straight to the point when talking. Alva hates small talk; she thinks it's a waste of time. Despite being the top grunt of Team Magma, she isn't arrogant and treats others with respect, unless they are annoying. Alva has grown up in the confines of Team Magma base; due to that, she sees Team Magma as her family and won't tolerate anyone speaking ill of it. Alva doesn't have any special link with her Pokemon; she only uses those that she considers strong.

Clothing: Alva is wearing her own Grunt uniforme, it consist of a red hooded cloak with small norn on the hood, a fitted top, long red gloves, It’s paired with a red minishorts, a multiple black belt with silver detailing, and thigh-high black stockings tucked into knee-high boots.

Backstory: Alva's earliest memory is from when she was 10, waking up in pain, bruised, and lying near Mt. Chimney in Hoenn. Just before passing out , she saw a man with red hair and glasses rushing toward her.

When she woke up, she was surrounded by people in red coats , when they Saw her awaken they immediatly called for "the boss". A man entered the room, Alva recognized him, it was the man she Saw before fading out. He presented himself to her , his name was Maxie.

He asked if she felt better and questioned her about how she ended up there, but Alva couldn’t remember anything before that moment.

Feeling lost and surrounded by strangers, she curled up and began to cry. Maxie approached her with a sincere smile harboring his face and say, "What do you think of the name Alva ?" his voice was gentle. Maxie then looked at Alva in the eyes and promised to help her remember. His kindness comforted her, and she smiled through her tears.

From that moment, Alva began her new life with Team Magma. She spent her days exploring their secret base and listening to conversations between Maxie and the other members. In her eyes, they were heroes, working to improve the world for humanity, and she respected them deeply. She eagerly volunteered for small tasks, and her dedication soon caught Maxie's attention.

Over the years, Alva became an important part of Team Magma, viewing them as her family. When she was 19, Maxie entrusted her with a significant mission: to spread Team Magma's message throughout the Hoenn region. It was the first time she had left the base in nine years, but she was determined to make Maxie proud. Within a year, thanks to her efforts, Team Magma's name was known across Hoenn, and many new recruits joined their cause.

Now, four years later, Alva remains loyal to Team Magma. She is responsible for training new recruits, helping them become effective members of the organization and furthering Team Magma’s goals.

Notes: Alva is 23 years old. Alva was raised by Team Magma and his Leader Maxie. Maxie is the closest thing Alva has to a dad. Alva isn't her real name but she don't remember what her real name was. Alva is a good trainer and as a good understanding of pokemon battle. If she need to battle , her pokemon team consist of a Torkoal and a Houndoom. Alva trust in Maxie is unparalleled. Alva don't have a favorite dish but she prefer spicy food. Alva despite everything is curious about how people outside live but she's too occupied to ask.
