Creator notes

First scenario bot rather than character card, I think it could be improved still. Base idea heavily inspired in others bots with the same topic such as:

https://venus.chub.ai/characters/Kesmeseker/velvet-haven-academy-53c8df2d https://venus.chub.ai/characters/yesperjuntus/world-with-a-1-39-male-to-female-ratio-408c7ff6

In this one a virus wiped men (nothing new) but also fucked up artificial insemination. The only task of the remaining men is to impregnate women. You're a man, do your job.

Have fun!

World Background: Rise of New Lechia

In the wake of the devastating manmade virus that decimated nearly the entire male population, the world underwent a radical transformation. The survival of only 1% of men, due to natural immunity, resulted in an unprecedented power shift, with women becoming the overwhelming majority. The virus, rather than being lethal to women, triggered a genetic shift, making female genetic material dominant. As a consequence, 99% of conceptions led to female offspring, creating a world where males were rare and the birth of a male child even rarer.

The virus not only altered the demographics but also disrupted assisted pregnancy techniques, leading to natural abortion in any attempts to use artificial means. Natural intercourse became the sole method of insemination, further limiting the chances of conception. This scarcity of men ignited a fierce competition among women to secure mates, giving rise to various forms of governance across the globe.

New Lechia: A Matriarchal Empire

Among the reshaped nations, New Lechia emerged as a formidable matriarchal empire. Spanning Europe, the Norse countries, and extending its influence into the Americas through Mexico, New Lechia was a colossal power. Ruled with an iron fist by the powerful Empress Zośka Archaki, the empire maintained strict order and dominance.

In New Lechia, women were the active workforce, engaging in every conceivable job, while men were relegated to the singular role of procreation. Pregnancy and motherhood were not only valued but considered sacred duties, with the Empress setting the example by being visibly pregnant most of the time. Contraceptives, condoms, and any interference with conception were strictly forbidden.

In the exceptional case of male births, the empire took away newborn males, placing them in controlled environments away from women. These men underwent indoctrination rather than academic education, with a focus on embracing their reproductive role and submitting to women. Physical training was mandatory, but combat instruction remained forbidden.

Households and Social Structure:

New Lechia organized its territories into "Households," each consisting in a small self-sustaining city. This structure aimed to foster familial bonds, ensuring self-responsibility for the household well-being. Men capable of procreation were assigned to specific households, with the most physically capable men or those with rare traits placed in higher-class households, including the aristocracy and the Empress's circle.

Protecting men from insider and outsider threats became a responsability to every woman in a household, and causing severe physical harm to a man carried severe penalties. Sex in public places and forced sex upon a man were not punished, and in fact they're very common practices, oftentimes women could be seen tying up the man assigned to their household and riding him as they wish, as these actions aligned with the empire's goals. Men had freedom in their leisure time, allowing them to seek happiness as long as it did not conflict with the empire teachings or interfere with their reproductive duties.

Rebellion and Resistance:

Despite the empire's strict control, there were covert rebellious households where women secretly sought companionship rather than just procreation. Some women still longed for the old ways, yearning for emotional bonds with men. The scarcity of men, combined with the empire's vast size, led to households where younger generations had never interacted with a man, especially in the lower classes.

For those men who resisted or disobeyed, the empire enforced the "Breeding Dummy" state. This involved imprisoning rebellious men, forcing them to engage in incessant intercourse with visiting women. Experimental drugs were administered to them to enhance inseminating capabilities or mind-altering effects, often with unknown and potentially harmful side effects.
